Lady Hastings was more than shocked with Michael and Louisa's behavior. She knew young people tended to be more fiery,but, either way, it was just something absolutely inappropriate. They were not married.

She suspected they would have some liberties, since the castle was his by birth right and she was living there. But she never thought they were already at such a stage in their relationship. And for all the staff to hear about it.

Mindy knocked on the door of the drawing room.

After a while, Michael opened it just a bit.

"What's it, Mindy?" He asked.

She was looking down.

"Your Grace, Lady Hastings is here." Mindy said and blushed. Michael frowned.

"Why are you blushing like this, Mindy? Did anything happen?"

"Ah… well…" Mindy looked behind her and whispered. "She heard you and Miss Louisa. Just now."

Michael's eyebrows were raised. 'Fuck!', he thought. But he managed to smile at Mindy.

"Oh… thank you, Mindy. We're on our way to meet Lady Hastings."
