Truck

The countdown was over, the cabin door was closing, and the spaceship was about to lift off.

Everyone just breathed a sigh of relief, yet found that the cabin door was still not really closed.

It turned out that the mechanical arm that had suddenly failed before was stuck in the door shaft. The other end of the mechanical arm was connected to the base weighing several hundred tons on the spaceport.   

"Dangerous! Dangerous! Dangerous..." Intellectual brain determined that there was explosion danger. Red warning lights around the door kept flashing, warning those near the door to evacuate as soon as possible.   

Everyone shot again, also cut with knives, using various kinds of weapons to cut off the mechanical arm. However, this kind of mechanical arm was made for loading huge cargo and hauling spaceships, stronger than others. If there was no specialized cutting tool, there was no way to cut it off easily.

With the roar of the engine, the spaceship's upward force was getting stronger and stronger, and sparks could already be seen at the cabin door.

One-eyed bee was covered in sweat all over his face, holding a gun and shooting the mechanical arm frantically.   

"Stop wasting bullets now." Yin Nanzhao patted his shoulder. He lightly jumped, and leaped out of the spaceship from the unclosed gap.   

He landed on the control panel on the ground, turned off the out of order smart control, turned on the manual control, and retracted the mechanical arm from the cabin door.

Cabin door closed immediately and the spaceship took off into space.   

One-eyed bee rolled on the floor with tears in his eyes.   

The last thing he saw was all round control panel was densely packed with enemies. The solitary control panel was like a lonely boat in the ocean.   

Everyone was dumbed as a wooden chicken, no joy in escaping safely.   

Red Dove's excited voice came from the communicator: "Smooth take off! Is everyone safe?"   

One-eyed bee wiped sweat from his face and said in a hoarse voice: "Safe, except... boss didn't come up, and also Luo Xun."

After boss jumped out of the spaceship, Luo Xun also jumped out closely.

When boss was manually moving the mechanical arm on the control panel, Luo Xun covered him outside the control panel and killed everyone who wanted to shoot the boss.

Bullets rained down.

Yin Nanzhao dragged Luo Xun into the control panel. While shooting back the approaching enemy, he said sarcastically, "You love Qian Xu, not me. It's not worth throwing your life away for me!"   

"Is this the time to say this?" Luo Xun roared. She also felt that there was something wrong with her brain, but she had already jumped out, impossible to jump back.   

Yin Nanzhao looked up at the sky and said to Luo Xun, "Hold me tight!"   

"What?" Luo Xun face turned stupid, thinking she had hallucinated.   

Yin Nanzhao didn't bother to explain and dragged Luo Xun into his arms then jumped upward up and up, relying on his powerful strength grabbing a mechanical arm that was revolving fast in the high altitude.

"Hold tight!" He had to hold the mechanical arm with one hand and shoot to block the enemy with the other hand, so he could no longer take care of Luo Xun anymore.

Luo Xun felt like she was riding a roller coaster, nevertheless

a roller coaster without any safety measure. She had no choice but to use both hands and feet hugging Yin Nanzhao tightly like a koala, trying hard not to let herself dropped down.While the sky and earth were spinning round, two people were thrown by the mechanical arm onto a large truck that was transfering goods.   

Yin Nanzhao asked, "Do you know how to drive a truck?"

"I don't!"   

Yin Nanzhao pressed her to the driver's seat, "You drive. I shoot."   

Luo Xun was going crazy, staring blankly at the console in front of her.

"Have you ever played with a toy car? Green go forward, red stop, very simple."   

Yin Nanzhao took out the weapon box but didn't turn it into a giant scythe, instead activated and assembled it into an energy rifle.

"Toy car!" Luo Xun gritted her teeth and pushed the lever to the end in the direction of the green arrow.

The engine roared. The big truck barged forward staggering from side to side rampantly like a drunken man running wild.   

Someone rushed over and tried to stop them.   

Luo Xun hesitated, but Yin Nanzhao turned over and fired several shots, killing those people. Luo Xun no longer hesitated, gritted her teeth, and drove over.   

She asked, "Where to flee?"   

"Wherever fewer people then flee that way."

Luo Xun drove the car out of the spaceport in confusion.   

The big truck galloped staggeringly from side to side across the endless brown wasteland, bringing up billowing sand and dust along the way.   

The enemy was pursuing closely without letting go. Armored car were chasing on land, and airships were chasing attacking from the sky.   

Luo Xun though that they would be inevitable.

A desolate and barren planet, a truck was not suitable for escaping at all. Her driving skills were also incomparably crappy. If it weren't for Yin Nanzhao's amazing sniped blocking, they would have been caught long ago.  

Luo Xun glanced at Yin Nanzhao from the rear view screen seeing his back. She couldn't understand why she clearly knew that it was a dead end and still hot headed jumped off the spaceship.

He was vicious and merciless, killed people like flies, and didn't take other people's lives seriously, nor did he take his own life seriously.   

He was cunning, paranoid, always decided and acted alone, had no regard for worldly moral standards, and also handled entirely with no fear.

He was unpredictable, hard to pin down, and also good at pretending. He spoke man's words when he saw a man, he spoke ghost's word when he saw a ghost, practically as if he had thousands of faces.

Luo Xun felt that all of him was full of flaw.

Chen Sha's mother's comment of 'world's high-end' was too underestimated. To put it rudely, Yin Nanzhao was simply a dark heart big psycho with split personality and twisted mind!

Even if he didn't wear a helmet to cover that face, Luo Xun clearly knew that he was not the warm, beautiful, careful, and considerate Qian Xu.   

"Run out of energy." Yin Nanzhao reassembled the energy rifle back to a weapon box and stuck it to his waist.   

Luo Xun was startled and asked instinctively, "What to do?"   

Yin Nanzhao said: "I will not surrender."   

Luo Xun looked ahead at the dead land with endless meandering ravines as far as the eye could see. Her heart was strangely calm and said resolutely: "Where you are, there I am."
