David Cowley

A few days later, Noah signed the contract with the crew of "Shattered Glass". His pay also increased from previous 500 k $ of "Cody Banks" to now 1 million $. His only regret was to not being able to meet his idol Tom Cruise. This time, Jane was very reluctant to sign the contract for him. He has only attended school for a few months this year. Although the principal cooperated with him because of using Theo's reference, but it still affects his studies. Jane was a little angry but she still signed the contract.

"This is the last time this year. After this movie, you have to study honestly. I don't want my son to a illiterate."

Jane said to Noah on the way to seeing him off to the airport.

"I am not an illetrate. I will soon be a superstar. Just wait and see."

"When did I say that you will not be a superstar. Of course my son is the best." Hearing his praise, Noah immediately became happy, but the next words poured cold water on him, "I am just saying that I don't want my baby boy to be an illetrate superstar."

Noah's mood became off and seeing this, Jane laughed and even Mike who was driving the car smiled.

The shooting of "Shattered Glass" will take place in Montreal, Canada. He just came back from Canada a month ago and now he has to go back again. He feels sad but he can't say anything as it is his job as an actor.

Mike who was quiet most of the time spoke : "This time you are not going alone to shooting."

"What do you mean?" he was puzzled hearing Mike's words.

"I mean, your new bodyguard and driver plus a part-time assistant for now will be going with you."

"But I don't remember having a bodyguard or a driver."

"You didn't had it in the past, but from now on, you will have one and he will be with you on your shooting sets or other events. I wanted to tell and discuss with you this before but due to this sudden movie, I couldn't find a chance. But he will go with you and your mother has also verified him. " said Mike.

Noah looked at Jane and she nodded, "where is he?"

"He is waiting at the airport and this is his profile information. Everything about him has been verified and he is also a relative of mine. He fits this job." Mike handed a paper to Noah, and on the paper was his new driver and bodyguard's information.

David Crowley, an ex army soldier. Age 34 and has retired from Army after ten years of service. He opened his own security agency but later shut it due to some reason. He is the son of Mike's uncle. So on Mike's reference, he joined this job.

Noah did not find anything special except for being in Army for ten years which is a plus point. He is Mike's cousin and he trust Mike and even Jane has approved him. So he doesn't have any problem. It's just that increase of one person with him most of the time, is quite a new experience for him.

On reaching the airport, he met his bodyguard. David is quite good looking with a height of 1.87 m, and a tanned skin full of muscles which are even visible from the clothes. He was wearing a regular two piece black dress which usually bodyguards wear. He greeted him: "Hello, I am David Crowley. It's a pleasure to work with you."

"I am Noah Martin and I am happy to meet you."

Mike came forward and said to David: "David, this is Noah. He will be in your care from now. Noah doesn't have any bad habits except he can just become a kid sometimes. Except for it, he is very good. I think you will like working with him."

"Mike, when did I acted like a kid." Noah immediately retorded, Mike was now teasing him infront of his new bodyguard. Mike just laughed hearing the complaint.

"Now go, it's time for boarding."

He and David boarded the plane together and their seats were together. On the plane, he said to David beside him:

"Don't take Mike words seriously. He just likes to joke. Let's introduce ourselves again." saying that, Noah stretched his hand: "I am Noah Martin. I like music and acting. I also like all kind of tasty food especially chocolates. I hope our future cooperation will be pleasent."

Seeing the smiling face and stretched hand of his new employ, David also stretched his hand: "I am David Crowley. I also hope our cooperation can be a good one."

In this way, Noah got acquainted with his new bodyguard and driver, plus a part-time assistant for now. They had a happy chat during the flight.
