Snoring

You woke up with a yawn as sunlight leaked through the curtains. You groggily sit up in bes and rub your eyes, still trying to fully wake up. As things get more clearer the more you start to wake, you hear a sound, a very distinct and unmistakable sound. Looking to your side, you notice you husband-to-be, Lucifer Morningstar, still asleep, soft snoring coming from him.

You place your hand over your mouth as you tried to cover your giggles. Usually, Lucifer was the one to wake up first, so hearing him snore and look absolutely adorable snuggled into his pillow was an unforgettable sight. You reach over and run your fnfers through his thick, dark hair; watching him sleep.

His eyes slowly open whilest you continued messing with his hair. He didn't move much, but stared up at you with adoration and love.

"Good morning, Love." He greeted with a smile, his words sightly slurred from sleep.

"Morning, Luci." You returned the smile. You moved your hand from his hair and rested it against his cheek as he sat up from bed, the dark covers slid off his exposed torso, the sunlight gleaming off his skin. "You know, your adorable when you're asleep."

"Oh really?"

"Yeah, you snore and snuggle." You chuckle at his expression.

"I do not snore or snuggle!" He defended himself with a pout but it made you giggle more. "Stop laughing!"

"Im sorry, I'm sorry." You smile at him as he still pouted.

"You snore too, (Y/N)"

"No I don't!"

"Yes you do~!" Lucifer enveloped you into his arms, making you squeal is surprise, and fell onto his back, you were laying on his bare chest. He attacked your face in light kisses as your squirmed in his hold, laughing as he placed each kiss.

He stopped giving your face kisses as he stared into your eyes, that lovely smile appearing on his handsome face.

"I love you, darling."

"Love you too, Luci." You layed in silence before trying to get up. His arms kept themselves securely wrapped around your torso. "Luci I still have to go to work."

"Stay in bed with me, love."

"You have work too."

"All work and no play makes the devil a dull man."

"Fine, ten more minutes." He smiled and gave your forehead a kiss, letting snuggle yourself into his chest, he wasn't planning and letting you leave his embrace anytime soon.
