Chapter 28: The Elimination of Buu

Buu waved his arms, trying to sense the immense power within him, but after a while, he realized that his energy hadn't changed at all from before.

"This is wrong. My power should be even stronger. Why is there no change?" Buu said in disbelief.

John Doe smiled and said, "Maybe you haven't fully absorbed it yet. Don't worry, just give it some more time."

As John Doe chatted, he continued to help Gohan buy time.

"Come on, let's spar again. Maybe as you keep fighting, your power will surge out endlessly," John Doe said, and he punched towards Buu again.

Buu didn't think much of it and chose to respond to John Doe's attack. The two of them clashed once more.

Before long, Buu's power not only didn't increase but began to weaken. Buu was shocked and didn't know what was happening, especially with John Doe continuously attacking him.

But soon, Buu understood what was going on. He shouted, "You're so despicable!"

However, it was too late. As soon as he finished speaking, his form changed once again, becoming incredibly muscular.

John Doe knew this was the state Buu had been in when he absorbed the West Kai, which also proved that Gohan had saved Fat Buu.

At this moment, Buu stood on the mountain peak, roaring wildly and emitting painful cries, his body constantly changing.

John Doe placed his hands on his waist, ready to unleash his most powerful Kamehameha as soon as Gohan appeared, to eliminate Buu in one go.

A powerful aura flickered between John Doe's hands as time ticked by.

Finally, Buu stopped screaming, and his body returned to its original state.

Suddenly, several figures appeared in the sky—Gohan had rescued Goku and the others from within Buu.

Gohan shouted, "Uncle John Doe, I've rescued Dad and the others!"

Just as Gohan brought Goku and the others out of Buu's body, Kid Buu also sprang into action, appearing in front of John Doe in an instant and swinging his hand to attack him.

At this moment, John Doe was preparing to release the Kamehameha with his hands, so he couldn't attack Kid Buu and could only dodge. He sidestepped, leaving only an afterimage in his original position.

After Kid Buu shattered the afterimage John Doe had left behind, John Doe reappeared behind Kid Buu and unleashed his full-power Kamehameha directly at Kid Buu.

"Ha!" The powerful blue Kamehameha collided head-on with Kid Buu.

Kid Buu crossed his arms in front of him, trying to block John Doe's attack, but it was useless. John Doe's Kamehameha was too powerful and lasted a long time.

Soon, under this powerful Kamehameha, Kid Buu's body began to slowly disappear, turning to ashes until he was completely gone beneath the Kamehameha.

When John Doe could no longer sense Buu's aura, he slowly retracted his energy, and finally, after the Kamehameha flickered a few times, it disappeared completely.

A long scar was left on the ground, with no end in sight, and steam rose from it.

John Doe didn't know if any innocent bystanders had been killed along the path of his Kamehameha, but fortunately, Earth's Dragon Balls could revive them.

John Doe walked over to Goku and Vegeta and asked Gohan, "Gohan, how are they? Is there a problem?"

Gohan replied, "There's no major issue. They're just unconscious. I think they'll wake up soon."

As Gohan finished speaking, Goku and Vegeta slowly opened their eyes.

The two of them sat up abruptly, and Goku blinked, asking, "What happened to me? It seems like we were just absorbed by Majin Buu."

John Doe replied, "That's right. You were absorbed by Buu, but Gohan just went in and rescued you."

"Ah, where's Buu?" Goku asked in surprise.

"I've already eliminated him," John Doe replied.

"Ah, he's already been eliminated? What a pity. I wanted to fight him," Goku lamented, then turned to John Doe and asked, "John Doe, how about a fight with me?"

"I'm not in the mood. I just finished fighting Buu, and I don't have the energy to fight you now," John Doe said, turning away. "I'm going home. You all should go home, too."

After saying this, John Doe vanished from Goku's sight with an Instant Transmission.

"What? You won't even fight me?" Goku couldn't help but complain.

At this moment, Vegeta asked Goku, "Kakarot, you and John Doe are good friends. Has he ever told you how to transform into Super Saiyan Blue?"

Goku began to recall the conversations he'd had with John Doe over the years, until he remembered when they were kids and went into the Spirit Time Room together, and John Doe asked the gods to let him experience divine power.

He clapped his hands and said, "I know how John Doe transforms!"

Vegeta quickly asked, "How does he transform?"

So Goku described the events from those years, especially what John Doe had told him about the gods.

Finally, Goku said, "Now, John Doe's prediction about the Kaioshin has come true, which means there should also be a God of Destruction and an Angel in this universe."

As Goku spoke longingly, he said, "John Doe said the God of Destruction and the Angel are very powerful. I really want to fight them."

Hearing this, Vegeta quickly said, "What nonsense are you talking about? The God of Destruction is incredibly powerful. You must not provoke him, or you'll endanger Earth and its people!"

Vegeta's sudden outburst startled Goku, who asked, "Vegeta, what's wrong? Why are you so afraid of the God of Destruction?"

"Because you don't understand the power of the God of Destruction!" Vegeta shouted. "Remember what I said."

"Hmph, I'm going to find Supreme Kai Daijin. I want to see if I can sense the divine ki from his power. Kakarot, I'll transform into Super Saiyan Blue faster than you," Vegeta said, then flew towards the Supreme Kai's planet.

Goku didn't understand why Vegeta was so angry, but he didn't care. Goku gave money to Gohan and pointed at Buu, saying, "Gohan, take this money and Buu, and go. I'm going to find John Doe."

"Ah, Dad, Uncle Vegeta is going to find Daijin. Aren't you going?" Gohan asked, puzzled.

Goku smiled mysteriously and said, "That's why Vegeta is so stupid. Although Daijin is a god, his divine power is very weak, and John Doe can already transform into Super Saiyan Blue. So where on Earth can you find more divine ki than in John Doe's body?"

"Don't worry, Dad will transform into Super Saiyan Blue soon. But you mustn't slack off, either. You're even stronger than Dad now, so don't let Dad surpass you again," Goku said, then disappeared in front of Gohan with an Instant Transmission.
