Allen looked up, curious. "Where are you headed with your bag?"
Lilian smiled softly. "To the restroom."
"Really? With your bag?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Yes," she replied, standing up and passing by him toward the bathroom.
However, something unexpected happened. She realized she had a small stain on her skirt—a drop of blood that Allen noticed. He gazed at her for a moment, piecing together what was happening, and called her back.
