Chapter 1 It seems that I was reborn

In the middle of a battlefield surrounded by many soldiers, a man stands tall as his body started to give out bit by bit.

"General. Shouldn't you drop your sword by now? After all, everyone in your army is dead and you are the only one remaining in your army. Surely you don't think you can defeat our remaining one thousand troops all by yourself." One of the enemy soldiers said to a man covered in wounds and bruises.

The 57 year old general has a large scar on the right side of the face that he got from his childhood days which makes him half blind.

Not only that as a war veteran who fights on the front line his face was full of cuts and scars that make him unappealing to normal people.

His muscular well-trained body was covered with a rusty sliver armour of a dragon symbol embedded in the upper right shoulder of the armour.

His looks would normally give off an impression of a war hero but because of his current injuries, he gives off a vibe of an angry mindless barbarian that is fighting in his last moments.

"Shut up. I am the proud general of the White Mountain empire and I will not surrender my life to enemies until I die and can not swing my weapons anymore," The general said as he threw the spear that was in the nearby copse of his previous underling and throws it at the enemy that mocked him.

The spear hit one of the sockets of his enemies as pieces of his brain scattered around.

The enemies are shocked for a few seconds as the general uses that chance to go toward them and started to take down as much as he can before his life fully runs out.

Then his head was finally cut off as the headless body fell to the ground.

"What a monster! How did he defeat 7 soldiers on his own in his dying breath all by himself?" One of the surviving enemy warriors said in shock.

"Finally it's all over. Now I can tell my child that his father I was able to fend off the intruders from the white mountain Empire." A soldier said as he finished from exhaustion.

As he looked at the cold dead corpse of the enemy general.

"Damn it. Is it how it ends? Am I finally going to hell?" The general said to himself as he opened his eyes and saw a breathing view of a green forest like environment.

"Wait? This is not hell? Where am I?" He said but the words don't come out of his mouths anymore.

Instead he can only hear himself making gibberish noises.

He was shocked and saw that his hands which were full of scars have now possessed white soft like texture and seems to be even smaller than what he was remembered.

He also noticed that not only his hands but his entire body have been fully transformed into that of a baby who possessed a strange tail.

Then he started to crawl to a nearby river and see his own reflection.

He possesses a reddish brown spiky hair and a pair of sharp eyes not resembling that of a baby. His hair also have two bangs sticking out like a downward "V" shape.

And unsurprisingly just like a baby in the the middle of the nowhere he seems to be naked and possessed no clothes.

He then saw a note on the rock not far from the place where he was.

He crawled towards the note and saw the context of the note.

To Vegito. The note has a name attached to it.

[I am the one responsible for how your life turns out in your previous life. With the amount of positive karma that you gathered two lives before you were supposed to be reborn as a prince of the empire full of riches but instead because of my mistake you ended up in the body of the son of the soldier in the empire who was forced to carry out the empire's dirty labour. I am deeply sorry for that. I hope you will lead a wonderful life in your new body.]

Immediately after he read the note it disappeared into the air as it never existed and left him alone in the middle of no where.

"The fuck? Really? How am I supposed to survive with a body that can't even walk properly in the middle of nowhere." Vegito cursed but because of his inability to speak only weird baby noises are made as they echoed throughout the forest.
