If there was one word Amri would describe herself as after spending weeks in the Capital, it was "Haggard."
She'd brought along the well of power she'd been storing in the land around the Center, and after the first couple of weeks of simply holding onto it, she'd started to put it into the land around the capital because holding onto it was keeping it from growing. As a result, she'd gotten very little sleep because of the distant but persistent construction going on at all times. Her jackhammered perceptions notwithstanding, she'd managed to maintain enough focus and decorum to address the Council, but afterward, she'd wound up stuck in her hotel at their behest.
Sequestered. Not stuck, sequestered.
