West City's economy is more developed due to the presence of Capsule Corporation. However, after the androids attacked West City, it became a ruin. The androids never went to East City because i was able to stop them currently North City is Partially safe, so now it is the most prosperous city in the Dragon Ball world, both in terms of economy and population will be East and West City.

Gohan descended from the sky and stood atop a skyscraper, witnessing the hustle and bustle of East City. Vehicles flowed continuously on the streets, and crowds of people, reflecting a peaceful and prosperous life as it was before Androids Attack.

Half an hour ago, in another part of East City, F.You biker gang members blew up East City Bank with explosives.

"Boom!" Flames shot up into the sky, and thick smoke filled the entire street.

A robber pulled the trigger, and bullets flew, taking lives one after another. The scene became more chaotic as people died.

"Bastard's, you and the androids are all Abomination's" The old man wasn't afraid at all.

"Since you want to die so badly, I'll grant your wish." The robber sneered and was about to pull the trigger when several police cars roared in and surrounded the bank.

"Damn, the cops came so quickly." The robber gave up on shooting the old man and looked at the police outside, frowning.

A female officer got out of a police car, holding a loudspeaker. "Listen, everyone inside, you are surrounded. I am Videl, the captain of this operation. Release the hostages and I promise you can leave safely."

"I'll give you two minutes to think about it. The timer starts now."

Videl, in her twenties, had long black hair and a heroic look. She wore a uniform that accentuated her figure, tempting the robbers in the bank.

"Damn, isn't she daughter of Satan whon was fighter and win Tournament?"

"Don't you know her? She's the hero of East City. There's nothing she can't handle."

"Really? So awesome?"

"Why else do you think she's the captain? I've seen her fight. She's very good at martial arts."

"This is trouble. I didn't expect her to be here."

"What do we do now?"

"What are we afraid of? We have guns and hostages. How can we be afraid of her?"

"I don't believe she can do anything to us."

"What if we hand over the hostages and she lets us go?"

"Will she keep her word?"

"They say a promise is a promise."

"Okay, let's do as she says. We'll hand over the hostages, but she needs to guarantee our safe departure."

Videl's eyes flashed coldly. "Humph, let them run for a while. Did you install the tracker and the time bomb on their car?"

The male officer nodded. "Of course, here you go." He handed Videl a tablet showing the real-time location of the robbers' cars.

Videl stared at the tablet for a while, then took out a capsule and threw it on the ground, which turned into a jet plane. "Alright, now, chase them," she shouted.

"Yes, Captain." Several police cars roared away, and Videl took off in the jet plane.

The robbers' cars sped down the road. "Bro, where are we going to have fun tonight? We have enough money for a long time."

"Let's lay low for a few days first."

"Okay, I'll listen to you."

"Oh no, the cops are chasing us!"

"What?"

"Shit!"

One of the robbers pointed at the jet plane. "That plane is after us too, right?"

"Damn it, Videl is chasing us. Shoot it down!"

The robbers raised their machine guns and fired at the police cars and the jet plane. Bullets hit the jet, causing sparks to fly. Videl's face grew colder.

Soon, the robbers' cars reached an empty road.

"Ha, accept your Fate's, Monster's" Videl sneered and pressed the remote control in her hand.

"Boom!" The robbers' cars exploded, and coins flew everywhere. The six robbers were thrown out and rolled on the ground, injured and bleeding and 1step before dying.

"Damn it, what happened?"

"That damn woman must have tampered with our car."

"I have a automatic car here which i stole, let's go." One robber took out a capsule, but before he could use it, several police cars arrived and surrounded them. Videl landed the jet, walked over with her long legs, kicked a robber on couch which made him faint and stepped on his chest.

"You were the one call me bitch haaah.....wait let me show what bitch is ?" she sneered and started to kick him on his balls while other officer's cover their family Treasure.
