CHAPTER 12: We meet again little girl (2)

"Am okay with the first and partially the third because you need to stay in the same house so they would believe you are my fiancee and the third condition we are not going to interfere in each other's life but you are not allowed to date anyone while we are together" Charlie said, "okay but we sleep in different rooms", said Eve, "okay" said Charlie.

"Deal" Eve said as she stretches her hand to shake Charlie.

"Deal" Charlie says as he accepted Eve's hand shake chuckling.

Eve goes back to her office and continues the work she was doing before she went to Charlie's office.

Eve is watching a TV show on her television set in the living room when she heard the door bell, she stands up and goes to answer the door. When she opens the door she sees a delivery guy and she says she didn't order anything, "yes ma'am you didn't but I am here just to deliver this package to you" said the delivery guy, "this is strange, but do you know the sender?" Asked Eve, "no, ma'am but there is a note inside it, I think you would know who it is by reading it, bye ma'am" said the delivery guy and he left. Eve takes the package and closes the door.

She gets to her living room, sits down and opens the box and sees a very beautiful black dress which is one shouldered with a thigh high slit. It has some sparkly side of it... There is no words that can describe how beautiful the dress is and she knows that the dress will be very expensive judging by the style and aura it exhibits. She drops the dress back in the box and begins to look to see if there is any card or note that says who gave her the dress, while looking she sees two other boxes in the package, she picks it up and opens both at the same time, her jaw drops open as she saw the contents of the boxes she opened. She saw the latest high heels shoes by Channel and also jewelry that was recently launched by the same brand, she is overwhelmed by all this and begins to seriously think who would buy all these items for her and a name pops up in her mind..... Her boss Mr Charlie, she immediately looks for a note in the package and she sees a red envelope, she picks it and opens it to read it's content that says;

"My little bunny, this is the dress you should wear to the party this weekend. Good night and dream about me😉" from your fianceé.

Eve stares at the card for some few minutes and laughs out loud before saying, "little bunny?, Who does he think I am, a rabbit? and also he doesn't waste time to call himself my fianceé" she scoffed and set everything in their positions in her wardrobe and sleeps.
