First Hunt

Waking up I went to the bathroom and splashed cold water on my face to get rid of the groggyness I felt.

l looked at the clock and saw it was eight in the morning. 'No wonder I feel so groggy I slept fourteen hours.'

Going onto my holowatch I ordered my breakfast since I had no food yet. 'I need to bring back some monster meet today.' Since I planned on going on a hunt today I wasn't worried about spending money on food.

Walking into the main room of my apartment I looked around since I didn't do that yesterday. From the view of the doorway you can see pretty much the whole apartment. It's an open floor plan with one bedroom and one bathroom. The dining room is on the left and the kitchen is on the right. the living room took up the far half of the apartment and there's a small balcony to. on the right wall there's two doors one to the bedroom and one to the bathroom.

After eating I left the building and ordered a hovercar to take me to the edge of the safe zone which is the max a the hovercar can go. Past the safety zone my holowatch would also stop working. Since I am a registered hunter I got a map of the surrounding area of the city. The map only had key places and what monsters were there bit that's all I needed.

Since I leveled up during the fight against the rat monsters I decided to go after some tougher prey. ' The Growling Forest should be a good place to go. There's no rank 2 monsters but I'll have to be careful about peak rank 1 monsters.' The rat monsters may have been initial rank 2 but their power was only equal to a late rank 1 monster.

' I'll try and kill some copper toothed tigers. They're fast and they have sharp and durable teeth and claws but so long as I don't run into a peak rank 1 specimen. '

With a destination and target I laid my head back to rest while I waited to arrive at the Growling Forest.

A few minutes later I arrived at the Growlinh Forest. After getting out of the hovercar I looked at the forest that was about 100 meters away.

I readied myself and said "Time for hunt." and walked into the woods.
