P.O.V. Izel (Eldest daughter of Aadi's family)

I am still in the military and have reached C-Grade and have been upgraded too Major and was assigned a team for outside investigation as talks of proper trade routes and finding new plants or animals are put high on the agenda my team is the one meant for scouting potential areas that once all things are ready can be made into a self sufficient off branch of the current city.

I am apprenticing under a Major general right now and am soon to rise the ranks once more with so many of the original military being fully exchanged out for high grade cultivators of the newer generation as we are seen with higher potential and worth.

The older people in government have begun to try and bribe those currently in good position and potential to there sides so as to have a larger slice within the military then they originally should, when the cities were made it was decided the politicians and military will be divided but they are beginning to go against that. My younger brother if 15 and is truly highly capable awakening straight into a high F-rank and is soon to become a E-rank in the next ten years he will probably be A-rank and with the twins supporting him along with there people in the purifier community he will have all three parts of military power in his hands.

I will be visiting him today for our monthly meetings and the bows from those of the school my brother attends, a higher awakener school where one doesn't need to join the military after so he can immediately begin to start on his guild.

I walk into the room that is not recorded now do to my rank being too high so they are no longer allowed to record, I sit down across from my brother who truly is a handsome person.

Sharp but masculine features and sharp eyes along with dark brown eye color and purple black hair he has grown into his features well and will simply get better looking once the more childish parts fall off to more mature features.

"Sister thank you for visiting know it can be hard with your high position." What he is actually asking is if I had learned anything with my position.

"Indeed we are goin out more frequently but I make sure to visit as often as possible you are one of my brothers after all, you have such a bright future ahead I want to help where I can so don't hesitate to ask me for anything." Translation: Yes the military is not as prevalent in the city and it will most likely continue, it is still some time off from beginning but you will have a clean path when it is.

"I am glad to have you here I hope you don't push yourself too far you need to rest sometimes as well." Translation: Calm down we will still have a bit before we start don't draw so much attention.

"I know you worry it is why I make sure to check in too let you see I am doing well." Translation: I let you know anything that happens and will pull back.

We continue too talk for the hour we have together after our messages are over until the bell telling us our time is done rings, I get up and ruffle his hair before heading out while thanking the director for letting us meet in private.

I return to the barracks as a new mission comes in my squad has been assigned to protect a caravan with an ambassador from another city in it.

It is given to raise the rank but I talk too my energy sensor and ask him to lead us into a ambush on purpose, I need to slow down and intervene on any inter city agreements this seems like the best way.

Let the old man coming die to a humans hand rather then the beast they worry over.

P.O.V Wyatt (first floor)

These nine years in the tutorial have been great as me and Aadi have grown even closer with us now being put at the same level he feels less pressure to be respectful and sees me less as a superior, simply another classmate.

We finish up and I see the man from the other world in our class give Aadi a book on something and I see him look at me after Aadi promises too help get a good treaty, he grins and whispers too Aadi again before winking and leaving.

You now have access your status window, the interstellar store and auction, the war category that keeps track of what world your world is in conflict with and the interstellar ranking lists. The higher your world is on your respective list the greater the reward given every ten years, may you and your people prosper.---

Once the ceremony ends we are whisked away by the tower to the first floor, in a desolate village that is lucky it can even earn that name with no tower people and nothing of worth nearby from the looks of it.

---You are now on the first floor, your task is to build a viable civilization on this floor for those that will follow after you and are unable to leave until an approved level is reached for your worlds grade. The higher your contribution on making this town a long term spawn spot the more cut of future revenue from the town you will get.---

I see the only reason they would use such shitty spot is if they lost or was ganged up on, well no matter that will end now.

We gather the team and talk on where the best position too set up would be as well as the current situation when the man that caused this problem in the first place appears, "You see we are already set up it would make it take even longer if we tried and move it is best to just stay as leaving means going away from my protection."

He is releasing his SS-grade energy as a threat too us, truly his family will not be happy when they learn of his actions, especially when they learned he picked a fight with me.

I release my own energy in warning and he backs off as we begin too gather people too fight for the main spot, we gather nearly 3,000 people from C-Grade and up as that is the lowest grade allowed too enter this new tower on some continents.

We deal with the trouble on the way and finally reach the people who claim to be the strongest, since they want strength too mean control then so be it.

The fortress is clearly older style architecture and little to no technology involved as is clear by there weapons as a higher civilization with so much time could have easily made more advance weapons but it appears the tower only put together new worlds and worlds of similar technology making us more of a more ancient then technology advanced society.

We do still use more cold weapons and energy mental based rather then hot weapons and more complex energy like spacial rocks or electricity.

The rest stand in the tree line while I approach but hold my energy so as not too be seen as innately the aggressor, a tiger Therianthrope comes out partially transformed with paws instead of hands.

"I am the world Ira and have just risen from the manufacturing school side and am here too ask your action of interfering in our right too compete for better placement even if one insulted you, the placement should be based on strength not who licks who and I am sure you understand that as well so why is it not happening." I see anger at the words as he spits while talking.

"We have no need for useless things near us and whatever he did too insult us he deserves it unless you have digger hands then us you have no room to talk."

"You are a who sucks up too who society I see well I can't say one could not expect from little better then animals, though I expected better from a part human species." He snarls and once more talks with no decorum.

"Fine since you want too talk it over pay us a fair amount and we will let you back, oh you don't have anything do you." Truly an idiot, why anyone let such a person be there representative is beyond me.

"You need the most capable and we are that so either let us in or we will force our way in, choose wisely." I tell him he looks a second off from attacking when a over muscled pink hair lady stand on top of the wall and releases her SSS-Grade energy, to attack a representative like this is a big no and I release my own energy to suppress this ugly woman as a lesson on when you should and should not let out your energy.

"You either bow down or get decimated by us, you pushed our first people too the edge and expect us to simply negotiate be happy we don't do the same to you, you will be allowed to fight for other positions but not interfere anymore in others fighting ones spot depends on there strength not who they impress or suck up to."

I can see the fear in the stupid tigers head as he realizes I could have killed him if I wanted and no one could have stopped me, he bows his head and backs up.

Aadi takes this as the cue too leave the forest and enhance everyone too make there energy more potent, despite her high pride I have no doubt she is smart and a good leader letting us in with no more of a fight.

It is a decent village that shows most here probably live in a savannah like area as the houses are very open and lets air through easily but still have a decent amount of shade while not being overly focused on cooling as one would expect from those in more hotter locations, mostly using wood for houses and stones for defense it is a good start but far from a proper village.

Aadi approaches me from behind and whispers the act of working together as a viable option instead of throwing them out, a good idea and with the location profit will be more then enough for us too all split.

I nod too Aadi before giving the suggestion, "We offer to help you further your village with the technology and information we have in exchange for you doing the more manual parts like mining and tree chopping, the task was only to build a viable colony it never said we needed to do so separately if all species joined together the task would probably be over already."

The woman looks at mine and a small anger at the look she gives him like he is inferior but I hold my tongue and wait for a response, finally she nods her head too Aadi in a small sign of respect and turns back too me.

"I agree to this deal though leaving ones spouse behind to make a deal is considered improper in our culture as it is a sign of belief we would attack a weaker one." I feel a hint of pride at her assumption but I know I must fix it so that Aadi will be given the proper respect and praise he deserves.

I feel Aadi walk up next too me and the gazes of disgust at such a weak partner is clear, until Aadi releases his energy I can see the shock and interest of the lack of energy before and the heaviness they now feel making them slightly confused.

"He is not my spouse but second in command and is a healer capable of repairing damage as well as enhance ones strength during fights we can show you using one of our owns and one of yours if you are willing to see, he is highly respected person and I expect him to be treated with authority just under my own." I explain although it upset me too deny it I know Aadi will appreciate it, I can see the hippos interest at that and am little surprised at her response.

"No need for it to be done on one of your own just show with me, we have a hard stone even we have been unable to break here given from the mines for strength testing I will have him do it with that." Truly a society only built on strength no wonder they have done so well, with a brains too there brawns we should compliment each other well.

The stone the size of a medium lion comes and she attacks it breaking a small chunk the size of a finer nail, truly what an interesting material I have never heard of such a material in the tutorial but I also saw none of this species in the tutorial either and it may be something specific too them.

I can see people gazing at Aadi in greed but they hold it in as they know the best should own it and I am clearly the best as is only proper.

"I am more then pleased to be in an alliance with you for the foreseeable floors as such thing will allow us to do far more then we could have ever achieved, the stone is one from our world and is known as the kings stone as only king beast have achieved in even cracking it must less chipping it like this I hope we will bring each other to a glorious future."

I can feel Aadi's excitement at this and feel some amusement as he looks at me in question I nod too him in agreement of him experimenting once the town is settled and stable too not need him he is practically vibrating though he would deny this.

The town expands rapidly so for the next year he is short the time he wants too study and it is clear he is beginning to grow tired so I give him a small break.

Our town is more like a city with 10 different worlds spawn points here and ever growing population, we have taken the main role of trade city as we are in the center with all them not having to go too far to get access too all the different goods as the first year within the new tower comes too and end a announcement is made.

---You have successfully had a hand in building and structuring 10 cities and uniting them together in alliances, your people have earned first place in contribution and you will gain 5% profit revenue from the ten cities and any branches of the cities you had a hand in building.---

We had successfully finished the first floor but instead of just going up we are given an option.

---You can choose to go up as solo, team, village, town, city, or region if 50% choose region you and all the territories will be sent together too the next floor too increase there worth and strength but beware this will be far more difficult then the other options but greater awards await those who succeed.---

I choose region after talking with others and slowly people put in there votes, what will it be.
