I Surrender
Lucille woke up with a start; her eyes opened suddenly showing their steel grey eyes to this word for the first time. The one thing she noticed was that she was in a white washed up gray room lying on a metal bed. Before she could start wondering how or why she was there, memories hit her.
The first memories were from Kamikaze or Atomic Samurai. She saw how he had trained his entire life to reach the pinnacle of swordmanship that was available to him. Been able to slash something a hundred times in just a second meaning one slash a microsecond was just insane. Plus, his strength was so great very few things were resistant to his slashes. His speed was great and his dexterity or reflexes must be on another level. She realized she could feel all his training to her very fabric of being which was weird.
The second wave of memories got inside her mind and this time she was overwhelmed because they belonged to Garp! As in Monkey D Garp, the marine hero. Her surprise increased as she saw how he had trained, the torture he put himself into to be able to split apart a New World Island with just a single punch. The effort he went through to bring his Observation Haki, Armament Haki and Conqueror Haki to levels very few beings in the One Piece Universe had done before. Not to mention the marine martial arts, Geppo and the likes.
The third wave was from Speed of Sound Sonic, self declared arch-nemesis to Saitama. He has to admit, Sonic was fast in his own accord, not as fast as Flashy Flash but still fast. To be able to pass the sound barrier with his own body and without any external help or mutations, he was awesome. She gained his training memories of the way of a ninja. She saw how he was training hard, day in and day out to become an assassin that could threaten an S-Rank hero, as long as it was not the most powerful ones. She also felt everything he had experienced and gained ingrained into her body.
The fourth memories were from Mr Immortal, Craig Hollis. Now, this part excited her the most because Craig Hollis was probably the only truly Immortal being in the Marvel universe. Why? He would always come back anytime he died, fully healed and ready to go once again! He could never truly die. She was almost disappointed when it was not Doomsday for he is the literary definition of what doesn't kill me makes me stronger. He can never die the same way twice! But, Craig's powers were all she needed to gain a sharp edge over every last being out there. She cannot age and die which means she had the potential to probably become a planet level hitter given time.
"This feels like I just OD'd on cocaine and I am just floating," she said to herself, looking at her hands. She had faint tells of muscles but she knew those tiny hands could destroy cities! Slowly and carefully, she got off the bed while checking herself out.
She found that she was in her original body but things had changed. For starters, her height, which was 5,5 was now 6'3. It was a relief because of the ridiculous heights of the One Piece Universe inhabitants. Garp himself was more than 2.5m tall, which was freakishly tall in her opinion. Her boobs did not change size, B size. For a reason, she was not irritated they did not grow, maybe due to the warrior personality she now had.
Her body was now showing muscles where before she was slightly plump. She could trace her now flat stomach some abdominal muscles and her legs were toned. If she had to say, she would come to a conclusion that she had an athlete's body form which was a relief. She shivered for a second when she thought of Garp's muscles overlapping with hers. Finally, her hair had grown longer. Before, it reached half her neck but now it reached her armpits. She was also wearing a white sweater, white cotton pants and white sneakers.
"Alright, Luci, time to see where you really are," she said to herself. Taking a small breath in, she activated her Observation Haki.
As if her soul just flew out of her body, she started seeing things all around her in a growing circle. She passed the walls in her room, covered the entire hallway outside the room, covered other empty cells going for almost two miles before going through a huge wall and then she saw the second most shocking thing of the day. She saw an entire civilization of a crossbreed between monkeys and imps. They had monkeys' bodies and two horns on their heads. There were small ones and really huge ones. Suddenly, all of them seemed to perk up before their horns shone red then look at her direction.
"What the fuck!" Lucille cried out in shock. The hybrids then started running towards her direction. "Oh no, get the fuck away from me!"
As soon as she said that, she released a red wave of Conqueror Haki towards them. She saw the air actually rippling as the wave moved, showing just how tremendous willpower it carried and like dolls with their strings cut off, the hybrids fell to the ground almost instantaneously when they were passed by her Conqueror Haki! The wave covered the entire civilization which to her opinion was the size of Manhattan, leaving her a little speechless.
"Wow, way to go, old man," she congratulated Garp for his achievement in Haki seeing how powerful it was. "Now, time to burst out of here."
She cocked her left fist then hardened her muscles using Iron Body and Life Return then backed it up with Armament Haki. She held the pose for a few seconds before the Armament Haki started glowing red then she added Conqueror Haki into the mix.
"Fall for me!" Lucille roared before using Geppo on the floor, leaving a crater and catapulted herself to the ceiling. With a roar, she punched the ceiling with all she got, resulting in a shockwave reminiscence of a nuke going off.
The entire foundation shock as the force of the punch travelled upwards, destroying every single thing in it's way. Lucille was following it, actually keeping up with it, using Geppo. She wished she could sit back and see the destruction she caused but she had a sense of urgency to get out of the place.
Finally, after minutes of Moon Walking, the destructive force finally breached the surface, splitting the skies as if the Messiah has just arrived and the moonlight shone towards the two hundred metres in diameter hole that seemed to come from the abyss itself due to how dark it was. Lucille shot out of the hole in amidst dust and rubble and stood on the air, looking at the moon above her.
"It is the same moon, yet it feels different. Very different," she analysed, her entire focus entirely at the celestial body above her.
"Hem hem, excuse me, miss," someone said from behind her, startling her so much she turned with a Haki infused Rankyaku. A blade made of air infused with willpower slammed into a flying man wearing a red and blue spandex. The air was filled with a cry of pain as the man was sent flying kilometres away, his state of health unknown.
Lucille found herself staring at the entire Justice League minus Superman and behind them were their prodigies or the Young Justice members. Her mind immediately started running back and recognized those hybrids she left unconscious were actually Genomorphs. Looking at Superboy, she saw he was still wearing a tattered yellow sun radiation suit meaning the rest had just rescued him. Then, her eyes were drawn to Batman. The tactician was staring at her, probably thinking of ways to take her down before this escalates and she had to say, she was completely outclassed here.
Garp and Kamikaze are powerhouses on their own and she had grown even more powerful with their abilities combined into her. But, she could not think of a way to fight Wonderwoman, Shazam, Martian Manhunter and Dr Fate at the same time and win! Conqueror Haki could take down the first three, key word being could, but Dr Fate was a whole other can of worms! She could not afford to mess with a reality warper! So, she had one card to play here.
"I surrender!" she said solemnly, raising her hands in the air and landing on the ground. She almost smiled when she saw the bewildered look on Batman's face. 'If it weren't for Dr Fate I would have attempted to run away. Count yourself lucky!'
