Chapter 43 - Booming Business

Very soon, all items and scrolls were put in the shelves by the all-work robots, their work efficiency was really high.

"Okay my friends, you are free to move around the shop and look at the items, come back to the counter to pay the utility point if you want to buy anything, this is all the supply we got, so hurry before other people buy the things you fancy." Sheyan spoke with a smile.

Many people quickly ran up to go on the first floor, they already knew about the Scrolls but didn't know what items were stored on the first floor, so they went to check them out.

While some smart ones decided to stay behind to buy the Scrolls they fancy before going up.

Krist and Charl also came back after putting the price tags and blue prints on the second floor.

"Sir it's done." Krist spoke.

"Good, krist you keep on working as a sales woman along with other all-work robots, you are their head now, just send one here to become the cashier. Charl you sit on this new counter and exchange utility points for potential points." Sheyan spoke.

"Okay sir." Krist replied and went to see other robots to get them to work efficiently and perfectly for her sir.

"So we need potential points too now, sir." Charl spoke.

"Yes" Sheyan replied and moved away from exchange Counter so Charl could sit there.

Some contestants quickly got in line to exchange their potential points for utility points. 4000 utility points for 1 potential point was the best deal they could get.

[ Do you want to activate other benefits for your shop. ]

Nighmare imprint on Sheyan's chest sent a notification.

"What other benefits?" Sheyan asked.

[ You can add one vending machine at each floor of your shop. ]

[ You can add a game centre at any one floor of your shop. ]

"Vending machines and gaming centre? That's nice, add them and put gaming centre on first floor." Sheyan spoke with a big smile.

A vending machine soon appeared on the right side behind the cash counter.

Sheyan walked up to the vending machine to check which drinks are available.

Vending machine was all black and their was no transparent glass to see it's contents. There were four button at upper right side of the machine.

Sheyan read the words written beneath each button.

"Coca cola can, Pepsi can, Red Bull can and orange juice can." Sheyan read the names and pressed the button for orange juice

[ Deducting 200 utility points. ]

[ You got 100 utility points from vending machine. ]

*Clink*

A partition opened at the bottom of the vending machine and a can of Orange juice fell in the open section.

"200 utility points for Orange juice! No one gonna buy it at all." Sheyan spoke and picked up the Orange juice.

He opened the can and drank the juice.

[ Drank Orange juice... Drink the whole can to get the buff... ]

Sheyan's nightmare imprint rang.

"Buff? Buff! That's why it cost 200 utility points." Sheyan looked at the can and quickly drank it to check the buff.

[ Drank a can of Orange juice, MP+50, entered refresh state of mind for 1 hour. ]

Sheyan's nightmare imprint rang after he drank the whole can.

"+50 MP and refreshed state for 1 hour, for Contestants with magic build or abilities which are activated with the help of MP this is a very good buff, 200 points are worth it." Sheyan spoke.

"And everytime a contestant buys a can from my shop i will get half utility points, cool. Nightmare realm what other benefits do I get for having a shop." Sheyan spoke.

[ You are eligible to add a kitchen and a dining place in your shop. 50000 utility points for kitchen and 50000 utility points for dining place. ]

[ You will be provided with kitchen staff and service staff to make the dishes and service your customers. ]

Nightmare realm replied.

'There was never a shop like this in original novel, looks like no one used so many utility points to buy a shop and found out about these benefits.' Sheyan thought and decided to buy the kitchen place and dining place too, if his guess isn't wrong then the dishes coming out of his kitchen will also have buffs.

While Sheyan was checking the vending machine and talking with the nightmare realm, an all-work robot has already appeared behind the counter and started to sell the Scrolls.

All utility points robot got were transfer to Charl so she could exchange potential points.

Sheyan came to Charl.

"Charl how many utility points can we get after selling everything here." Sheyan asked.

"Sir after everything is sold we will have 7,020,800 utility points excluding the 573,000 utility points i transferred to you previously, but since we opened this exchange Counter too then this number is not accurate as we will have potential points too after everything is sold." Charl replied.

"We only need 1000 potential points, you can stop the exchange after getting 1000 points." Sheyan spoke.

"Then after everything is sold and exchange is done, we will have 3,020,800 utility points and 1000 potential points sir." Charl replied.

"Transfer 27000 utility points to me then you can continue exchanging for more potential points." Sheyan spoke.

"Yes sir." Charl replied and quickly transferred 27000 utility points to Sheyan.

"Add the kitchen and dining space." Sheyan spoke to nightmare realm.

[ Deducting 100000 utility points to add kitchen and Dining space. ]

Sheyan's shop area increased once again, a kitchen appeared on the ground floor with all the tools and utensils and 5 robots wearing chef clothes. A Dining area also appeared with fancy table and chairs and 5 robots wearing the clothes for waiters.

"Is there any way to announce my words to all corners of my shop." Sheyan inquired to nightmare realm.

[ There are speakers all over the place, another benefit of having a shop, you can use them to make announcements. ] Nightmare realm replied.

Sheyan connected himself to speakers.

< Hello guys, i am the owner of this shop. >

< I have some announcements to make, and i hope you will pay attention. >

< First, we have added vending machines on both floors, a game centre on first floor and a dining place on ground floor, you can use these services by paying a small amount of utility points. >

< You all may think, what's the point of these, after all we all are contestants fighting for survival in nightmare realm and utility points are very important for us, no one will use them for these things but the thing is, the drinks you will get from the vending machines have buffs, same with the dishes you can eat at dining place. >

< Last announcement, we have opened an exchange Counter where you can exchange your potential points for utility points, 1 potential point can be exchanged for 4000 utility points. >

Sheyan's voice went to all corners of the shop, well it could be called a small mall now actually.

"Drinks and dishes with buffs! 1 potential point can be be exchanged for 4000 utility points! Damn this day just keeps getting better and better." Contestants talked with each other.

"Yes the owner of this shop is like an angel sent from heaven to help us." Another Contestant said.

"Did you guys see the Property of those black barreled guns? Those are fucking OP, but i couldn't buy them before because I didn't have enough utility points after buying the mastery scroll but now i can exchange my potential point for such a high price. I will surely get that black barreled gun." Another guy spoke.

"Best day ever since i joined the nightmare realm." A girl spoke.

Everyone started to get busy with buying things, exchanging points or checking out the vending machines.

They soon found out about the buffs on drinks available.

A coke can could increase MP by 50 points for 1 hour, a Pepsi can could increase the MP restoration speed by 10% for 30 minutes, orange juice can could increase the MP by 50 points and give them a refreshed state for 1 hour. All of these can were worth 200 points. But the best of them all was red Bull can, it could increase the strength attribute by 2 points and physice attribute by 1 point for 1 hour. One red Bull can was worth 500 utility points but it was more than worth it.

2 extra points in strength is like a game Changer in many life and death situations in nightmare realm worlds.

People got in line to buy the cans too.

Some people went to the dining area and saw the menu. There were only three items on it.

Burger, burrito and chocolate cupcake. Each one was worth 500 points.

They ordered all three to check the buffs. Staff in kitchen got to work and soon made the order, three waiter robots went to kitchen and came out with the dishes in hands.

Contestants quickly ate the things and checked the buff.

"This burger can increase the attack by 10 points for 1 hour." The guy who ate burger told everyone.

"This burrito can increase defence by 10 points for 1 hour." The guy who ate burrito spoke loudly.

"This cupcake is very tasty, it can increase movement speed by 25% for 30 minutes." The girl who ate the cupcake told everyone.

"Such Good buffs!, we can pack the food and bring it to nightmare realm worlds along with us. This mall is really heaven sent for us." Contestants spoke with big smiles.

Sheyan bought a sofa and sat on it while checking out the notification from nightmare Imprint telling him about the utility points he was getting from vending machines and kitchen.

'Hahahaha business is really booming, utility points are really gonna come railing in my account.' Sheyan laughed in his head.

Suddenly a commotion happened at the door of mall.

"So this is the mall everyone is talking about all over the realm." A tall guy who had many followers behind him spoke.

"This does look very luxurious." Another big guy who also had many followers behind him spoke.

"I heard the owner belongs to a very strong faction and they are in urgent need of utility points that's why they are emptying out their treasury." A girl who had the waist of a tiger and arms of a gorilla spoke, she also had many followers behind her.

Like these three other groups also entered the mall one by one and commented on the mall.

"Go and quickly buy the advanced and mastery scrolls." All leading people gave the same command to their followers.

Everyone quickly went to stand in line.

But after a while some followers came back to report to their respective heads.

"What! Blueprints of super destructive weapons!" All of the people in lead exclaimed.

They quickly ran to the first floor to see the thing for themselves.

Very soon they appeared near two blueprints.

"A laser blaster and a flame Blaster, these things seem to be from Terminator world, i heard they are dropped if you kill a T-X, but not to mention the difficulty of killing a T-X, the drop rate of these two blueprints is less than 0.01%." An informative guy spoke.

'We have to get these blueprints!' Everyone had the same thought in their mind and they quickly ran back to the first floor and crowded around the cashier Robot.

"Sell me the blueprint for laser blaster!" A guy shouted.

"Fuck you, i came first, sell me both blueprints!" Another guy shouted.

"Damn you both, i saw those blueprints first, damn robot quickly sell me the blueprints." Gorilla women shouted.

Other people also shouted at the robot to sell them the blueprints.

Sheyan looked at the shouting crowd with cold eyes.

But soon notifications rang in the ears of everyone who shouted or abused the cashier Robot.

[ You have broken the rule, deducting 5000 utility points. ]

Everyone stopped moving and looked at the notification they just received.

People who shouted lost 5000 utility points while some unlucky guys who abused the robot while shouting lost 10000 points.

"What the heck is happening? Why did i suddenly lose 10000 points? What damn rule did i break!" The gorilla women screamed.

[ You have broken the rule, deducting 5000 utility points. ]

Another notification rang in her ears.

This time she finally learnt her lesson and stopped talking.

Some contestants who had been inside the shop before the changes happened, came to explain about the rules set in the shop to them.

"What! Shouting, abusing and bargaining is prohibited inside the shop?" a guy who also lost utility points repeated the words said by the guy who explained the rules.

"Yes, look it's written on that board over there." The guy who just explained the rules pointed towards the board in the Middle.

Everyone turned to look at the board and read the rules written on it.

"All of you want those blueprints?" Suddenly they heard the voice of a male and turned to look at the figure who just spoke.

Sheyan appeared in front of them with hands behind his back.

"I am the owner of this shop, i heard all of you screaming for the blueprints." Sheyan spoke.

"Yes sir, could you sell the blueprints to me." A guy quickly stepped up and asked Sheyan.

"No no sir, please sell it to me." Another guy spoke.

"Stop talking for a moment, As you all know, i only have two blueprints so i can't sell them to all of you." Sheyan put his palm in front of the guys to stop them from talking.

"How about this, i will auction the blueprints, one with the highest bid can take the blueprints." Sheyan spoke calmly but an evil smile appeared on his face. Ofcourse no one saw it since his face was hidden by the fog.
