The reporters wanted to ask more questions from Ariel. However, Vista stood up from her seat and said
"That would be all for today."
So Ariel also stood up from her seat calmly. She had walked ahead a few steps when she realized that Leon was still seated at the same place. Shaking her head, she walked back to him.
Ariel was about to touch Leon's hand and make him get up from the seat when she remembered how he had reacted to her touch before so she wisely took her hand back and instead said to him as gently as she could
"Leon, we need to leave now."
Leon raised his head and looked at her with a frown on his forehead. Ariel also couldn't help but frown in return.
As Leon stood up and walked past by her, she continued to look at his back with the same her.
She wasn't that bad, right?
Why did the beauty seem to dislike her so much? She was so good to beauty...always appreciating his looks! Then why?!
Stomping her foot in frustration behind the chair, she followed Vista and Leon.

Henry was in his office when his secretary came running to him and told him about the press conference. On watching the news and how they were portraying him and Mintz family, he was very furious.
"That b*****d girl!"
Does she even realize what she has done?
Henry has not met Ariel till now. He only thought that she did everything unintentionally. However, once he watched the video of the press conference where Ariel was speaking about him, his face went red with anger.
He threw everything on his table on the floor. His secretary was left speechless by this behaviour. He has been working for Henry for many years and he has never seen his boss so angry. In the secretary eyes, his boss was a very calm and composed man.
But today, Henry seemed to be completely different.
Henry, however, didn't pay any attention to his secretary. Instead, he walked towards the door and soon left the company. His driver took him to Mintz Mansion. As soon as he went inside the mansion, he started shouting Ines' name.
"Ines!"
All the maids and servants busy in their works came out on hearing their master's shouts. Ines who was busy in her room also came out. On seeing Henry shouting her name, she was slightly confused and walked to him.
"Henry, what happ...."
She was not able to finish her sentence because Henry soon slapped her.
Ines' face was slightly tilted. Her eyes were wide as if she was not able to believe whatever just happened.
It's been years since she married Henry. When she married him, he treated her very well. Adele was not his daughter but he treated her and Adele so well that Ines was not able to believe her luck.
Had she known that it was newness of the marriage. Because within a year, she had seen changes in Henry which she didn't expect.
But she endure everything. The position of being the mistress of Mintz family was too tempted to leave.
The position could help her to give a beautiful life to her daughter, Adele.
In the recent years, she had seen Henry so angry sometimes that she started to feel scared of him. In front of others he was different but in front of her, when he was angry she never wished to be around him.
Still, it was the first time he raised his hand on her, that too in front of so many maids and servants.
Did Henry even remember that she was his wife, Mrs. Mintz?
Perhaps he did because she did hear him speaking to the maids and servants.
"Everyone, Leave!"
Then she heard the footsteps leaving the living room.
A moment later, her elbow was suddenly grabbed making her come out of the trance. Her body trembled when he held her jaw and made her look into his eyes...his eyes which were filled with anger.
Ines gulped audibly.
"Did you talk to that girl properly?"
Henry felt more angered when Ines continued to stare at him instead of answering him. His hold went tighter on her jaw.
Ines hissed sharply but Henry repeated his question again.
"I am asking you something. Did. you. talk. to. that. girl. properly?"
This time Henry emphasised his words.
Ines' eyes were already filled with tears. Her eyes were filled with confusion on hearing the question and she asked
"Which girl? "
Henry took a deep breath before he pronounced the name.
"Ariel! I am talking about that bastard girl."
Ines frowned, still unable to understand why exactly he was angry.
Henry pushed her away without caring if she hit anything. As Ines balanced herself, she heard Henry say
"That girl told in media that we forced her to do this marriage."
Only now Ines understood everything.
"But...I had talked to her."
Ines tried to convince him but her words were only fuelling Henry's anger now. Because he glared at her sharply and said
"Then you should have worked more, Ines. That girl ruined my reputation completely."
Ines opened and closed her mouth. She did everything she could do. Still, she tried to comfort Henry.
"We will find a way, Henry. Don't worry."
"Find a way!"
Henry chuckled in anger and grabbed her jaw again making Ines groan produce inaudible sounds in pain.
"What will you do? You have already ruined everything. Because of you, my company faces the danger of losing all its clients. All you can do is just sit at home and buy those expensive things and you still will create problems for me."
Ines trembled. Fresh tears rolled down her eyes on hearing his words. It must be her fault.
She closed her eyes when she saw Henry raising his hand again.
However, she waited for a long time but nothing happened. On opening her eyes, when she saw the scene in front of herself, she gasped in fear an shock.
