The God of Machines

Centuries prior, the Gods blessed this world with their magical powers, granting their abilities to everyone born from their lineage. Luckily, everyone is descended from a deity, but unfortunately, their power wanes with each generation, until the modern day, where the young generations cannot hope to become powerful. Lua Moonsilver is one of these younger generations. He is a Tinkerer descended from the God of Machines, and is very weak compared to his ancestors. He was destined to live out his days making toys. By unknown circumstances, Lua encounters a gem in a forest, that gets him into contact with one of these ancient Gods. He learns about the secret of evolution, granting him the priceless knowledge to become stronger.

Vader

The female guard was visibly shocked by this information. She pointed the spear to Lua and said firmly:

"Then he must die! Beyonders are nothing but bringers of chaos!"

Vinon's voice grew cold, as she gave a harsh, prompt reply to her:

"This is not for you to decide, Cha. Vader will decide what to do with him."

Cha, the female guard, put down her spear reluctantly. She tsked and sighed, letting them pass. With Lua in her arms, Vinon entered the tent with Dfitra in tow. The mechanical arms floated not too far behind.

The inside of the yurt was large and spacious. A rug was laid out in the middle that led to what seemed like a large throne, yet not as grand as the ones he had seen in illustrations. The throne was currently empty, but the room was not. It had two or three barbarian warriors holding spears, with one even holding an additional shield.

Vinon approached the shield-holding guard and asked a question:

"Where is Vader?"
