Get off my Lawn!

While shooting through the air, I marveled at my newfound strength. With a casual flap of my wings, I could instigate hurricanes… with a single breath… destruction. I no longer had a weak point, an area where damage could slow me down. There were no bones to break, no brain to crush, and the hearts I had could be reformed in milliseconds.

Should I wish, every part of me could be a blade, claw or maw. Or any other weapon for that matter. I was fairly confident that, should I wish, I could eradicate all life on the planet… and depending on the power of Crystal Detonation, perhaps even destroy it. I wouldn't, obviously. Biollante, Mothra and the Houtua probably wouldn't like that. I snickered to myself at the thought.

Speaking of… I arrived back near the Houtua village, to see a massive storm covering the sky, along with 3 singularities that each were releasing a serpentine head of Ghidorah, the closest one already heading for Godzilla as his atomic beam curved around its neck.

I quickly took control of the storm, and directed as many lightning bolts as possible to strike me- as I absorbed and stored their power while waiting a ways off. I was circling the area and looking for the Exif priest guiding Ghidorah. I wanted the summoning item he was wielding since I was going to use it to do something rather stupid and risky.

After spotting him, I… didn't immediately kill him, I instead grabbed the Houtua twin he had kidnapped, along with the edgy commander running to confront him, before heading back to the main Houtua outpost that was witnessing the battle and deposited them both inside. After that I quickly created a dome of nanometal and crystal composite around both the outpost and the underground village, before splitting off a piece of myself to monitor them and generate a shield on top. It cost perhaps half of my total mass, but I was planning to get it back very soon.

The Houtua were excited, and quite a few had prostrated themselves, while the humans from the ship looked at me with extreme fear. I pointed down toward the edgy commander who looked like he wanted to escape "STAY!", I'd relayed it using telepathy and said it out loud, just so he got the message. Then, without a care for how I was seen, I hovered above them and headed back for the Exif priest.

Landing in front of him, I didn't care about how smug he tried to look, or his feeble attempts to touch upon my mind, I simply split my hand several times until it was small enough to reach into his eye socket and retrieve the conduit lending Ghidorah his current capabilities- that being selective intangibility. The moment I had the item, I vaporized the little twit while running my own tests on the item to discover as much as possible. It was still glowing golden, and I could feel Ghidorah trying to attack my mind… which utterly failed.

Hmm… I see. Ghidorah… was being a coward. The reason that only his 3 heads were here instead of his full body, was due to him not wanting to risk death by fully manifesting, since once he did, then if the summoning item was destroyed he'd be (while still incredibly powerful), susceptible to the laws of this reality, and thus… killable.

So long as his body proper wasn't here, the destruction of his heads wouldn't actually do anything other than annoy him. If that's the case… then how the hell do I pull him out?! I began doing calculations so complex and so fast that supercomputers would seem slow, indeed it was so fast that my own body was heating up enough to cause the air around me to warp.

Non-viable. Wouldn't work. Too slow. That… maybe… hmmm…worth a shot.

I flew up between the center of the 3 singularities… I really hope this works, and made a thread to each of them before drawing them closer using Nidhogg' Chosen. The energy from 3 singularities was enormous, and it was all being drawn inward, yet just as they had touched upon one another, I instead switched to using Dimensional Travel… just not for me.

The singularities combined into a single golden portal- out of which dropped the rest of Ghidorah's body. All 3 of the heads lifting and constricting Godzilla turned toward me in shock, as I grinned wide while crushing the priest's summoning item- immediately subjecting Ghidorah to the rules of this reality, and causing his heads to shorten and return to his body.

Before me now stood the Golden God of the Exif, the destroyer of worlds. With 3 long spiky necks topped with thin crocodile-like heads, moving down saw 2 wings, legs and tails. And the entire body being a gleaming gold with the occasional lightning bolt lancing off of his body.

I rushed Ghidorah, while in the background Godzilla was falling from a few hundred meters in the air. Ghidorah didn't spend much time contemplating as he reciprocated my attack by rushing to meet me halfway.

Our clash caused a massive pressure wave to wreck everything within a few kilometers (With the exception of the Houtua outpost). Ghidorah clamped 2 heads onto my arms to start absorbing my energy, while his final head seemed to be charging up an attack, I meanwhile, also began absorbing energy through where his heads had contacted me, while also charging up an attack of my own.

Another pressure wave erupted from us as Ghidorah released a bright red lightning stream, and I released a bright white laser, which both met in the middle and created a bubble of energy before throwing us both backward.

Before the dust had even cleared, I sent a special gift through it toward him, catching Ghidorah off guard as a glowing blue crystal shot through the smoke and *plinked* off of his chest. He looked down at it, before looking back at me, unimpressed.

I just smiled and quipped- "Tick tick boom"

He had a single moment to be confused as the crystal went from blue to a blindingly bright white and-

*VEEP-VOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!*

-The first Crystal Detonation I'd ever used went off with enough force to put a crack in the continent and create a mushroom cloud large enough to reach into the upper atmosphere. But I knew this wouldn't be enough to kill him, and indeed, I could feel his energy still going strong.

Catching me off guard this time, I was hit by 3 yellow lightning attacks from within the mushroom cloud. They didn't seem to deal much damage, yet I could feel how they pulled me toward Ghidorah. I let them, as I fired off a piercing beam toward where they originated… But the moment I cleared the smoke and saw Ghidorah, I realized how bad of an idea that was, as the beam attack I'd fired seemed to be circling around him and building energy, before finally leaving the spiral and heading back toward me.

I tried intercepting it with another beam, yet it was also twisted before being sent straight back at me- ending up with me being hit by 2 of my own attacks. Yet aside from pushing me back, they didn't manage to pierce my shield. What did, was the follow up of 3 red lightning beams, followed by Ghidorah doing something with his tails just before I heard something *plink* off of my back, and turning around, I saw another version of myself looking smugly at me.

…An illusion? No… time distortion?!

I didn't get to think about it as I was engulfed by a massive explosion.

*VEEP-VOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!!*

The attack had sent me hurtling forward and straight into Ghidorah's jaws, as he once again began to absorb my energy.

Fuck me that hurt. Before it went off, I'd shielded myself with my wings, and changed the outer layer of my body to be as rigid and unyielding as possible. Even still, my wings were gone, and if I still had a spine, it'd be destroyed right in the middle. As is, it was rapidly healing over, and my wings had already started to regrow.

No time for that now though, as I could feel myself getting weaker by the second as Ghidorah drained my energy reserves. Just as I started consuming his energy back, his wings shifted around, before growing sharp points and stabbing me in the side. To add insult to injury, they also began absorbing my energy. As if it couldn't get worse, a brand new set of wings burst forth from his back, as with a single flap he dragged me up into the air.

I shifted my body into a semi-liquid state, and rushed upward until I covered Ghidorah's entire body and turned the tables once again, also consuming him at the same time. Now it was a race between us, as we both were consuming the other. From an outside perspective, it would look like Ghidorah was wearing a suit of silver-ish armor and flailing around in the air. Yet for us, it was a deadly back and forth with our lives on the line.

I felt the rate at which I consumed Ghidorah increase, but simultaneously become harder due to him creating a singularity in each of his mouths and trying to vacuum up my body. But for every piece he would vacuum up, twice as much would be created from my constantly regenerating body.

Seemingly exasperated with me, I suddenly found Ghidorah creating another singularity to escape my grasp- this time encompassing his entire body as I was forced away lest I be consumed. I quickly retreated and reformed myself a distance away- this time with streaks of gold running through my scales.

Once again we clashed, fighting tooth and claw for an advantage. We went in for quick bouts, before retreating from one another, just to repeat it all over again. Eventually Ghidorah was able to stab me again, and before I could shift away he hit me with 3 simultaneous red lightning beams- sending me careening downward and into the moon, where I created a massive explosion upon reaching the ground.

This… this is harder than I thought. I pulled myself out of the lunar soil… wait… soil? I didn't have much time to think as Ghidorah landed in front of me, seemingly no worse for wear, while I was still stitching myself back together. He charged up an attack before once again firing the red lightning toward me- with me only being able to intercept one with an attack of my own as the other 2 sent me hurtling backwards as more of my body was incinerated.

Before I could even recover from that, Ghidorah intertwined his 3 heads toward the sky, as a massive yellow 7-pointed star appeared above him. He shot lightning into it for several seconds straight, before an identical star appeared above me, and a single lightning bolt of brightest red and white lanced down and struck me- creating a crater several kilometers wide with millions of giant cracks spreading out over the moon's surface.

As the dust cleared, Ghidorah jumped down into the crater- crushing me beneath his feet while stabbing his wings into my chest. On his face I could see a look of pure superiority and disdain… as for all accounts, I seemed to have been bested. But, of course I wasn't, after all… this wasn't even my real body.

Ghidorah was confused when my body melted and locked his legs in place, and before he could wonder about the significance of my actions, his left head was heavily impacted from behind by a giant serpentine head similar to his own. As his other heads prepared to fight back, they too were attacked in much the same way, as all around the crater, multiple serpentine heads of brightest silver burst forth from the ground to converge upon the golden menace.

He conjured multiple singularities… but they weren't enough, as even they were consumed and making me stronger. And slowly but surely he was overrun by the sheer volume of attacks.

More and more began to emerge, and before long his entire body was submerged in silver, and, even while he was constantly adapting and trying to fight back, too much energy was being stolen from him to mount a proper defense. Very soon his golden body that was once so bright, began to dim and flicker, as the silver engulfing him instead began to glow and shine.

Amidst the coils surrounding Ghidorah, a small opening presented itself, not allowing him to escape, but to bear witness- as the crater we were in was thrown upward as I emerged, while thousands of heads were beneath me consuming the ground. Even as he watched, many more silver heads were created before latching onto his draining form.

I forced him to watch as I grew to new heights using the power that he never deserved. As his reign as what the ignorant might call a God… became a stepping stone along my path. Ghidorah went out not with a roar, but with a hiss full of spite, hatred, and impotent fury. As his body finally lost its golden luster, and faded to black, before dissipating entirely.

This time my body was strong enough not to be put to sleep, as despite my currently shifting form I was still capable of moving and acting. Now… I feel like I'm forgetting something. I looked back at the planet, just in time to have my vision encompassed by a spiraling red beam of destruction that cut through my chest, and carved a hole through the center of the moon- all while the crater I was in became several times deeper.

*CRACKOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!*

Over a minute and a half later the explosion had finally died down somewhat, as country-sized chunks of the moon were shot off into space from where the attack had landed. After the smoke had died down, I was still standing there, looking at Earth. This time with annoyance. Right… I still have to eat that cocky fucker. With a thought, I created a portal behind Godzilla, and before he could even turn around, I ripped the plates directly off of his back- simultaneously absorbing his shield, and disabling it from working further. I then began eating him alive using the same thousands of heads I'd used on Ghidorah, and just like the golden prick, he was losing far too much energy to hope to stop me.

As he was just on the doorstep of death, having lost all of his appendages and a large portion of his body, I released him onto the ground. This… was not out of mercy. I telepathically called out to someone far more deserving of killing this fool, after all I'd gotten what I came for-

With a high pitched cry, I saw Mothra burst forth from the ground some distance away, before closing in and landing atop the former king of Earth. I noticed that she was conversing with him for a few minutes, though about what I'm not quite sure, after which she moved to his head and destroyed it using an attack I recognized as being storm attributed. Then she continued using it until the only thing remaining of Godzilla was a giant lump of charcoal, which upon being touched, crumpled into ash.

Fitting that she finally got revenge for her brother. I turned to Mothra "I will stay for a little longer, but once I leave, the planet will be yours"

This caught her off guard, as she frantically started telepathically communicating with me and telling me why that was such a bad idea- "Planet needs king! Without strong ruler, other eaters come! No go! Stay!"

That… complicates things. Dammit… I can feel that the next step in my growth is happening, and I want to get the crystal from Atlantis before it finishes. But I claimed this world… I can't just leave it defenseless. And I doubt I can raise up Mothra or Biollante to be strong enough to match Godzilla Earth at his max.

…Why don't I just… create someone new to fill the role then?

I portalled in Biollante behind me, as she dropped to the ground and looked ready for a fight, before spotting me and running forward to bite one of my many faces off… Never change Biollante. As she tried to bite me, I communicated with both her and Mothra "I cannot stay here much longer… but I also cannot leave the planet defenseless. It needs a new ruler, but to make them, I need your help"

Biollante changed from happy and cheerful, to bashful and coy in a heartbeat, while Mothra just seemed relieved and curious. I suppose it shouldn't be strange for Mothra to create offspring. I looked through my abilities, and eyed up Replicate Life. I activated it while thinking about the kind of being I'd want to look over this world.

I'd want them to be strong, for as much of an asshole this version of Godzilla was, he was also technically the only wall between this world and destruction from alien species.

I'd want them to be kinder than him though. Kind enough that they'd nurture life on this planet back to a good path, yet be ruthless enough to destroy any serious threats.

But most of all… I'd want them to have a reason to love this world… a connection that would bind them, hence my inclusion of Biollante and Mothra. I was perfectly capable of creating life utilizing traits from both of them, however it would be solely my contribution, and thus the resulting being would have no connection to this world, just like me. Not ideal.

I channeled the ability in front of me, as a ball of swirling energy manifested. Into it I injected draconic energy, as well as all the mutations and abilities of Godzilla, after which it shifted into a large dark green egg. From there I prompted both Biollante and Mothra to contribute. Mothra began to release an orange and gold mist, which merged with the egg as I could feel it containing a strong connection to life and joy, along with a sense of care. From Biollante, there was a wave of green and orange, as I felt it containing all she knew about plants and nature. And both contributed a healthy dose of ruthlessness for their enemies.

We stood around the egg for multiple days, connected to our growing child, and to one another. I understood both Biollante and Mothra far more than ever before. And they too understood me… understood why I could not stay. Biollante had become inconsolable after figuring it out, and had resorted to nervously chewing on my shoulder as time went by. I'd had to calm her down by assuring her that I would visit again sometime. I was also able to revert to a more normal appearance during this time instead of being so… Hydra-ish.

Then it happened. The shroud of energy finally faded, as the egg cracked open and the new ruler of the planet was revealed- a majestic green dragon with wings similar to Mothra, and an inherent connection to all plant life nearby from Biollante. I was now… a father? Hahaha… how strange that feels.

"Hello Daughter. Welcome to existence."

She looked rather regal, and I was expecting her to act the part, but betraying my expectations, she jumped to hug me as tears left her eyes- "Don't leave!"

Hahahaha… very much Biollantes daughter.

"I have to little one…"

She began to cry even more before-

"... but I suppose I could delay for a bit."

-Cheering up immensely upon hearing that. This transformation will take several hundred thousand years at minimum… What are a few decades compared to that? Oh! And before I forget-

"I know what will cheer you up! A name! Seeing as you are now the ruler of this planet, the new mother and progenitor of life that shall spring forth… I shall name you Gaia!"

She hopped around excitedly at hearing that, and surprisingly I could feel her power not-so subtly increase afterward… interesting.

"Now… why don't you say hello to your mothers?"

I sat and watched as my daughter played around with Mothra and Biollante, and allowed myself to relax for the first time in what felt like years… yet had only been days. I may never truly settle down… but a small reprieve to spend time with family and raise my daughter will be good.
