Chapter 81

Reuben's Pov********

I was really happy things didn't seem to be going on well between those two and I thought it was time for me to start the fire I had always been waiting for. I wanted to start my revenge on that nerdy girl and Ryder but since things were getting interesting with Keenan and Aislin, I had to get my plans to work faster.

"I have to send the pictures to Aislin Hart first then she would get to decide whatever she needs to do", I said to myself with a satisfied smile plastered on my face as I took my phone to get things started. I selected the clearer ones so she could see them well in case she wanted to doubt it.

I was going to text her with an unknown number so she goes mad after going through all the trauma without knowing I was the one behind it.

"I'm sorry Ash, but you brought this upon yourself. You should have just remained androphobian but instead, you decided to fall in love with no other person than him", I scoffed happily to myself as all I wanted was going on perfectly.

"Reuben.", I heard my call my name making me pause with whatever I was doing.

"What's it mum?", I answered while walking towards the door.

"Something came up and I have to leave. Take care of yourself ", she said rubbing my cheeks.

"You always leave like this. You never say your goodbyes well. Something always comes up and you always have to leave in a hurry. Why mum?", I asked as feeling heartbroken due to her behavior and I was getting fed up already.

"You have to understand my duties darling. You know I don't always want to leave you like this but I can't disobey the orders from my superiors also", she tried to explain so I would reason with her but I wasn't going to.

"You always think about your superiors first. I thought you already took care of that woman who was a threat to you", I tried reminding her of the past which she didn't know I knew about.

"That only made her tough…. Wait a minute, I don't remember telling you anything about that. How did you find out?", she finally came back to her senses.

"Just forget it mum, you can leave since duties calls", u told her and got back into my room to avoid further questions.

"We will have to talk about this when I come back", she said and I heard her footsteps fading away.

"Yeah right. That would be after months", I scoffed and sat on the bed feeling lonely. I could have gone to visit Ryan but he was in the hospital and there was no way the annoying cockroaches won't be there.

"Let me just forget about this old lady and focus on my mission. I'd probably be done with it before she even returns to this house", I said to myself determined in every way to achieve my goal. What my mum said earlier even made me hate Aislin the more since it was her mum who kept commanding mine as if she was her watch dog and I wasn't going to keep a blind eye to it.

I forwarded the pictures to her as soon as I was ready to see her suffer and feel the pain of being left out. She took Ryan from me and her mum took my mother's position from her, she had to face the consequences of that. I left the videos out for another time since I was ready to see her go through each single pain and torture.
