Chapter 61: Difference

After the chain-man spoke to Reigan, he felt this weird surge of energy inside of him burst out. It was like a warm thing covering him up, but the next thing that happened made him curse that chainman.

The force that burst from inside of him, pushed him in the back. It was like the bullet being pushed forward with unstoppable force, it had no choice but just to swirl while moving forward.

That was the same feeling Reigan was experiencing. The things in his sight kept on swirling! He was not dizzy but if he had a real body at this time he definitely would!

Not only that, his internal organ would definitely be in array!

He kind of missed the force pulling that happened to him before because, compared to this, that one was still cute! Ah! Meanwhile, this one made him keep on shouting in frustration!

If he bumped into anything it would hurt a lot, or dislocate his bones, but he got no bones or physical body! He was just a small wisp that will dissipate at any moment.

"I WILL KILL THAT CHAINMAN! AHHHH!"

The next thing he saw was a light in front of him, and the weird orbs that were surrounded by rainbow farts, he meant fog with different colors.

Looking at his wispy body, his acceleration, and those misty colors gave him an indescribable fear that he would be absorbed by them.

Just thinking that he would also be part of those farts- he meant mist that who knew what smell or whatever was that, gave him wisp bumps.

He should make those two get out of his way, but he--

The sudden pulse of force, double his acceleration. And his body was going near those two weird spheres, and imagining that if he touched those fog would pull him away, scared him out of his wits "WAAAAAAHHHHH!!! GET OUT OF MY WAY! GET OUT OF THE WAY! DAMMIT!"

The two orbs glanced in his direction, ready to attack, making Reigan cuss in his mind.

Seems like he will be engulfed by those farts, he is going to be a stinky wisp! Ah!

Just that idea made Reigan want to retaliate, but who would have thought those two let him pass. He shouted thanks to the two, but he doubted he was heard.

His consciousness kept on traveling, and he already got used to the force surrounding him, and the acceleration.

He sighed, how long would it take for him to get back to his original body?

He yawned, feeling a little bit sleepy.

Meanwhile, Reigan's body was in the cave, by his side was the egg.

Roland was keeping watch on him. He was feeling complicated at this moment, the female, his scent was familiar with him.

He still remembers the amazing guy he met in the trial of Knowledge. He always thought he was manly, but the female was not manly at all.

Was the female that guy's mate? Roland wanted to know, but there was no other lingering smell he could sniff on the female. It was only the smell of that guy he could sniff on the female.

He still remembered what name that guy gave, King.

He stared at the female, hoping that he could extract the answer he wanted.

His eyes then went to the cute little egg, the egg only wanted King, but now it also likes the female-

Roland's eyes widen, but then shakes his head, who knows what's going in his head. He kept on looking at Reigan in a weird way.

The Leopard seeing everything that Roland was doing, ear twitched. He thinks that Roland has gone crazy. Especially seeing him, jaw drop in a daze.

He was planning to leave after the girls woke up. Honestly, he didn't want to stay anymore but seeing his fellow beastman acting like this, he just can't go and leave him alone.

At first, he was ready to fight for the female affection, but when he found the female dead, he decided to give up on it. Besides that, the female-only caught his interest because he was different from other female beasts.

Most of the females, although they were a bit fiercer, didn't run away. If they do and meet someone they know, they will hide behind the male and let the beastman fight. But the female was different. Not only did it insist that he is a man, but he also wanted to fight back. Plus, compared to other females, he was much better at using weapons and obviously had experience fighting.

He finds that challenging, add up that Roland popped out, he felt that he should let the female see his strength so that the female would choose him.

But now that he is dead, he already gave it to the tiger beastman.

The Leopard saw Roland stand up, and walked toward the body of Reigan. He shook his head because of how Roland was acting, but then an orange light could be seen on the wall, and the source seemed like it was coming from behind him.

He wanted to ignore it but it lit up 2 more times and was much intense than the last one he saw.

His curiosity piqued, he let go of the meat he had hunted and faced, where those lights came from, only for his eyes to widen.

The bright light came from Reigan's body.

His heart beats fast, watching the female lights up, and then a guy overlapping with the appearance of the female made his brow knit.

What's going on?

Even Roland was shaken, he gulped watching Reigan lights up, and changed appearance. His body suddenly vanished leaving the two in awe.

"Wait? where did King go?" Roland whispered.

"Who?"

Roland glimpsed at the Leopard and said nothing.

"The female was gone. What are we gonna do?"

"I will wait here."

The leopard turned silent. "You really like that female, huh."

Roland wanted to refute, but the female was really his type. The problem was that the female just looks like that manly King!

He was feeling complicated at this moment.

"Who do you think that guy was? Do you think he had taken over the female body?"

Roland was silent. He also had this conclusion, but the smell of that man and the female were extremely similar, making that conclusion impossible.

The female smell was still longer inside the cave even when it disappeared.

The leopard, seeing Roland not acting crazy, scratched his head.

Wasn't Roland in love with the female? So why was it that the female disappeared and he relaxed?

Any normal beastman will growl if their female was abducted, but Roland was too calm, giving him a doubt on his first conclusion.

It didn't matter to him, he decided that once the morning came, he would leave the cave.

As for those unconscious fairies, they are too ugly for him to look at. So he won't even care about them. And whatever Roland would do with these girls was none of his business.

The two had a different thought, looking outside.

The two of them eyed the small movement at the corner.

One of the fairies woke up, it was the one with complete wings, and with no writings on its body. It was Camilla.

The first thing Camilla noticed was that the whole place was cozy. There was a campfire in the middle, and the heat lingered in the air, traveling to their skin, giving them heat.

She roamed her eyes around, and the only thing she saw was a wall full of rock, a dead deer, and two ugly beastmen.

In all honesty, none of these races could be called ugly. It was just that differences in races made them find each other weird and ugly.

In the beastmen's eyes, the fairies were the same as insects, big versions, and because they are mammals, they rather like those furry female beasts than the bald ones.

It looked too weird in their eyes, add up those pairs of insect wings and weak physical bodies, it was not their cup of tea.

Meanwhile, the fairies always view the beast. tribe, the same as those animals that could walk. They were just a bunch of beings that had all strength but no brains.

They always look down on such, that's why when they saw Reigan as a female beast, not only did they feel spiteful toward him, but also found him too ugly to look at.

The only reason they allowed him was because of what the Queen said and the armor they had received. Besides that, they already kill Reigan afterward. After all, no one was allowed to know where the Fairyland was, but things happened.

You could even say during those times Reigan was really lucky.

The two different races look at each other, while Camilla was finding that female beast that saves her, but no shadow was found.

She was about to ask where he was when space where the two beastmen faced distorted.

They all raised their vigilance, watching what would suddenly jump to them.
