First study session and end of the Year

My first session in the study club was easy and hard, we basically were a bunch of kid that knew nothing but the few spell their teachers taught them i gathered all up in a room that i found (and probably was guided to by hogwarts herself) that had plenty of space almost as big as the grand hall

"Since we are mostly First and Second years i will start with basics but they will still help you Third and Fourth years

Now, let's starting with something basic, in that bookshelf i put a lot of copies of the books i have written with the basica of every subject taught here, but before we let you go and read them, i have to explain something to you…

The education here sadly is mediocre"

Before they could interrupt me i started speaking again

"It's not your professors fault but the way it was designed, someone along the way started to make the classes more and more sistematic the spell and wand movements are planned based on arithmancy so that you can easily do the spell… but then nobody has explained you the biggest problem with this method… you don't train the intent of your magic, when that should have been the first thing taught…

You like a machine only need words and a couple of waves, to make a spell…

The wand movement is for shaping the magic in the form of the spell and the incantations help with the mental visualization

This is a spell without intent"

I pulled out my wand and made everything perfect but without really trying casted a lumos…

"Now this is an intent based spell"

'Light' and without wand movement or incantation a ball of light that was easily 5 or 6 more times more powerful emerged from the tip of my wand

"Now you know the difference but why does this happen? Well the answer is that Magic is emotional, the accidental magic that all kids have are when emotions run high, you'll probably never see a kid doing accidental magic while completely calm, but them we come here and they teach us that the spells can be done not feeling anything, so you forgot that emotions and intent are a great part of magic

Wand movement and incantation are Short-cuts that all, somewhere along the time they probably forgot that Intent is the one that gives power to the spells that's why "Dark Magic" is more powerful on recent times, they always require Emotions…"

"So the first thing we'll train is Intent and sensibility to your own magic"

"Now for the first exercise is casting the match to needle spell, but this time try to feel your magic, what's it doing, and when you feel that you got it do it without the incantation"

I get close to Bellatrix the only Fourth student and whispered to her "You should do the same but when you finish with that you should try to make it without wand movements as well"

Then i spend a couple of hours tutoring them, till it was time to part ways so before they left i said "these three scrolls have three techniques necessary for your development as wizard/witches the meditation and the purifying/cleansing exercises will help you how to feel your own magic and body better, these two will open your eyes like never before that the mere thought of thinking of magic as a "Tool" will feel almost sacrilegious

the third one is called Occlumency, some of you already know it, but i have improved it, this one will open your mind, you will learn easier, and nobody will be able to control your mind

The three have multiple benefits so whenever you can you can come to read them to this room"

"Also as a homework you should try to do this exercise with 5 spells for transfiguration 5 for charms and 5 for Dada, when you finish those you will notice a difference but the most obvious one should be in your potions classes so when your done with that make the Cure for Boils and then make a parchment making theories and what caused the change"

This one is an easy one, with their new connection to magic they will feel their ingredients magic, they will gain an instinct to know how much of what ingredients should they add, and what not to add and with a potion as simple as that one it's impossible for not being able to get a perfect potion

Basically mistakes like Neville's one would be impossible because their own magic would warn them…

There's a lot of more benefits with their new connection to magic but each will find in their own…

Speaking of connection of magic, while in my Occlumency Training i finally found what what was happening snd i was right, i Have a Passive for Charming (and another one that gives me plenty stamina that have the side effects of getting rid of my procrastination addiction thankfully)

I can't desactivate it in itself but i was capable of lowering the power of it, so instead of "hot as the sun" I'm just "cute child"

Obviously it doesn't work on people that already are interested in me, because they already been affected but still is enough for now

Slowly the classes passed and more snd more people were being added by me to the club

Till finally it was the end of the year, not a lot happened but still better than i hoped
