Revenge of defeat !

Sachin was surprised to see Karthik in his cabin. Sachin stood up smiling and took off his glasses and placed them on the table. Seeing him smiling, Karthik also smiled and said, "It seems you are happy to see me here."

Sachin said, "I don't know what is so special about you that makes me want to trust you even if I don't want to."

In response, Karthik said, "I don't know what you think about me but I respect you a lot. When do I have to join to assist you?"

Sachin said, "There is no need for joining."

Hearing this, Karthik looked at him in surprise.

Sachin reached near Karthik and put his hand on his shoulder and said, "You are very young and I thought you bought this hospital to impress your girlfriend but I found out the truth and for the first time in my life someone proved me wrong and that was you."

Karthik was still listening to him in surprise.

Sachin further continued his talk and said, "The ward boy of the hospital told me about the character of Doctor Vishwas. He used to harass not only your friend but also many young girls and if I were in your place, I would have done the same thing as you did."

There was an expression of satisfaction on Karthik's face. Now he was happy.

Sachin further continued his talk and said, "Seeing you reminds me of my younger brother, he is also practical like you and I like such people very much."

In response, Karthik said, "So from today onwards, consider me as your younger brother."

Sachin nodded yes.

Karthik held Sachin's hand and said, "From today you are not just made the head of the management staff but the director of the entire hospital because you stood by your truth without any fear and the hospital needs people like you a lot."

Then Karthik looked straight into Sachin's eyes and said, "Thank you Bhaiya"

Sachin, who is always serious, laughed loudly and hugged Karthik.

He spoke to himself and said, "Today is the most beautiful day of my life." and started to come out, when his phone rang. It was Neel's call.

Seeing Neel's number displayed, he received the call. From the other side, Neel said in a panic, "Kartik, wherever you are, reach the hostel immediately." Saying this, he disconnected the call.

Hearing her worried voice, Karthik signaled a taxi passing by to stop and left for the hostel.

After getting into the taxi, he called Neel many times but his number was switched off. Karthik got even more worried because his number was switched off and while talking to himself he said, "What happened that Neel has called me urgently and he has switched off his mobile, maybe it is that Rahul again..."

He was thinking this when the taxi driver applied the brakes and he came out of his thoughts. He looked out of the window and saw that he had reached the hostel. He got out of the taxi, paid the taxi driver and ran inside the hostel.

Reaching there he saw Rahul along with his friends beating Neel and Karthik's roommates.

While beating Neel with a hockey stick, he said, "Tell me the truth, this battery, how did you suddenly become a hero?"

Saying this, he was continuously beating him with a hockey stick.

Karthik reached there, he pushed Rahul back forcefully and sat down keeping Neel's head in his lap.

Neel was in an unconscious state and he was repeatedly saying, "Rahul, even if you take my life, I will not tell you anything about my friend."

Karthik hugged her.

The fire of revenge was burning fiercely in Rahul's heart.

He came near Karthik and attacked him with a hockey stick but Karthik stopped the attack with just one hand.

Then he pointed towards the roommates present there. His face was badly injured due to the beating. But his hands were safe. On getting the signal, he went to Neel and took him to the room.

Till now Kartik was holding Rahul's hockey stick in one hand and staring at him angrily.

Rahul gritted his teeth and said, "I had come to break your hands and legs. You were lucky that you didn't meet me and your sycophant was unlucky that he met me. When I have done this to your friend, then think what I am going to do to you."

As soon as he said this, Kartik jumped up and punched Rahul hard on his face. Due to which Rahul fell on the floor. The boys present with Rahul tried to catch Kartik. But they failed.

Karthik glared at those boys angrily. At this moment, Karthik's eyes were bloodshot and his eyes were completely red. Seeing his angry eyes, the boys automatically backed off.

Kartik looked at those boys and said, "I have no enmity with you guys. Till a while ago, I had no enmity with this Rahul also. But whatever he has done with my friend, my enmity is going to cost him dearly."

The boys present with Rahul quietly moved aside.

Blood was coming out of Rahul's nose. Rahul was trying to stop the bleeding when Kartik reached him and grabbed his t-shirt collar and made him stand up and said, "How dare you behave like this with Neel?"

Rahul replied, "The poor guy is suffering the consequences of your mistakes."

As soon as he said this, Kartik started beating Rahul.

Some boys intervened and saved Rahul from Kartik. Then a boy came to Kartik and said to him, "You should complain about Rahul to the dean. If you beat Rahul, everyone will think you are wrong and you may even get suspended from the college."

Karthik wiped the sweat drops from his forehead and looking at that boy he said, "Take Neil to City Line Hospital immediately, I will talk to the Dean and come back."

The boy looked at the time on his wrist watch and said, "But Karthik, you won't meet him at this time."

Then the other boy came close to him and said, "Today is Friday and today the Dean is in a meeting with all the professors. What will you do now?"

Dean looked at his face carefully and said, "That's all fine but first tell me how did you get these injury marks on your face?"

Karthik said, "Sir, hooliganism is increasing in our college. That Rahul entered our hostel today and beat us up."

Hearing Rahul's name, the dean looked at the professor present there and said, "I will send the rest of the details to the college group. The meeting is over."

All the professors got up and left from there.

After everyone left, Dean got busy on his laptop and started ignoring Karthik.

After standing for a while, Karthik said again, "Sir, Rahul comes with his friends and beats us in our hostel and my friend Neel is admitted in the hospital because of them. Sir, please take some solid action against Rahul."

Dean looked at Kartik indifferently and said, "Look boy, Rahul is a boy from a good family and his father is a famous politician here and I don't think Rahul would have done anything like this, even if he has done something then you people must have provoked him."

Kartik's forehead wrinkled after listening to them, he said worriedly, "No sir, nothing like that happened, he is taking revenge of his defeat from me. He lost to me in the football match, in the process of taking revenge, he sent my friend to the hospital and if you people do not take action against him, then his hooliganism will increase in the college!! Please sir, take action against him."

Dean scolded him in a loud voice and said, "Stop it boy, he is a boy from a very respectable family, I know him from a long time and if you say anything more nonsense then I will send you and your friend to jail right now, by charging you with hooliganism."

Seeing his behavior, Kartik's blood boiled. He couldn't believe that the dean who should think about the welfare of the children and take the right steps, was taking Rahul's side for some unknown reason.

The Dean thought for a while and then said, "Listen boys, this matter should remain confined here only. Rahul's name should not go outside the college."

Karthik said boldly "Otherwise what will you do Sir?"

The dean got angry after hearing his words and got up from his chair and shouted at him, "Boy, don't you know that if I suspend you from this college, you will be left with nothing. This is your heroism, everything will remain as it is, who knows where they come from?"

While mumbling this, Dean started looking carefully at the laptop screen placed in front of him on his table.

Karthik looked at him and said angrily, "Sir, I understand why you are doing this!! Now I promise you that if I don't throw you out of this college within 24 hours, then my name is not Karthik!!"

Dean glared at him and said "You are threatening me, well let's see who has the guts? Huh! Kids! Hahahaha"
