Friends

The first day of her college; ME(Montreal Eternity) College of Pharmaceutical sciences,... and Kaya had become more confident than she was; that Sam thing had made her weak mentally and she had decided to never have a relationship and to never love anyone.

On first day, she met a guy, Dhruv who gradually became her best friend and they set their BFF goals....One of those goals was to visit Seoul,South Korea. They both decided to study as exchange student in Seoul and because Kaya loves art, so they decided to go on an Art Summer Camp in Seoul before starting their studies in Seoul.

Both Dhruv and Kaya lived in college dormitory. Dhruv lived in boys dormitory and Kaya lived in girls dormitory. Both dormitory are just one and half kilometres away from each other and they always went to college together, actually they never went anywhere without each other.

After 5 years; Kaya is 22 years old now.

Just one month left for summer vacations to start and it was the 2nd semester of their M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical sciences. Both Kaya and Dhruv were in classroom, Dhruv speaking in low voice to Kaya,"Hey Kaya, just one month left for summer vacation to get started. We have not booked air tickets for our Seoul trip yet. Today, we will do it. Don't forget." ... Kaya said in babbling voice,"Ok boss! Today evening, Summer Love Cafe. Message *Noah also." Dhruv said,"Done!"..... Meanwhile, their teacher gave them a furious gaze and they stopped talking.

On that evening, at Summer Love Cafe.....both Dhruv and Kaya were sitting on a window-side table seat with their friend Noah.

*Noah was in the same major as Dhruv & Kaya, but studied in other college and was the son of cafe owner and all three of them hangout at this cafe at the same table like each and every weekend since past year. Kaya and Dhruv met Noah at the cafe last year during first semester of their masters degree and afterwards they became friends. Kaya has just these two friends here; only Dhruv and Noah.

The ones she had before were not around her, but she met them seldomly. Those were Kyra, her neighbour, five years older than her ; Arin, Kyra's boyfriend and Neel, her former neighbour who has moved to Paris with his family.

The Summer Love Cafe was near to their dormitories and on the banks of a beautiful river. The window side table seat where they sat had a beautiful view of sunset with mountains.

While Kaya was on her laptop ; Dhruv said to Noah,"We are going to Seoul after one month,yeahhhh!!"

Noah said with joy,"Ya!! I can't wait to go to that camp. It will be fun,dude!!" Then he stopped talking and looked outside through the window and said with despair, "I wish i could stay with you in Seoul after summer vacations but i have to come back....I'm not an exchange student. Oh God!"

Seoul National University has a program called exchange program in which they accept students from other countries to study at least for one year in their college in the major they are pursuing and sent their grades to their colleges. These kind of students get their degree from the college they were originally studying and such students are known as exchange student.

To this Kaya said, "Ah!! Its not like we are going to live their forever, its just a matter of one year, dude!! We will be back soon." Then Noah said with a puppy face,"I will miss you guys. With whom i will sit on this table , it will feel so incomplete and lonely." Holding Noah's hand both Kaya and Dhruv said once, "I will miss you too."

Meanwhile, Kaya said,"Hurry up! Transfer your respective money cost for air ticket into my account." Dhruv and Noah replied with excitement, "Ok, Mam!"

While they were transacting money into her account, waiter came to take their orders with a friendly smile on his face and all three of them also smiled back at him. Waiter said to Noah,"Long time,no see!!" Noah stood up from his chair ; shook hand with waiter and got into a friendly hug,"Yup, I was little busy."

Then waiter take their orders-Dhruv ordered Flat white, Noah ordered Iced coffee and Kaya ordered Vanilla Latte. Soon after waiter gave them their coffees and they started drinking their coffees.

They all were still drinking coffee, when suddenly Kaya dropped her cup on table with a loud sound, placing her palms on the table stood up from her seat with excitement and screamed,"Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! Our tickets are confirmed. We are going to Seoul."

Both Noah and Dhruv also stood up. Then those three got into a group hug and started jumping.

Everyone in the cafe was watching them but they just didn't care as their happiness was over the moon. After sometime they sat down and Kaya noted the time, it was getting dark. "Let's go back!!" Dhruv and Kaya went to the dormitory while Noah stayed there.

Next evening they were again in Summer Love Cafe, discussing about what they should pack and what not ; reading flight guidelines from Kaya's laptop ; drinking their coffees and eating pastries ; laughing and joking with each other. And rest of the month passed by taking their 2nd Semester exams and doing preparations of their departure to Seoul.
