Against the Tides I
"You should not look away during a fight, King Neptune. Is that not what you taught me?" Ursalla sneered.
King Neptune got dragged down to the depths of the abyss by the miasma tentacle summoned by Ursalla. She did not expect that the merfolk king would be too occupied with the sudden intrusion in the barrier room, but she greatly appreciated it.
She would not immediately kill the king by tearing as that would be wasteful on his blood. He would merely snap the king's neck and bones in order for her to preserve the body. If she could then she will keep the king hostage forever and draw blood from him at all times until she can fill the seas with leviathans.
The Sea King that the king raised saw this and immediately went into rage. Her master is suddenly being dragged down the sea, so it tried to kill Ursalla, but the Reaper blocked it. King Neptune could feel that the miasma tentacle is not just for binding him but also sapping at his strength.
