Breakup

After few days...

It was cloudy outside; month of October, she was sitting in her bedroom and her phone rings with screeen showing an incoming call with a name... Sam,which she didnot pick up.

Her hand was still bandaged as the cut due to that shard of glass was deep.

Sam.... was Kaya's boyfriend and they had been together since one year and she had just passed from the school. Back then, he was in same school as Kaya but her senior; five years older than him, Mayil's classmate.

To go on a date with Kaya, he tried for an whole year. He bring her flowers everyday, dropped her to home everyday while walking behind her, brought her favourite snacks every evening and left them out at her door. Once even he beated a guy for her who joked about Kaya. During winters, he brought her hot chocolate and a lot more efforts just to convince her to go on a date with her.

Later she agreed but who knew at that time that Sam who showedbsuch innocent face to everyone would turn out this bad.

Her phone rang again and this time also it was from Sam,she picked up the call and Sam was shouting on the phone,"Why didnot you picked up my last call and this time also you made me wait for four bells.Can't you pick your phone more fastly?"

Kaya replied,"What has left behind to listen? Wh...What's the matter? Sam said,"Nothing much,i just called you; I was getting bored but you didnot answer my question, why did you pick up my phone so late?"

After doing this much to her, he didn't even apologize to her. But Kaya wasn't expecting any apology from him because she knew he would never do that and now, she hadn't left any little bit expectations that she had before from him.

Kaya said with a sigh,"It was just four bells Sam and why does it matter whether i would pick your call or not. There's nothing left to talk." With this she cutted the call.

At first Sam was nice to her but as time passes things started going worse and worse. Just after the date that she agreed to go with him, things started changing. He seldomly called her, dissed her everytime he met her, tried to control her like a puppy.

But Kaya was not one of those who would be someone's puppy and this was the big part of their fights. Neither, she was one of those people who would break their promise so easily as she promised her to be with him until he would be honest to her and love her.

She remembered the incident when she promised her. They both were sitting on a lake side with a small bonfire infront of them and held each other's hand.

Kaya said while looking at the reflection of moon in the lake. "Sam.."

"Ehn!?" He looked at her and she still looked at that moon's reflection.

"I promise that i will never leave you no matter there will how many ups and downs. I will stay by your side." She looked at him. "Until you will be there for me only, honest with me and will love me."

"I promise too that i will love you only." he said while covering their entangled hands with his other hand and tap it lightly.

After that their relationship was just going down. Everytime they talked, they just fought. He used not to call her for days.

At this stage of relationship most of the people think of breaking up,but Kaya just thought of her promise that she gave to Sam which was like," I will never leave you." and this was the only reason that she bears all of that for an year....

That night she got a message from Sam: [Why was your phone busy half an hour ago?]

Kaya replied: [Why does it concern you?]

Sam replied: [Can't you listen to me and do what i say you to do? Couldn't you do this little for me? Do you love me or not?...i don't think you have ever loved me. Its just me who loves you.]

Waa!!!! He loved her???? Joke of the day!!

Kaya mesaaged him: [What's the problem with you? What do you want from me now? After doing all of this just for you, you still think i don't love you.....You know what let's not talk ever again.]

Next morning when she woke up,something strange happen, she felt like that she should do this now and she called him and he picked after three consecutive calls; he was just about to shout,"What!?...Do...." when he was interrupted.

"Hello, Good morning! I want to tell you something. We can't meet now and we can't talk to each other ever now ; its over. I want to breakup. I mean it is a breakup no matter what you think i don't give a damn. Good Bye. Have a good life. I hope you will get a best life partner. I think you have gotten one. Don't ever call to me again otherwise you want to go to the hells and you know very well that i can. So, don't get involved with me again." and she cutted the call.

After few days, Sam messaged Kaya: [The way you broke up with me,I wish you will get through the same. You will cry and regret that you left a guy like me who loved you so much and cared about you and your happiness.]

To this Kaya said: [I wish you a good, healthy, prosperous and happy life. Bye. Take care. Don't ever call me. I'm warning you last time, hells are not a far place for me. Stay out of my reach. If you ever tried to cross my path, i will not leave you then.]

...after that day she never ever messaged him, called him or met him and neither did he.

Due to all of the reasons, she became so lonely. All of her school friends stopped talking to her because she was backbitted about being not enough for a man and blah.. blah..

She already had some problems in her family except her grandpa; only one who treated her well who also lived most of the times abroad due to his researching and conferences and her grandmother with whom she used to live since she was born died when Kaya was 9 years old.

Later, she got admission into a pharmaceutical college in B.Sc. Pharmaceutical sciences, her exam score was less that she didn't got a medical college; she couldn't become a doctor like her father, mother, grandpa and her elder sister too.

She was little ok than before, but still she was little unsure of herself and was trying to find herself. Due to other's backbiting, she really thought that she was just a unneeded person in everyone's life.
