Ren’s Initial Chakra Mode

'It's that guy with the Rinnegan,'

Hashirama immediately located the culprit. Even though blood dripped down his chin, he didn't even move his hands to wipe it out. And his arms stayed crossed across his chest.

It did appear that he was slightly paler than before.

It was one of Pain's six avatars' abilities that swallowed souls and can then spit them back making the person alive once again.

'Such a technique…'

Hashirama had seen his fair deal of abilities, and this one was quite something, but he didn't dwell on it for too long since if he thought about it, his own brother had created a similar but inferior Jutsu before.

'It must need some sort of huge price, but that guy… Pain was it? Something is weird about his ability…'

Hashirama despite the situation they were in he was pressured by them or anything, it was just that he wasn't as youthful as before.

But he wasn't cornered just yet.

Just when he was considering if he should give it some more effort, a new addition appeared on the battlefield, and this time Hashirama did widen his eyes a bit.

That was because the person who appeared was an SSS rank person, and unlike this guy before him with the mask who was relying on the phasing ability of his cursed eyes, or borrowed strength of the Bijuu sealed in him, it seemed like Ren was stronger on his own.

'Is he on our side or an enemy…?'

While he was thinking all this, of course, his attacks hadn't lowered in intensity, and Obito who was hiding his face was gritting his teeth behind the mask.

And he wasn't the only one who noticed what was happing. The masked person before him also did.

'As expected of thy god of the Shinobi…' Obito thought.

Obito then also noticed Ren, and how he appeared near the battlefield.

His eyes then changed under the mask.

'If he's here, then what happened to Kumo? Did those guys fail?'

He suddenly oozed with dangerous and unmasked killing intent toward Ren.

It was enough for Hashirama to know which side Ren was on.

It seemed like he was an ally of Konoha. Which made Hashirama reassured since he now didn't have to present his all, as that would leave him in a worse state than he was.

Meanwhile, as soon as Ren appeared, he quickly took a hold of the situation.

'Hmm, everyone is fighting someone they can fight it seems,'

Ren observed and came to this conclusion, it didn't seem like any fight was uneven.

But when he saw the six paths of pain, plus the SSS rank monsters and Obito, Ren noticed the energy surrounding them.

'Such a vile energy,'

He could sense that quite easily. For now, he chose to ignore that, as he noticed the battles of Minato and Jiraiya and all the strong people on their side were getting dangerous for them since many SSS rank monsters were attacking.

Ren then sent a message to Tsunade that he was here, and she briefly looked at him from her battle, before she gave the orders to those nearby to deliver the news that he was on their side, a newly SSS rank superhero. That would serve to increase morale.

The next thing that happened was Ren transforming into his White tiger form where he became much stronger than before, and then he kicked the ground and disappeared.

Minato had been in the sage mode and fighting with his Sensei Jiraiya who was similar in his strongest form, the incomplete sage mode.

They were fighting all six paths of pain, and it was annoying since they already had the ability to summon SS rank monster, which took them some time to destroy, but it seemed that now other stronger monsters came to target them.

Jiraiya who had two sage frogs on his shoulder helping him started another attack against a wolf-type monster that was SS rank.

He released oil from his mouth and Fukasaku, the male frog on his shoulder released a huge wind jutsu similar to Jiraiya, and finally, Shima the female frog releases a huge fire Jutsu.

The three Jutsus combined to form a huge wave of flaming burning oil that burned at thousands of degrees of heat.

It shot at the wolf and since it was natural energy, it proved very effective against the monster, and it was burned completely.

But by now Jiraiya knew that the Animal path among the six pains can revive these monsters and summon them again. they were seemingly immortal.

*Fuah*

Just as he breathed a sigh, he was attacked by the other paths and he had to dodge again.

*Swish*

It wasn't like he was alone, as Minato was also struggling with him since now, other SSS rank monsters were coming toward them and were soon about to reach them.

Minato shared a look with Jiraiya as they retreated.

'We have to retreat for now,'

This was the thought they seemed to share through their eyes.

But as they decided to do that, suddenly a voice reached their ears.

"Hey, Minato, Jiraiya, leave these guys to me, and focus on Pain,"

As they heard this voice, they turned to look and saw that the three monsters that were coming toward them were now stopped by Ren.

"It's Ren," Jiraiya had a smile at this time.

He truly didn't expect that guy to join them since they had just had their deal finished and this was a battle of huge proportions.

It would also be strange for an SS rank to enter danger this time. But Jiraiya was slightly surprised when he senses how strong ren was as he was currently in sage mode and he could discern that quite clearly.

'I see, so he has already become that strong…'

Jiraiya kept the smile on his face, as his excitement increased.

Minato wasn't any different than him.

'Although we could resolve this situation with the help of the first, it would take too much on our side, and the first would also be injured even more and his sickness would get worse,'

Minato had faith in the first Hokage, especially as he knew how strong he really was.

So, he knew they could survive this, and as he was the current Hokage, he also had something else up his sleeve it was not like he was cornered by just this much. Still despite thinking that, it was also worthy to note, that any other action they chose had many issues that would be left.

So, Ren here helping them like this was going to prove to be the best course of action.

And seeing Ren take care of those monsters, he decided to leave them to him and focus back on pain.

'Now that I can focus back on him… I can finally figure out what is weird about these six guys sharing the Rinnegan,'

Minato finally decided and shared another understanding look with his Sensei, Jiraiya.

Ren engaged the monsters as soon as he finished talking with Minato and Jiraiya.

He kicked at the air and created a shockwave as he shot toward a bear monster of the SSS rank.

This bear had chains all over its body as if it was held captive, and its body largely resembled an armored huge bear.

It had plates of metal in various parts of its body, and Ren's attack when it landed did no damage whatsoever.

"ROOARRR" The bear knocked on its chest and it was as if it was considering Ren a weakling for his attack. At the same time, it ordered the rest to stay out of its fight as it was about to attack back.

And that was because only five white lines appeared on the metal plate above the chest of the bear that Ren had attacked, and he just grinned in return.

'Of course, this form is after all related to speed…' This monster was at the peak of the SSS rank. So ren would have to tread carefully and fight a steady fight and damage it bit by bit. He didn't have that time now.

'I should test the new power I got,' He considered using the chakra of Isobu, the three tails.

He was calling it chakra on purpose to honor the anime Naruto, but in truth, it was just mana like what any person had flowing inside of them.

He then suddenly let the mana of the Bijuu inside of him, which he was given free control of, to flow into his body until a clock formed around him.

A cloak of mana surrounded his form, and unlike what Ren expected, it wasn't red in color but light blue.

'This bear doesn't need much strength after all, and only this much is enough,'

Once he did so, he suddenly attacked again.

But this time, he combined wind, haki, mana, and the bijuu chakra to deliver a tornado punch straight at the bear monster.

The moment his punch connected, the bear that was gloating was hit right at the chest, and its whole body shook.

The armor plates near the punch crumbled into dust as its ribs got wrecked.

And it didn't stop there, the punch pushed its form to the ground as the bear was sent like a bullet, and it impacted the ground in such a way that a crater formed around it as it kept getting buried under the ground.

Dust raised around them, as Ren stood there floating and his right hand was emitting smoke.

Meanwhile, the other monsters cautiously stepped back from ren as they saw their brethren fallen and most likely dead.

And as the dust raised, the bear monster's form showed up and it was like nothing before.

Its form had a great hole right in the chest as if it was opened up and the insides of the chest were taken out. The injury extended to the neck and the whole of the lower jaw was obliterated, leaving the bear monster to appear like a corpse preyed on by the eagles.
