The rewards of the group members

-Whitebeard: Gurarararara, this old man is satisfied,

The old man in question, Edward Newgate was extremely happy while sitting in his boat on his private great lake.

He sipped from his huge cup of sake while he typed in the chat.

There was a reason for that of course, and it was the reward he had gotten.

Despite Ren being the main force behind the last mission along with Tatsumaki, he was still not disappointed by the reward.

It was because he had breached his previous limit and made a further improvement in his strength.

-Tsunade: What did you get old man?

She asked as she could feel his happiness even from the texts.

-Yamato: What did you get old man?

-Robin: yeah, tell us already,

Whitebeard saw how many were eager to know so he took a sip from his cup and started to type.

-Whitebeard: This old man had never dreamed of surpassing the SSS rank, even in my peak, and despite my destructive ability being higher than that in potential, I could never bring it to full fruition,

-Tatsumaki: What does that have to do with this?

-Tsunade: ?? just tell us what you got stinky old man,

The old man's eyes twitched as he saw how they were so disrespectful, but these two were like his own daughters so he was patient with them.

-Whitebeard: This old man got an SSS+ rank potion, and it has advanced all my stats to the SSS+, one step below the Ex rank

What he said didn't sound impressive, but in reality, even increasing stats when they were lower took months of training and the higher they reached the harder it was.

For example, he had never managed to pass the SSS rank even in his prime, and instead had even lowered with his growing age, until only his magic stat had stayed SSS rank.

The magic stat was the one capable of bringing his shockwaves trait to full potential, but since it never increased past the SSS rank, the old man could never take the next step.

And then, when he had reached the SSS rank, despite not stopping his training, years went by and he could only grow weaker due to age instead of upgrading them.

That showed that he could never reach any higher status than that.

But now, forget his magic stat which was the only one in the SSS rank, now every stat of his had reached SSS+.

'This old man has a chance even so late in life…' whitebeard with a smile on his face got lost in the taste of sake and success.

As for what chance he was talking about…

'A chance to enter the godhood royal path!'

No man would ever say no to strength gain, and he was no different, in fact, he was one of the few who wished for it and even dreamed of it. That was because he had a family on his back that he needed to protect against threats he was aware he could do nothing against in his current self.

-Tsunade: Now that I see that, my reward seems less stellar in comparison… how nice would it be to suddenly reach the SSS rank, no even the SS rank would have been amazing,

It wasn't that what she got was bad, but it paled in comparison and required her to put in more effort to reach the next step.

-Whitebeard: What did you get then?

The old man was also interested in what everyone had gotten.

-Whitebeard: For that matter, why don't everyone say what they had gotten?

-Tsunade: Well, I got a trait ranking potion, and it took my trait from the SS rank to reach the SSS rank,

Whitebeard took a look at that, and he felt as if Tsunade needed some spanking as an ignorant child.

He took a deep breath and started to explain to her patiently.

-Whitebeard: Are you seriously dissatisfied? There is nothing in this world that can change traits, what you were born with should stay as it was, and that means you can never in your life or the next reach past SS rank. But now, you have gotten such a chance and might even get more in the future, but you are dissatisfied?

Now that she thought about it, her trait [Nature Empowerment] which was something the Senjus were born with, was actually inherently only SS rank for her.

Even for her grandpa, it was the same. The only difference was that he had gotten another trait at birth called Wood release.

So, the fact that she had managed to increase it even above her grandfather was something that made her understand how impressive what she had gotten was.

'It seems like I was blinded by how easy the old man's reward was that I saw mine as bad,'

She reflected and noticed that she had done wrong.

The group chat members continued on talking, and it seemed like all of them got something, either points or a reward.

Particularly, Ren spoke and said how he had gotten an item, a weapon to be specific.

All Might got a healing potion, which was why he hadn't spoken in the group chat before. It was because he had been through a roller-coaster of emotions.

It seemed like he was too happy he might even cry.

Meanwhile, Yamato wasn't very lucky, as she only got a bracelet that when worn, can increase her stats substantially, but not enough to upgrade a whole rank.

So, if her stats were SS rank they would become SS+. Nonetheless, she wasn't dissatisfied with that too much. As it meant among the same rank she would be very strong.

Despite everyone talking so much, Tsunade noticed then that Tatsumaki hadn't yet said what she had gotten.

'Actually, even Iris Heart hadn't said anything, but that girl is dangerous…'

Tsunade wanted to switch the subject of her embarrassment someway so she poked at Tatsumaki and left the other troublesome sleeping bear.

-Tsunade: Tatsumaki, it seems like you are too silent, could it be that you only got points?

It was possible, for example, that all the others below S rank in this chatroom had gotten points instead of anything.

It was a rule of the system to first be S rank to get any good rewards.

Seeing the old man speaking up for her, she finally sighed and resolved herself to say it.

-Tatsumaki: I have gotten two rewards this time

Just as she said that the chatroom stayed silent.

It seemed like even the old man was surprised, they all didn't expect someone can get two rewards as even Ren didn't.

But her next words made even the old man suck in a deep breath.

-Tatsumaki: One is another trait. It is called [Weight Manipulation (S)], and I have found it to work very well with my powers

Whaaaat!!

Everyone exclaimed out loud as soon as they read that.

*Spurt*

Even the old man spurted the Sake he was drinking as he almost choked and stood up in shock.

It was possible to get another trait from the system?

Even Ren was surprised by this.

'You can also get traits like this?' He saw so many opportunities for this. But then he went to the system rules and saw what was written there.

It seemed like the members can indeed get rewards with traits but its chance was extremely low, and no one member can get two trait rewards.

Which meant Tatsumaki was done for now.

But it seemed that the trait was lower ranked. Still, it was impressive nonetheless.

But then as he heard what she said next, he was shocked along with the rest.

-Tatsumaki: The second reward was a trait enhancing potion (SSS), so now I have two traits at the SSS rank and both complement each other well,

Her words shocked them all as they stood in their own places rooted in place.

-Tsunade: Isn't this a little unfair?

-Robin: I got just points…

-Fubuki: +1…

-Yamato: Tsk

-Whitebeard: Even this old man is a little jealous Gurarararara

Seeing them all like this, Tatsumaki smiled to herself.

She had changed quite a bit by being in this group, and she started to like them quite a bit. And despite her usual habits being hard to change, she was starting to do so.
