Part 3 ( where it all began )

Narrators POV :

Previously on {the curse of the luna } clover has an argument with the guy who had pulled her down in the bushes . Even though he said that it was to protect her she wasn't sure from what . I mean they didn't even know each other so why help her anyway ? . Soon enough they both start arguing. ( Oh my god these two will argue a lot of stuck together . ) . Then the the chief of the guards finds these two . In a pretty strange position . Then he starts scolding ace for lacking his job . Then he looks at clover and somehow recognizes her . Then he calls clover into the station . Clover gets nervous about the things that might happen . She keeps wondering if she had done a bad thing . Was fighting that ride person something she wasn't supposed to do ? . Then she hears a familiar voice calling her from behind . She turns around .

Clovers POV

"Hey dear . How are you clover ? " . I recognized that voice immediately. I could recognize it anywhere . It was my grandpas voice . I turned my head to see my grandpa standing behind me . I was confused about why he was here . He usually never leaves his home . I was very confused . And by his expressions I think that he knew or realized that as well . Ace was sitting on my front of the table that we sat on . Then both the chief and my grandpa came infront of us and told us something.

" ace you already know about your future mission right ? " chief guard said to ace .

" yes sir I know about my mission . " ace replied .

" you also know why you are here right ? " chief guard asked .

Ace :" yes sir , to wait for my partner why do you ask ? "

Grandpa : " well ace . It seems my granddaughter will be your partners for this mission . " .

{ I was shocked . Partners of what ? And why with him ? }

" b but , I was never informed of this why am I in a mission and why with him ? " I asked , trying to get my answers .

I turned to see if ace had to say anything but he just looked deep in thoughts .

I asked them again on what was going on . Then I heard another voice .

" it's cause you have the mark ."

" mark ? "

Grandpa : " the mark is your power . It seems like your mage side is pretty strong . Strong enough to have a mark . "

Clover : " I have a mark ?"

Grandpa : " yes dear but we don't know how strong . Event though you are chosen to go for a mission along with your freind here . "

Clover : " we are not really - "

{ ace stops me from talking }

Ace : " of course sir . We will do it . "

Chief guard: " very well then . Your guide will be here soon . Then you will be leaded to your new rooms . Till then you have free times if you have any questions . Don't be afraid to ask me . "

Clover : " what about my job ? "

Chief guard : " they understand . The mission your chosen for is really special . "

Clover : " what is the mission anyways ? "

Chief guard : " well you know the commotion in the town earlier ? . "

Clover : " yes well I saw it but I don't know what it was about . "

Chief guard: " it's one of the dark spirits . "

Clover : " huh ?"

Chief guard " your head of the mission had caught a dark spirit . She will be here soon . "

Clover POV : " so he was probably protecting me . And I kicked him in the face aww man I feel bad now . "

{ door knocks }

Chief guard: " oh she must be here now . Well ladies and gentlemen may I introduce you to your leader and founders and choosers of this mission . Who is pretty famous in this town . If you see her you'll immediately recognize her anyways . Meet

My dearest freind and partner Teresa .

{ Teresa } : hello everyone . I'm Teresa . I will be all of yours leader on this mission . I can't wait to work with you all .

Clover : whoa ! Your Teresa the spirit hunter ! . I've heard so much about you .

Teresa : hehe . Am I really that famous .

Grandpa : I mean you have posters about your everywhere . It will be difficult to not know who you are . Especially if you have an entire port named after you .

Teresa : my fans are just too sweet . I'm anyways glad to have them . There a part of my success after all .
