Abnormal behavior

Generally speaking, literally movies are the most boring movies. They only depend on actor's acting skills and the storyline of the movie. There are no action stunts, flashing scenes and thundering explosions which audience likes to see. So the success and failure of the movie ultimately depends on the actors acting skills and plot of the movie.

The pressure on Noah is very high. "Shattered glass" is a good movie on basis of storyline. Even from his memory, he knows that although the movie failed in box office, it was still a literary success. But he wants it to also succeed commercially. In fact, he didn't need to act in a literary film this early, because most of the teen and young actors like commercial and pop corn movies which can bring them fame and popularity. They can act in literary films after a few years after getting sufficient fame to move toward acedmy awards. Everyone knows that Acedmy never likes to award male actors less than 30 years old.

But for Noah, situation is different. He will make his singing debut soon and musicians are always seen as commercial artists and it is true. The Income of singers is higher than the actors. He likes music but he also doesn't want to say goodbye forever to oscars. So he needs a good literary work before his musical release to save him from the permanent tag of commercial artist. And the movie "shattered glass" is a good choice. If he can perform good in this movie, then it will save hm from a lot of troubles in the future. That's the reason why he is so bent on giving his more than 100 percent to this role.

Everyone on the set was surprised seeing the dedication of the young actor. Everyone works in this industry, and they can see that Noah was pushing himself to the limits again and again for a single scene. The shooting started last week, and Noah has been giving his all to the role.

"Cut"

"It's a perfect take. Get the set ready for the next scene. And Noah, you come here for a moment."

The forty years old director Billy ray's resume is not very rich. He has only shot a few works at present, but it includes some good movies like "Hart's war" and "Volcano". But Noah's knows that he will direct some of the great movies in future like "Hunter games" , "Secret in their eyes" and the masterpiece "Captain Phillips".

"Yes director. You called for me."

"Here sit down and drink some water." saying that he handed a water bottle to Noah.

"Thank you."

"Now tell me what's the problem with you. Why are you like this."

"Was their a problem with my acting?" Noah immediately asked. He's been trying his best at every turn. For the role, he only sleeps 2-3 hours a day, and all the remaining time is spent on script.

"There is no problem with your acting. You are acting excellent and everyone can see your ever-increasing performance with each passing day. But aren't you pressuring yourself too much. I don't know what's going on with you, but try to relax a little. If this continues, I am afraid you will collapse soon."

Noah was stunned hearing the words. He never thought even the director, who is said to be the most demanding person on the set said this to him. He has heard this from his co-actors and even David told him to rest a little. He was so immersed in the role that he even forgot to pay attention to himself. But now the problem seems to be getting serious that even the director has complained about the problem. He looked at the director and said:

" I will focus on it."

Director Billy nodded, "Now you can go back and rest. Your part of the day is completed."

Noah agreed and went to pack his things. He is not 16 yet, so because of child actor protection law, he cannot spend more than 6 hours on the set. As he reached back to get his things, David had already packed all the things and went back to the hotel with him.

On the way back, he asked: " David, am I behaving weird these days. What do you say."

He observed David's expressions, David was quiet for a while and said: "I don't know much about you personally. The information I got from Mike and your mother was that you are a very cheerful person." Noah was happy hearing Mike and Jane's words for him, but the next words made him silent. "What they said seems to be true. But I don't know if you are like this on every set or maybe only this time, you seem to be behaving strange. I think you don't even remember the names of the people whom you are working on the set except for a few."

These words again caught him off guard. Even Davis has observed changes in him. Maybe he should really relax. The pressure of proving myself seems to be affecting him now.
