Chapter 44 - Auction
"Auction?!" Everyone repeated.
"Yeah auction." Sheyan smiled.
"I don't see any problem, after all that's the most normal thing to do." A guy spoke.
Others nodded in agreement, although a thought flashed through their minds at the same time.
'If this wasn't inside nightmare realm, but in a World instead, killing would be the most normal thing to do.'
"Okay, then it's decided, the auction will start in 15 minutes, you can use only utility points to bid so prepare your utility Points." Sheyan spoke.
Everyone nodded and went out of the shop to get more utility points as soon as possible.
Sheyan looked at them leaving with a smile, and communicated with the nightmare realm mentally.
'Nightmare realm, i want to add an auction hall in my shop.'
[ 50000 utility points. ] Nightmare realm just gave the price.
'Do it.' Sheyan said.
Sheyan's utility points decreased by another 50000 points, which he got from vending Machine, Dining place and the penalty the contestants recieved for breaking the rules.
Sheyan's shop area increased again adding an auction hall on second floor this time.
"Charlie Krissie, let's see the auction hall first." Sheyan spoke.
"Okay sir but what about the exchange Counter." Charl asked.
"Ask an all-work robot to stand there." Sheyan replied and walked towards the stairs.
Charl and Krist followed him after asking an all-work robot to stand at the exchange Counter to work.
Sheyan and girls soon came to second floor and entered a hall.
It was 200sq meters big, with a stage, and many chairs facing the stage.
"Looks good enough." Sheyan spoke.
"Sir, will we just auction the blueprints or should we auction other things too?" Krist asked.
"For now let's just auction blueprints, in future, there will be many many treasures worth auctioning and let's change the name of this place once again, just scroll Mega Mart is not enough now, hmm let's call it the scarlett centre from now on." Sheyan replied.
Sheyan saw a robot standing on the stage, when the robot saw them it came to them.
"Are you an auctioneer Robot?" Sheyan guessed.
"Yes sir." Robot replied.
"Good, Charlie explain the details about blueprints to him, only by knowing the thing, it will be able to auction it at a higher price." Sheyan spoke.
Charl nodded and started to explain the features of flame Blaster and Laser Blaster to the auctioneer Robot.
Very soon, all contestants came back, an all-work robots guided them to the auction hall.
Everyone took their seats and sat with their groups.
Sheyan and girls sat on a sofa at the very front.
Auctioneer Robot came on the stage with a tray covered with red cloth.
"Hello contestants, today our Scarlet centre, which is the new name of our mall, is having an auction for the first time."
"And the items, our owner has decided to auction for the first time are..." Robot stretched the word 'are' while removing the cover from the tray.
"Two super rare blueprints!!!" He finished.
"First we will be auctioning this amazing Flame Blaster Blueprint." Robot picked up the flame Blaster Blueprint lying on the tray.
"With this blueprint, you can make yourself a flame Blaster, its power, most of you should already know. It's one of the most destructive weapons of terminator model T-X. You can unleash a storm of flames with just one push of a button if you have it." Robot explained in a loud voice filled with excitement like he was the one who was going to use this blueprint.
"Well let's not waste the precious time of the contestants here anymore and start the auction right away." Robot continued speaking.
"Starting price of this amazing blueprint is 100000 utility points only, each bid needs to be atleast 10000 points higher than the previous one. Start bidding!" Robot announced in an exited voice once again.
"200000!" Gorilla woman shouted.
"200000 that's a good bid, i think this beautiful lady here will be taking the blueprint back with her." The robot spoke in a happy voice.
"250000!" a guy spoke loudly.
"250000 from our sir over there, anybody wants to increase the bid, it's a super rare blueprint we are talking about, you might never get the chance to get another one." Robot spoke, encouraging others to bid.
"400000!" Gorilla women shouted through gritted teeth. This was her highest bid, she wanted to have the laser blaster's blueprints too, which was much better than this one, so she couldn't use too many utility points to buy this one.
"450000!" The same guy spoke again. Other contestants already gave up after this, 450000 wasn't something they could afford to spend for the blueprints of flame blaster.
"450000! Does anyone wants to increase the bid?" Robot asked.
"It's the blueprints of a highly destructive weapon we are talking about." Robot tried to increase the bid but no one answered, 450000 was already over their budget.
"450000 going once!" Robot counted.
"450000 going twice!"
"450000 going thrice and sold!" Robot shouted.
"Congratulations sir for getting this amazing blueprint you surely won't regret buying it." Robot said.
The guy nodded and didn't say anything.
"Well without any further ado, let's move on to our second and last auction item for today." Robot continued and brought out another tray.
"Now we have the blueprints of...." Robot removed the cover.
"A Laser Blaster!!!" Robot announced loudly.
"Bidding starts from 200000 utility points, every bid must be at least 10000 points higher than the previous one."
"300000 utility points!" Gorilla woman shouted loudly.
"350000!" The guy who got the flame Blaster spoke.
"400000!" A very tall guy who from behind looked like he was still standing and didn't sit, spoke loudly.
"450000!" Gorilla woman spoke.
"600000!" Flame blaster guy increased the bid.
"Fuck, are you messing with me Bastard. This blueprint is mine!!!" Gorilla woman glared at the guy and cursed loudly.

In the auction hall, Sheyan had removed the rule for shouting, but 'no abusing' rule was still there.
Since the gorilla woman cursed two times, she lost 10000 points.
"Fu-" Gorilla woman almost cursed in anger once again, but she quickly closed her mouth with her hands.
"700000!" She spoke after calming down her anger.
"750000!" Flame Blaster guy spoke.
Gorilla woman gritted her teeth, although she still had 300000 utility more but her opponent's calm follow up after every bid put some serious pressure on her.
And this blue print wasn't worth this much either, as she still had to find the material to make it, they were gonna cost a fortune too.
She stopped bidding after gritting her teeth in anger one last time.
Everyone else stopped bidding too, having the same thoughts as her.
"750000 going once!" Robot counted.
"750000 going twice!"
"750000 going thrice and sold. Congratulations sir!" Robot spoke while looking at the guy who got both blueprints.
"Well with this today's auction has ended, you all can leave your contact info at the counter, whenever we organise one more auction you all will be informed 1 day in advance." Robot announced the end of the auction.
Contestants got up and started to leave.
Gorilla woman also left in a huff.
But none forgot to leave their contact information at the counter, having a good connection with a mall like this, where such rare items can be auctioned is always a win-win deal.
Sheyan looked at the contestants going away, while leaving leaders instructed some people from their parties to buy the Scrolls and other items.
Sheyan came to the exchange counter and asked about the progress.
"Sir, i have exchanged a total of 987 potential points, just 13 more to complete the target you gave us." Robot replied.
"Okay, that's good." Sheyan said and came to the cash counter.
"How many items have been sold?" He asked the robot.
"90% items have been sold sir." Robot replied.
"Charl, how many utility points we got?" Sheyan asked Charl.
"3014000 points sir, after all items are sold we will have 3733000 utility points sir." Charl gave the accurate statistics.
"Great upgrading my abilities won't be hard now." Sheyan spoke.
"Let's go to the marketplace outside and buy some furniture for our room, work-in robots can deal with the rest of the items." Sheyan spoke and walked out of the mall along with Charl and Krist.
Outside the mall, there were still people coming towards the mall to buy items. Sheyan's scarlett centre was already the talk of the whole nightmare realm. Sheyan's utility points were increasing every second because of the vending machine and dining space.
Sheyan looked around the market and bought some nice furniture for his room.
After buying the furniture, Sheyan and the girls came to his personal room and entered inside.
Although Sheyan used 50000 points to increase the room area by 100sq meters but this time Sheyan was super rich, 100sq metres wasn't enough.
"Nightmare realm, increase the area of this room to 300sq and divide it into four parts by walls. 3 rooms of 50sq meters each and rest will be used as living room. Use the best quality doors and wallpapers." Sheyan spoke to the nightmare realm.
[Deducting 250000 utility points to fulfil the requirements. ]
After this notification, changes quickly happened in the room, the size of the room increased once again, new walls and doors appeared. Designer Wooden doors and white decorative wallpapers.
"Nice, it finally looks habitable, let's set the furniture now." Sheyan brought out the furniture he bought in the market.
3 double beds, 1 family sofa set, 1 marble table, 3 drors and almirahs.
Charl and Krist quickly set them in the rooms.
Although the place still looked empty, it was much better than before.
"Okay, it's done, now i will be upgrading my abilities, after that i will leave to go to the real world, Charlie Krissie both of you can't go back to the real world with me yet, so both of you will be staying here in the nightmare realm, you are free to roam around and do whatever you want here, i will be back in 15 to 30 days." Sheyan said to Charl and Krist.
"Okay sir, we will wait for you." Charl and krist replied.
Sheyan nodded and went inside his room.
