The moment the violet crystal entered Xia Yue's mouth, her struggles became even more intense, and Jiang Yan was nearly thrown towards the television next to her.

Jiang Chen saw his sister's struggle and decided to switch positions with her, ordering her to "Quickly find a rope. We need to tie her."

She could only nod and quickly run to Jiang Chen's bedroom, where the metal rope was still quietly hanging by the bedside.

"Please let this succeed," Jiang Chen prayed in his heart while holding the struggling Xia Yue.

Luckily, his body had undergone genetic changes, or else he would have also been thrown up by Xia Yue, like his sister who had almost been thrown towards the nearby television.

Su Mei had finally managed to calm her stomach, but when she saw Jiang Chen holding both of Xia Yue's hands with green blood clearly visible on Xia Yue's face, she realized that the thing he had been holding earlier had been fed to Xia Yue's mouth. "Jiang Chen, what did you feed Ms. Xia?!" she exclaimed.

"You know that was dangerous, and Ms. Xia might die because of its poisonous appearance!"

"You're killing her!"

"Bastard!" Su Mei pointed her slender finger at Jiang Chen, accusing him of what he had done.

"Ungrateful!" She added

"SHUT UP!" he shouted, unable to contain his frustration.

"Do you even know what happened to her?" he continued, his voice rising in anger.

"Did you not see her body changing color and her eyes turning white? And her voice was not of a human!"

"I did what I believed was the best solution at the time. Do you think I don't care about her? I care more than you do, so shut the f*ck up and stop pointing your finger at me!"

"ASSHOLE!" Su Mei shouted back.

"BROTHER! SISTER MEI! Stop!" Jiang Yan ran in between the two, sensing the tension. His face was a mix of anxiety, fear, hope, and anger. Clearly, he understood that there might be a misunderstanding and he hurriedly tried to diffuse the situation.

"Quick, tie her feet!" Jiang Yan whispered urgently to her brother, gesturing towards Xia Yue. "Sister Mei, trust my brother. I'll help you tie Xia Yue's feet. He can explain everything later, okay?"

"Why?" Su Mei asked hesitantly.

"Please, Sister Mei. This is urgent, and my brother looks even more anxious than we are," Jiang Yan replied with a small frown.

Su Mei thought for a moment before nodding. "Okay, but I'll need a better explanation later!"

Jiang Yan grinned slightly and they quickly moved to tie Xia Yue's feet. Suddenly, a loud scream echoed through the room.

"Quick, Xiao Yan!" Jiang Chen cried out urgently, pulling a trolley with a metal chain. He watched anxiously as the two girls managed to tie Xia Yue's feet securely.

"Come here, let's also tie her hands," Jiang Chen ordered, relieved that Xia Yue was now restrained. He wasn't sure what would happen after he fed her the violet crystal, and he didn't want to take any chances.

As soon as they finished tying Xia Yue's hands and feet, they heard two loud screams, one coming from Xia Yue and the other from Jiang Chen's room. Both brother and sister looked at each other, knowing that the Corrupted Tyrant Soul Eater was behind the screams. Su Mei was shocked by the sound that came from Xia Yue's mouth.

Jiang Yan quickly ran towards her brother and hugged him tightly, trembling with fear. "Brother, I'm afraid," she said, her shoulders shaking.

Jiang Chen patted her back, feeling her two soft breasts pressed against his chest. He had grown to a height of one hundred and eight centimeters, while his sister was now one hundred and seventy centimeters tall. "Don't worry, Xiao Yan. I'll take care of it. Just stay here and guard Xia Yue."

"No! You almost died earlier. How can I let you face that situation again?" Her eyes showed love, worry, care, and anxiety. She hugged him tighter, refusing to let him go.

He tried to convince her again and guaranteed his safety. "Xiao Yan, look at me," he said firmly.

She lifted her head, her eyes red and filled with tears.

"Do you trust me?" he asked.

"Mm," she nodded.

"Do you love me?" he asked again, and she was startled by the question, causing her mind to go blank.

"As your brother," he quickly added.

"You!" she exclaimed, relieved.

"Do you love me as your brother, Xiao Yan?" he asked.

She nodded, "Mm."

"Do you care about Xia Yue?" he inquired.

Again, she nodded, "Mm."

"Then let me handle this situation. I'm stronger than you think, so trust me, okay?" He patted her back, grabbed her head, and kissed her forehead.

"Just wait for me here! No matter what happens, don't open the door without my permission, clear?" he instructed.

"Mm," she nodded, holding back her tears.

"Remember, no matter what happens or sounds you hear, don't leave this room!" he emphasized.

"Promise me!"

"Y-yes."

"Why?" he asked.

"I will call you later after I finish that matter, so just trust me, okay?" he assured her, then walked outside and closed the door.

"Brother! Please take care!" she sobbed, watching as his back slowly disappeared through the door.

"Where is your brother going?!" Mei demanded, noticing her tears.

"He-he went out," she replied, still crying and feeling uneasy.

"Where is he going this time?!" Mei pressed.

"Sister Mei, don't be angry with my brother, maybe you misunderstood him," she tried to resolve the conflict between them, wiping her tears while also keeping an eye on the door.

"Your brother is a rogue! How dare he shout at me like that!" Mei fumed, still upset over his outburst.

She couldn't believe a man had ever shouted at her like that, not even during her time as the "Ice Goddess" at medical university.
