CHAPTER-25---------------BROOKE'S ARMS, SEA DEMON APPEAR---------------------

Brooke Stood up and started walking out of the door, Agetsu yelled.

Agetsu: "HOLD UP! What about the book"

Brooke: "I refuse to give you the journal"

Rishido: "why?"

Brooke: "when a person becomes a mage he has to deal with many dangerous stuff to protect himself as well as others….I didn't thought of myself even once when I was an active mage I used to go town to town villages to villages cities to cities just to protect people from demons and corrupted mages…but my kindness had a huge price to pay…"

Brooke takes both of his prosthetic arms off.

Brooke: "see this, this is the weakness of a mage…your tool only works when you wear it…I had my arms eaten by a demon…I had two bracelets as my tools, I had to replace my arms with these fake once…when I later tried to use physical magic I was useless…I couldn't perform any magic…I just leaned some medical mind magic and ever since I use my magic to heal people…"

Rishido: "what happened to you was bad Mr. Brooke and I am sorry for your loss…but you are wrong about one thing, you said you couldn't use any magic after you got these prosthetic arms…that's not true…a mage controls magic with his mind"

Agetsu: "you just need your inner spark again Mr. Brooke"

Brooke: "I am sorry kids I canno----!"

A Huge bell sound was heard by everyone, it was from the defense tower.

Brooke asked a villager what happened the villager said a huge sea monster has been spotted at the beach nearby and was slowly heading towards the city the monster was still in the sea, Rishido calculated.

Rishido: "it will take this monster about 33 minutes to reach to the city"

Rishido and Agetsu ran out towards the beach.

Agetsu: "OI! MR. BROOKE! TAKE EVERYONE TO SAFETY AND TREAT THEM!"

Brooke was shocked to see them run towards the danger and it reminded Brooke of him…

Rishido and Agetsu reached the beach within ten minutes,

Rishido: "22 minutes left"

Agetsu: "ICE STYLE! FREEZING COUNTRY!"

Agetsu freezed a huge part of sea…but the monster broke it.

Agetsu: "ICE STYLE ICE WALL!"
