Chapter 1: Four Years Later

Time flew by, and four years had passed since the defeat of Buu's evil form.

During this time, Gohan finally graduated from Satan High School and joined the entertainment company founded by his aunt, Bulma, successfully launching his career.

However, Gohan was too honest and straightforward. He wasn't good at self-promotion or interacting with fans. Aside from filming and training, he did little else, and his popularity remained lukewarm, never surpassing Satan's.

As a result, Bulma eventually gave up on the idea of making Gohan a star. Fortunately, even so, Gohan's salary was still much higher than that of an average worker, which made Chi-Chi very happy.

Gohan's personality also made Videl like him even more. In her eyes, Gohan was completely different from her father, and compared to him, Gohan was truly an exceptional man.

In the end, Gohan and Videl officially entered the hall of marriage two years after their high school graduation.

Today was Bulma's birthday, and she decided to celebrate by organizing a luxurious cruise trip for all her friends.

However, Goku was still training with King Kai, Vegeta was in the Gravity Room, and only John Doe, relatively speaking, was not as obsessed with training. Instead, he brought Android 18 and Axel Doe to Bulma's cruise ship.

"In your heart, is my cute, intelligent, kind, and beautiful wife not important? I'm giving you three minutes to appear before me, or else you can go and spend your time in the Gravity Room. Humph!" After saying this, Bulma hung up the phone.

Vegeta was so scolded that he couldn't say a word. He could only sigh in frustration and then obediently teleport to the cruise ship.

Bulma was delighted to see Vegeta arrive and said, "That's right. Training should also be balanced with rest. Today, you should take a good rest."

Vegeta looked around and asked, "Where are John Doe and Kakarot?"

Bulma pointed to John Doe, who was chatting with Android 18, and said, "John Doe is over there. As for Goku, Chi-Chi said he's still with King Kai and hasn't returned yet."

"That bastard Goku! I told him about my birthday in advance, and he still went to train with King Kai. I've decided never to talk to him again."

John Doe had managed to break through because, after the Cell Games, he overcame his mental barriers and, with his extraordinary comprehension, was able to reach the Super Saiyan Blue state in the realm of the gods.

So he said to Vegeta, "Breaking through to Super Saiyan Blue requires the right circumstances, like water flowing into a channel. When the time is right, it will happen naturally. Forcing it won't work."

"Vegeta, you need to calm your mind and then try to sense the fluctuations of the godly ki."

Vegeta didn't quite understand what John Doe meant, but he could understand the concept of calming his mind.

With John Doe's persuasion, he decided not to think about transforming into Super Saiyan Blue for the time being.

Meanwhile, on King Kai's planet, Goku was also discussing the transformation into Super Saiyan Blue with King Kai, who gave him advice similar to what John Doe had said.

At that moment, King Kai suddenly heard the voice of the Supreme Kai in his ear. The Supreme Kai said to King Kai, "North Kai, the Hakaishin Beerus is on his way to you. Hurry and send Goku away. Don't let that guy anger the Hakaishin."

Upon hearing the Supreme Kai's message, King Kai saw that Goku was still deep in thought, so he quickly hid and whispered, "Supreme Kai, rest assured, I won't tell Goku. I just heard Goku say that his friend Bulma is having a birthday today, so he'll be leaving soon and won't meet the Hakaishin."

"Who's coming, King Kai? I just heard something about the Hakaishin," Goku suddenly appeared behind King Kai, startling him.

King Kai, in response to Goku's question, immediately turned the tables and shouted, "Goku, how can you suddenly appear behind someone? You're so rude! Get out of my planet right now!"

As King Kai pushed Goku to leave his planet, a voice that hadn't been heard in hundreds of years suddenly sounded behind him.

"Long time no see, King Kai. Who are you trying to send away?" Hakaishin Beerus appeared from behind Whis.

King Kai was so startled that he immediately bowed and rubbed his hands together, saying, "Hakaishin Beerus, it's been hundreds of years. I hope you're well. I wonder which wind blew you here?"

Beerus smiled and said, "I didn't come to see you. You don't need to be so cautious. I'm here to find this Saiyan."

As he spoke, Beerus raised his finger and pointed at Goku.

"Me?" Goku was puzzled and wondered why Hakaishin Beerus wanted to see him. He asked curiously, "Hakaishin Beerus, what's the reason for wanting to see me?"

Beerus walked up to Goku and asked, "Your name is Son Goku, right?"

"Yes," Goku replied, still looking like he was greeting a friend, but King Kai kicked him in the shin, causing him intense pain.

King Kai said, "Don't be rude to Hakaishin Beerus. You must be polite."

Hearing King Kai's words, Goku immediately stood at attention and respectfully said, "Yes, Hakaishin Beerus, I am Son Goku."

Beerus nodded in satisfaction and continued, "I know you're a Saiyan, and I want to ask you a question. Do you know about the Super Saiyan God?"

"Super Saiyan God? What's that?" Goku thought hard, but with his simple mind, he never considered that Super Saiyan Blue was the advanced transformation state of the Super Saiyan God.
