The Nest Part 2
"What do we do now?" Fan asked. He was worried they were all going to die here.
Kana looked around and could not see any human faced spiders around nor sense any close by. It was like they trapped them here and were trying to force them deeper into the cave. "Fei, look around and check for any passages. If the human faced spiders could get behind us, they must have used some kind of passageway that we might have missed."
"On it!" Fei scanned each wall and ceiling, hoping to find something. While she was doing that, Kana was also doing the same, but she was unable to spot anything out of place.
"Kana, I found nothing!" Fei reported. She was very disappointed in not being able to find even a small passage.
"It was probably further down the way we came." Kana frowned. If this was truly a nest, then there was probably a mother spider someplace, and if there was a mother spider, it would be of a higher ranking than the one she killed.
