The Dragon's Lair

TAEHYUNG'S POV:

When I got down from my car, the surroundings in front of me looked like a port. There were many small and big boats along with big black yacht with golden stripes at the borders. It was the biggest I had seen yet. When we moved closer, I almost choked on my own breath. 

"THE KIMS"

The name itself gave me shivers. There was also a big Dragon symbol across the name. Was this the place, a yacht? I wondered. Sensing my confusion, my aunt held my hand and smiled.

"This is not the place. We still have to go far away and yes, this is owned by us. And this yacht is going to take us to our destination. Also we are waiting for someone. Wear this mask. This is how you will meet everyone from now on. This is going to be your face. This was your father's face."  She said to me and I took it and wore on my face while I wondered who we were waiting for.

While we were waiting, I took out my phone. I was missing Jungkook. So I thought I would tell him that I am going out for business. I messaged him and he was quick to reply with stay safe and love you with a heart at the end. I smiled to myself and looked upto the car which stopped right besides our car at a distance.

Namjoon got down and opened the door for the person. Who was- Jin hyung??? I looked at my aunt and nudged her shoulder. She nodded and looked at hyung. I guess we were waiting for him.

"But why him?" I asked her.

"You will know later, once we go there. There is something that only he can and has to do." That's all she replied before they reached us.

"Alright, let's get going." She said and we started going up to the yacht when man  in his 40s came running out.

"Madam, are you alright? Sorry about the loss. We heard about it, but Captain said we can't leave here until we have orders." He said and gave hand to my aunt helping her upstairs.

"That's fine. I am alright, thanks. And Captain was right. Or you would get exposed. The lesser people outside, the more stronger we are. Ask the Captain to meet me immediately." Aunt told him and he hurried back after doing a small bow.

"Who are these people?" Jin hyung asked my aunt.

"These are our people. And by our people I mean, they are like undercover." She replied and Jin hyung nodded.

"Soobin, get my bag and follow me to my suite." I told Soobin who was quick to follow me.

"Tae, you will have to wait for a while. I need you to meet someone. This whole trip is very important for you, Jin and the rest of you three. There's a reason why all of you are here. Hence forth, the persons taking this yacht or going to this destination will be one of you and so meeting these people and letting them see you face and you knowing who is who is a must." And I stayed back while Soobin ran to my suite and placed my bags and laptop there and ran back to us.

After about five minutes, a tall man maybe in his 60s came running. He was almost out of breathe, so he ran all the way here. He bowed his head a little and then took off his cap and shook hands with my aunt.

" Yoona are you alright? Why this sudden trip? Did you guys come by yourself?" The questions in one breath. Wow!!

"Take your time, Old man, Jisung. Not in a hurry. Just a normal visit." Aunt told him and he nodded.

"So, what's the purpose this time? It's been how many years since you, Master and Joon travelled together there. Joon's death must have been a blow to you. How are you coping up with it?" His enquired about my aunt but his face changed expressions when his eyes met mine.

"Master, forgive my offense, I didn't realise you were on board." He said quickly going on his knees.

"Jisung, it's okay. He's just tired after the travelling. Also he is not well." My aunt told him and he got up.

"Alright, Master, please rest. I will make sure we reach the place safe and quick as possible." He said and bowed.

"Mark, set out for the journey. To the Dragon's Lair." Old Jisung yelled and he got reply with a yes from his man.

"Everybody with me. Master, this way." My aunt said and helped me get up, I don't know why, but I decided to act along.

We reached into our room and then my aunt asked me to take off the mask. We all found seats and sat, while me and my aunt sat on the bed.

"So, you will be acting your as your father for a few days from now until I tell you. There will be times when you will be asked to drop your act. That will be your cue when you can take off your mask. And you guys will always be with him. Jin, Namjoon, you will be with me. At any cost you are not supposed to let them know that your father is no more. Except for a few people who know, but they will still treat you as your father. You can keep quiet when you are confused or don't know what to say. That will be a cue for all to leave. I will tell you rest things over there." My aunt explained us and we agreed.

"We will get down in two minutes, boys. Get your things. Your mask Taehyung. And remember, I will be calling you as Master too." My aunt called us and told me.

And in two minutes, we all got off. As soon as we got off the yacht, an army of almost 100 men dressed in a combat suit with guns in hand surrounded us all the way up to the door of the dome. And there came a man who was the one my aunt told me this morning while we were in the car. He had a stick in his hand that helped him walk.

"Master.." All the men greeted me with a bow.

I raised a hand and they were all at ease. The old man came up to me and bowed while he took my hand and kissed it putting it against his forehead and eyes.

"My Master, you made this old man wait for long. I almost thought, I won't be able to see you in this lifetime." He said with a sad face.

"Elijah, a son has to come to his father at last. No matter where and how long he's gone. Isn't it?" I said and I don't even know why I said it. But with the warm welcome, I felt as if I was finally home.

"Yes, yes. Come, let's go in." He said and started walking ahead of us.

"Master, this way please." Said a young boy who looked my age. He pointed to the car.

Wait this old man is walking while I will go in the car? Then I remembered what my aunt had told me and I got into the car. And with me only Soobin and Jimin got in and went off to the entrance. At the entrance where more people were waiting for us.
