" Nothing happened but we need to talk to him urgently" Raine told him. He continued staring at us with his deep dark eyes and before he could say anything else another one came forward. He didn't look friendly at all and my guess was right " What are they doing here! Don't they know it's against the traditions for them to even think of stepping around here!" I can swear I saw a vein popping on his forehead.

This one would really be tough on us. Raine and I held hands and we were pressing each other fingers on who would respond to this one. " Uhm...bro..there, we just want to talk to Hiran" "we weren't sent any message so why would you want to talk to him" came his deep voice that sounded irritated and I could tell it was coz of our presence there." we can't allow you in here" " no we don't want to enter he could come here to meet us" He stared at us and a deep frown could be seen on his forehead. Just then the other asked" You're Hiran's sister right?" I nodded my head like a rattle. "Hmmm, wait right here" came the voice of the hostile one. I sigh of relief escaped from my mouth." That was easy" I murmured. " What position does Hiran hold that the hostile man change his mind" Rained whispered to me." I don't know" I whispered back .We could see the other men whispering to themselves and I could just feel my breathe stop. This men looked quite scary and RightNow I felt like I should have just obeyed the traditions and accept my fate. Raine and I sat on the grass since it seemed it'd be too long since Hiran would come. My thoughts were still filled with why my father would want me married to an old man. I looked into his relationship with mother and I could say it was quite extraordinary in a community where polygamy is practiced he did not only have one wife but also had no interest in marrying another even when his mother insisted on him marrying another. This had brought feuds within the family with my dad's side of family disowning him. My mother had pleaded with him to do as his family proposed but it led to a fight between them and afterwards the topic was no longer brought up by anyone who claimed cared about him but today it is a question of why?
