Generally, awakening a Divine Rule already takes more than a century for a genius and increasing its awakening by a single percentage would take at least a decade or two.

So, by increasing the awakening of the Divine Flame Rule by 20 percent, Ajax had literally saved Raweth two or three centuries of cultivation time.

Of course, it is in the case of a genius like Rawethand not everyone was a genius.

In the case of the mediocre cultivators, without any fortuitous encounters, it was almost impossible to awaken a Divine Rule and even after awakening a Divine Rule, it would take 50 to 100 years just to increase it by 1 percent.

So, for those cultivators, if Ajax was able to increase their awakening percentage of the Divine Rules by 20 percent or even 50 percent depending on their cultivation, it would save them 1000 to 2000 years for a low-level emperor realm cultivator and 2500 years to 5000 years for a mid-level emperor realm cultivator.
