Marriage Final

"Shouldn't you go and help?" Blue Marvel eventually said, noticing the two dragons struggling—one fighting to kill, and the other keeping it in check.

"Shiki, knock her out," Max nodded, realizing that half an hour had already passed. It was taking too long, and her anger should have subsided by now.

"What about the clowns who came earlier?" Fury asked.

"You can have them," Max replied, nodding to Marie, who went back inside to apprehend the clowns.

Shiki, meanwhile, flew toward the two dragons, calling out to Tony, "Keep her in one place."

Tony, in his huge dragon form, nodded and pinned down the Silver Dragon. Shiki drew his sword, aiming at the dragon's neck with the blunt side, and struck with full force.

Boommmm!

The impact created a massive blast, forcing Max to use his powers to stop it from spreading further, lest it break the ice statues and harm anyone nearby.

The strike shattered the scales on the Silver Dragon's back, knocking her out cold as she began to revert to her human form.

Shiki nodded, satisfied with the outcome, as the White Angel went to Pepper and covered her body. Meanwhile, Tony also began to return to his human form, his nanobots forming a suit around him, sparing him the embarrassment of being naked.

"That was some exercise," Tony said, his voice still a little hoarse.

"It's okay, man. Just wait for Pepper to wake up, and we can get the wedding back on track," Max replied.

"Oh, you really think that?" Tony said, stepping closer to Max.

"I..."

"No, it won't happen," Tony interrupted, his anger rising. "This wedding is ruined! Pepper's knocked out cold, the whole New York is frozen, and what else is left? A damn meteorite dropping on us?" Tony's frustration was clear as he vented.

"What else did you expect?" Max said calmly.

"I don't know, maybe a normal wedding," Tony replied.

Max shook his head, smiling slightly. "Are we normal?"

Tony fell silent for a moment, then sighed. "So, now we can expect an abnormal wedding," he said, sitting on a nearby ice block.

Max glanced at the old man frozen beneath the ice where Tony sat and then joined him, sitting on another frozen figure. "No, we very much deserve a normal one. But you know, our enemies won't let us. That's why it's on us to make it normal."

Max stood up and gave Tony a firm look. "Now, get yourself together because Pepper is going to need someone to rely on."

Tony sighed but he nodded, understanding Max is right, now he is the only one who can make this disaster day into a Wedding Day.

Standing up, Tony walked over to Pepper and looked at White Angel. "A little help?" he asked. White Angel nodded, assisting him as Tony gently lifted the unconscious Pepper into a princess carry and began moving back inside to take her to her room.

"Now that that's settled, how do you plan to fix all of New York?" Fury asked.

Max shook his head, bringing his hands together. Slowly, energy began to gather in his palms until a small sun formed at the center. "Molecular Acceleration," Max muttered as he launched the newly created sun into the sky.

As the sun moved through the sky, it exploded into countless specks of light, scattering warmth and energy over the frozen city, thawing everything in its path.

As the specks felled, the once frozen New York begin to unfroze, as specks unfroze the whole new York and the water was also evaporated too.

People who were unfrozen looked around in confusion, and old man walking by mumbled as he cursed " I gave them power and they froze me too" he shook his head as he closed his shops named Stanley Burgers.

Max once again began chanting, and a golden circle materialized above New York City, resembling a clock.

"Memory rewind," Aiden mumbled, as he erased the memories of everyone in the city.

"Let's go back, gentlemen. We have a party to attend," Max said, fixing his suit. Nearby, Fury and the President looked around, confused.

"Why are we outside?" they asked in bewilderment, while Maria Hill shrugged.

However, Blue Marvel glanced at Max with a hint of fear. "He erased the entire city's memories. Fortunately, the government is not in a position to antagonize him," he muttered as he also entered inside.

By the time they re-entered, Tony and Pepper were kissing each other, as the wedding had finally concluded. Max looked at Pepper, feeling bad for her, but he had also erased her memories so she could enjoy a normal, happy wedding without the chaos.

"It's okay," Blue Marvel suddenly said to Max, his voice calm.

Max glanced over. "What exactly is okay?" he asked, eyes drifting back to his sister, who was smiling brightly while collecting gifts from everyone.

"Lying. Sometimes, it can bring a lot of happiness," Blue Marvel replied, patting Max's shoulder before moving toward the stage to congratulate Tony and Pepper.

Max watched the scene unfold—the smiling faces, the joy radiating from Pepper and Tony—and nodded to himself. Why am I even feeling bad? he thought. I've been lying to her from the start. He shook his head, realizing that this small lie wasn't going to change anything—it was just another part of the bigger story he had woven.

Max then climbed onto the stage, handing over his gifts with a smile. He congratulated Tony and Pepper, receiving warm thanks from both of them.

Soon after, the banquet began, filled with laughter, dancing, and exquisite dishes prepared by the finest chefs Max had arranged. The atmosphere was filled with joy, the perfect ending to the celebration. Only a few knew what had truly transpired behind the scenes, but for everyone else, the wedding was a blissful, perfect memory.

And so, the marriage concluded happily, with only a handful aware of the secrets hidden beneath the surface.
