Incident and Meeting

After another two weeks of sailing, Xavier could finally see Sabaody Archipelago.

Xavier was fascinated by its look, the bubbles surrounding the whole island though he could see only some in his view, how large the island itself is.

Xavier: {"Wow, this place is brilliant"}

Xavier could see ships sailing towards the island as well.

Xavier also noticed the Celestial Dragon ship among them as well.

Xavier: {"I better keep a distance from them, who knows I might lose control."}

Xavier just moved the way his log pose shown. Using his Dragon Gaze, Xavier could see a lot of shops and entertainment in his direction.

Xavier: {"If I am not wrong this must be sectors of 30-39 as the Amusement Park is situated somewhere in them."}

Xavier sailed towards the directions where few ships where docked.

Xavier reached the place, docked his ship and got down.

Xavier began to move into the sector and once he entered, he could see buildings, shops in between them, there were people having fun, some setting up stalls, some games as well.

Xavier moved towards a food stall and bought some food.

While he was eating, he had a small talk with the owner.

Xavier: "Which sector is this?"

Owner: "This is the 37."

Xavier: "How do I get to sector 13?"

Owner: "You can just walk straight from here to the end and you will be able to see a board with the map on it. There you can see how to get to other sectors."

Xavier thanked him and began to move.

Xavier reached the board and could see the map of Sabaody though it was too small with just some information on it.

Xavier looking at it could figure out how to get to 13.

Xavier taking in the sights as he was walking heard a commotion and came a voice that he did not like.

???: "Kneel and Kiss my feet then I will think about letting go of your wife and daughter." And laughs.

The man who spoke was without a doubt a Celestial Dragon.

The man who these words were said to had no choice but to do it, his wife and daughter were put into cell were asking him to save him, they started to cry when they know what was their fate going to be after this.

The Celestial Dragon was having fun while doing this.

Celestial Dragon: "HAHAHHAHA, that's right be in the ground for this whole day, after I have fun with them, I will let them go."

The man who was kneeling got mad and was about to attack the celestial Dragon.

The guards who were protecting the Celestial Dragon protected him and started to attack the man.

The wife and daughter of the man started to scream to stop them from doing this.

Celestial Dragon: "Don't kill him. I will make him watch how I enjoy his wife and daughter. I will make them scream in pain and pleasure in such way that they will even forget about you."

Xavier who was hearing this moved towards a narrow area where no one could see him and used Partial Transformation and changed his whole body to that of Dragon scales, his height grew to 3 ft, he changed his face to that of Dragon as well.

Xavier released his Conqueror's Haki, the people who were watching what was happening to that man quickly collapsed, even the Celestial Dragon collapsed and the guards were able to make themselves stand under this pressure. Xavier controlled his pressure such a way the man and his family were not affected by it but increased the radius to affect the surrounding streets as well.

Xavier releases his Dragon Might which brought forth a Dreadful feeling, the guards started to piss their pants due to this.

Xavier moves out from the area and was walking towards the Celestial Dragon.

Xavier reaches the guards who were not able to do anything and move in a quick fashion and knocks each of them out.

Xavier reaches the Celestial Dragon and moved past him to the cell and broke it out letting the women and her daughter.

Xavier in a growl said: "Go to the next area quickly, and act as if you are knocked-out and once everyone gets up, you do the same and leave this place. There is a shipment moving out from here in the docks get there as fast as you can once you get up with the rest of them."

The man and his family bowed and did as they were told.

The whole area was silent, there was not a sound in this place, that a pin dropped sound could be heard.

Xavier went towards the celestial dragon who was unconscious.

Xavier: "I really want to kill you but I won't because I know I am not strong enough to fight what will come after this."

Xavier moves back to the narrowed area after quickly doing this and returns to his original form and also act as a knocked-out person.

After 10-20 minutes all of them drowsily wakes up. Xavier also does the same and starts to walk away slowly without anyone noticing. The Celestial Dragon who woke up started to scream at his guards and using his authority to start a problem. He started to ask the guards to ask the marine to send an Admiral here, he wanted the one who did this to fall down on his knees and beg for death that I won't give easy.

The people all started to move away as they did not want to end up dead. After few minutes some marines appeared and was ordered by the guards to do what the Celestial Dragon wanted.

Marine Base

When the information regarding the incident came known to the marines, they all shook.

Someone had interfered with the Celestial Dragon. They knocked him out along with his guards and released his captives as well.

The captain who got the news quickly reported the matter to the Rear-Admiral Deacon Botras present in the Base.

Botras: "Quickly take the Officers, reach there as fast as you can, circle the area with all our officers. Do not let anyone escape from the places. If anyone who had escaped from the area, immediately send a team out to get them. The Captives of the Celestial Dragon must be caught as fast as possible. Go now. I will inform the situation to the headquarters."

Botras takes the Den-Den Mushi and contacts the Marine Headquarters.

He explained the issue to his Vice-Admiral he was working under and in-turn the news got to Sengoku, The Fleet Admiral.

Garp: "BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA, even now there are some who has guts to harm them. I like him a lot HAHAHAHAHAHA."

Sengoku: "GARP!!! BE QUIET!!!!! Sakazuki I asked you to visit Sabaody in the next week, go now. I want the person who dared to do that. Find him, arrest him if you find him, raise a bounty the moment you get any information regarding the person who did this."

Sakazuki who heard this nodded his head and started to leave.

Garp: "HAHAHAHAA Before he gets there, the one who did it will be long gone." Talking while eating his Rice Crackers as usual.

Sengoku takes his Rice crackers from his hands and said: "Go along with him."

Garp: "No, I am tired from doing this I am going to sleep."

Sengoku: "YOU WERE JUST EATING RICE CRACKERS AND LAGUHING OUT!!! NOW GO WITH HIM."

Garp: "Alright, alright I will leave in 10 days." and out of nowhere he had Rice crackers in his hands and started to eat agian.

Sengoku: "Where the hell did you get them?"

Garp laughed and spoke in a very serious tone.

Garp: "BWAHAHAHAHAHA, No way I am telling you." and laughed again and left the office.

Sengoku who heard this was about to shout again but before he could Kizaru who was there spoke:

Kizaru: "Hmm… Why don't I go? I have nothing to do, it will be like a vacation of rest." said in his lazy voice.

Sengoku: "This is not a vacation. A Conqueror's Haki user and we have no information about him/her. I have to report to Kong about this as well. You can go now. Kizaru go to Sabaody. If you get no results in two days, I want you to do the other task I gave you. Be fast."

As this was happening, Xavier is standing right outside Shakky's Rip Off Bar.

Xavier: {"I don't know whether I am excited to see the Dark King, Silvers Rayleigh or my meeting my only family."}

Xavier enters the bar.

When Xavier entered there were few people already present. Some where normal people the rest where some pirates.

But what he did not expect was to see The Red-Haired Shanks here.

Shanks, Rayleigh and Shakky turned towards the new entry, Xavier and looks at him before continuing what they were doing.

Xavier: {"I knew Shanks met Rayleigh, was this not way back, what is he doing here now?"}

Xavier moves forward to where Shakky is and takes a seat.

Shakky: "New One ah, what do you want?"

Xavier: "Here to meet Mister Ray, need some help from him."

Shakky: "You require coating?"

Xavier: "Nope, something else entirely."

Xavier: {"I don't even feel her power, but I know Garp had chased after her. They never showed her power but I know if I do something wrong I won't even know how I ended up dead."}

Shakky: "Have we met in some other island before?"

Xavier: "This is my first time I am meeting you, Miss?"

Shakky: "You can call me Shakky. I am the owner. Drinks?"

Xavier: "Anything would do."

Xavier then towards Shanks who was talking something with Rayleigh and turns back to Shakky.

This was not unnoticed by the three.

Shanks and Rayleigh stopped their talk when they heard him say something else entirely.

Shanks looked at Xavier and turned to Rayleigh and spoke

Shanks: "He looks a bit like you."

Rayleigh: "Hmm…. I will be back."

Rayleigh gets up from his feet and releases his Conqueror's Haki on Xavier.

Xavier who was sitting, quickly stood up and turned to Rayleigh. He felt as if the whole sky collapsed on to him. Xavier was about to be knocked out due to this. Xavier counters back with his Haki but it was no where near to what was required.

Rayleigh raised his brows looking at this, smirks and releases more of his power.

Xavier felt the pressure increasing gradually and not stopping at all.

The people in the bar, where scared, they did not feel the pressure but they know it was time to get out of here. They all started to leave.

The moment they all left Xavier released everything he got, along with his Dragon's Might it went in all directions, the tables and chair started to creak and was about to be destroyed.

This time the Dragon Might did not bring the dreadful feeling it usually bring. This time it was way different. It brought the feeling of an Emperor, a Conqueror who will stop at nothing to get what he wants.

Rayleigh seeing this stopped using his Conqueror's Haki.

Now there were only four, Xavier, Rayleigh, Shakky and Shanks.

Rayleigh: "HAHAHAHA Kid what's your name?"

Xavier who was about to collapse due to the confrontation just looked at Rayleigh and spoke

Xavier: "Silvers D. Xavier." and lost his consciousness.

Though they expected this, they could not hide their feelings as it showed in their face.

Shanks: "I did say he looked a bit like you, but hearing it does bring some good shock with it. Congrats, old man. HAHAHAHAHAHA."

Shakky who heard Xavier looked at Rayleigh and spoke

Shakky: "Even I felt like I saw him somewhere before, now that I think he does look like you when you were younger."

Rayleigh stood where he was and just looked at Xavier.

Rayleigh carried him and put him on the bed in the first floor.

Rayleigh looked at Shakky and spoke: "I will be back in two days."

Rayleigh and Shanks then went out as Shanks decided his time here was over in the island.

Shakky nodded her head and started to do what she was doing before.
