Considering the levels shown in the grimoire, they can be considered more accurate as there is a huge difference between every stage of mastery of various spells.

There are also some unique spells that cannot be used in a few seconds and require a lot of time, as there might be various requirements, and for such spells, there is no such thing as amateur or master; instead, they are collectively called forbidden spells, even when they are neither dangerous nor harmful. 

They are called forbidden spells because spells like this are extremely mysterious and powerful, as they can break the laws of physics easily and create miracles that even powerful mages and sorcerers cannot understand.

The most important thing he wanted to know was that it just showed information or that, like in games, he could collect experience points to level up. But sadly, after looking carefully and trying some spells, he didn't get any experience points or changes in the data.
