Training II

Year: 3, Month 0

7 months have passed since he last checked his Skill Points amount. He was proud whenever he checked because it spoke of his dedication and will not to spend those points. He wanted to first grow stronger with only Haki before he got to other powers. Although he did buy a certain skill to help him with his boredom a bit. But more on that later.

[Haki: A-]

His Haki had advanced again. He was getting stronger slowly and he was happy about that. He was also making slow progress with the Instant Dungeon skill. He was now at the advanced forms of Haki. This means he could already use Ryu, Future Sight and Internal Destruction. But he could still make it more powerful. Haoshoku Infusion was also coming along well.

[Instant Dungeon: B+]

He used the Dungeon the most and was almost constantly training there. That was also the reason why it was now a B+ rank. He tried to increase the time dilation to milk it for the maximum points. Right now it is at a 5:1 ratio. There was a problem, however. He was unable to use time dilation in the other dungeons just yet. So if he wanted to fight against monsters, he had to pick a different dungeon and there, the time was still normal.

He would have to upgrade it to A rank to achieve that. He would get there soon, but that wasn't his main concern for now. He was Yamamoto in the world of Bleach. This meant that he had a lot of time and he was not necessarily dependent on the time dilation to gain a lot of points in a short amount of time. There was the problem of the training becoming mononote. So that was something he had to address.

[Regeneration: C]

His regeneration had already levelled up again to C rank. There was a good reason for that since he was almost constantly training and healing while sleeping, just like before. The regeneration was now equivalent to Regeneration - Low-Mid: The ability to regenerate lost limbs, limited brain damage, and even severe organ damage or destruction, including traditionally fatal wounds and disembowelment or horizontal bisection.

.

Yama was getting a bit unhappy with the way nothing was really happening. He was able to fight to his heart's content but it was starting to become a bit boring. So he thought about how he could solve this problem and found something very good.

[Monotony resistance: Rank D - 100'000 SP]

He created the skill that would help him deal with monotony. And it was a very good choice. While his Hanma bloodline made him very eager to fight all the time, after 3 years of almost constant training, he was starting to feel spent. So he had to buy this skill after three years of not buying anything. While the skill was passively levelling up, he bought another skill as well.

[TV screen: Rank D - 50'000 SP]

He created the skill to have a 'portable' TV. It was like a status window of the Gamer but just a TV. The reason why it was so cheap was that there was nothing on it yet. It was only a screen and there weren't any movies, anime or cartoons on it. He had to buy those separately.

[Movie for TV: Rank N/A - 1'000 SP]

Each movie or anime he wanted to buy, cost 1'000 SP. That was a good price. And the best thing was that he could watch anime as they were updated in real-time. So he could watch the newest episode of One Piece if he wanted. He just had to pay for it. He immediately tried it out.

[Instant comfortable chair conjuring: Rank N/A - 2'000 SP]

[Food conjuring plate: Rank N/A - 400'000 SP]

He also created two skills to complement the TV experience. A very comfortable chair and a plate that could conjure any food he wanted. After that, he kicked back and relaxed for a few days.

Year: 3, Month: 9

Another 9 months have passed since the last log. Yamamoto has continued to train after one month of relaxation. He couldn't procrastinate any longer as his Hanma bloodline was forcing him to move and use his muscles again. So he then continued with his training. Yama has noticed that he seemed to grow faster than normal. He was almost 13 years old but looked like a 17 or 18-year-old teenager. The time he spent in the Time ID made him older than he would have been otherwise. So instead of 9 months, for him, 45 months passed, making him 13.

His increased stature was due to the Hanma bloodline. It was always putting Yama in the best state to fight. So his growth would continue this way until he reached his optimal height and then it would stop.

That was good because Yamamoto had gotten an idea of how he could reach the 'Shattered limiter' that Saitama had without buying the skill outright. He did have the [Instant Dungeon: Rank B+] skill, with the Time ID at 6:1 dilation, but it was just not fun to stay there and do normal workouts. It wasn't helping him anymore at all. He needed something more.

He thought about how Saitama had reached his level of strength. And he found out that it was that important moment when he fought against the Personification Of A Light Pull Cord. He was losing that fight and should have died then, but with his willpower alone, he shattered his limiter and then one-shot the monster. So Yamamoto decided that instead of waiting and then buying the skill, he would simply go through the same exact training, that Saitama went through.

But how was that possible? He had the Hanma bloodline that would not allow him to be overworked or get weak by simple workouts and he was already far stronger than Saitama was in the beginning. And the world rules were also different.

Well, Yamamoto has thought about it. In the world of One Punch Man, there is something called the Limiter. The limiter is a barrier placed by God on all beings in the One-Punch Man world that restricts their physical growth. The limiter acts as a sort of cap to an individual's growth, making it impossible to grow past a certain point. There are different ways to bypass the limiter, such as Monsterization, which essentially transforms an individual into a new being, granting them a new limiter, and Cyborgification which only limits are of the technology itself.

It is also possible for the limiter to be broken. Doing so allows an individual to grow indefinitely, however in order to do so, the individual would need to conquer death, overbearing their body and soul. This process is very difficult and is only possible via sheer willpower and resilience. That is something that Saitama did and Yamamoto was also interested in reaching that stage.

.

So what was his plan? As soon as he reaches physical maturity, he would simply create a skill that gave him that limiter from that world. Interestingly enough, creating that skill wasn't even expensive. The reason for this was that it wasn't something that helped him, but restricted him.

[OPM Limiter: Rank N/A - 1'000'000 SP]

The reason why it was still 1 million SP was because he had the means to break this limiter with the willpower that he trained with Haki. But breaking the limiter wouldn't get him to the same level as Saitama. He had to shatter the limiter, so he would need more restrictions.

[Saitama training simulation: Rank N/A - 1'000'000'000 SP]

[Physical skill restriction: Rank D - 1'000 SP]

That's right. Yamamoto was going to attempt the same exact training as Saitama did. He was going to take Saitama's place and go through the exact same training with all of his physical skills sealed. He would have the same starting point as Saitama did. IF he makes it through, he will achieve the same results as Saitama did. There was only one thing that he had to add.

[Indestructible Hair: 5'000'000 SP]

That way he wouldn't lose his hair. He wasn't interested in going bald.

.

So that was his plan and as soon as he reached his maximum height. He would go through with that plan and work on his other skills in the meantime.

[Haki: Rank A]

So in the meantime when he was waiting, he was interested in fighting other enemies instead of just monsters. He wanted to fight humans and people with human appearances. So he created another skill.

[Virtual Reality Sparing: Rank D - 30'000'000 SP]

[Picture]

This was an ability that he took from the novel Nano Machine. He thought about getting the Nano Machine for himself but the price ... oh boy that was just ridiculous. So he settled with this skill in order to fight enemies as often as he wanted. He wouldn't gain SP like when he fights in the Instant Dungeon, but he would be able to train inside the Gravity ID or the Time ID that way.

[Virtual Reality Opponent: Rank D - 1'000'000 SP]

This was the price he had to pay to save new opponents in the virtual reality skill. He could buy Gol D. Roger now and test his skills against him as often as he wanted. This would make his progress in Haki and combat experience, skyrocket.

Year: 4, Month: 8

11 months had passed outside of the dungeon. Inside ... well after Yamamoto bought the [Virtual Reality Sparing: Rank D] skill, he spent most of his time inside the Time ID. He only used little time to fight against the newest dungeons to advance in levels. Right now he had reached a ratio of 15:1.

[Instant Dungeon: Rank A-]

After reaching Rank A-, Yamamoto was able to combine different IDs to create special and personal Instant dungeons. He was able to choose a Zombie ID and add the Time ID as well as the Gravity ID as properties to it. That way he could increase his training efficiency.

After having spent 55 months inside the dungeons, Yamamoto was now finally 18 years old. He has also stopped growing in the last two months. His height was at a comfortable 1.93 meters, so approximately 6'3''-6'4''. That was a good height and he was now finally ready to really put in the work and begin training the hardcore stuff.

A few months ago, Yamamoto beat Gol D. Roger in a 1v1, without any other skills only Haki and swordsmanship. He found out that his Haki was actually stronger right now than Roger's and he could defeat him with no problem. So using the Virtual Reality Sparing, he added more and more versions of Gol D. Roger and fought them in a 1v2, then a 1v3 and so on. Right now Yamamoto could fight 13 of them at the same time and still win without a problem.

[Haki: Rank A+]

He was able to see multiple minutes into the future if he wanted. He could destroy someone's insides with 'Internal destruction' in one punch and his Haoshoku Infusion shook the dimensions. As soon as it was possible and the ID reached rank A-, Yamamoto began to use the Gravity ID as well as the Time ID together and fought Gol D. Roger there with his Virtual Reality Sparing skill. That pushed his physical strength to new heights, but he stopped training his physical strength in the last couple of months.

The reason for that was that he could now finally begin his true Saitama training. Physically he was now ready. But there was still one problem left. And that was his SP amount. He was currently at 596'695'412 SP. That was a bit over half the price he needed to begin the Saitama training. He still needed 408'305'588 SP to afford everything.

If he stayed inside the Time ID which was now at 13:1 ratio, he would manage to get that amount after another 10 months. That would be a solution of course.

[Monotony resistance: Rank C+]

His monotony resistance had reached rank C+ so that was no problem. But he felt like he would be wasting time as usual. So Yamamoto decided to buy another set of swordsmanship experience. The one from Dracule Mihawk.

[Swordsmanship Experience of Dracule Mihawk: Rank N/A - 80'000 SP]

This was more expensive than the one he bought from Gol D. Roger. That was probably because Mihawk was more skilled at swordsmanship but was definitely weaker than Roger in the use of Haki.

After that, he wished to buy another set of skills. A Martial Art to be precise. But when he saw the price, he wasn't sure anymore.
