#TIMESKIP 2 WEEKS LATER#
#First Person POV Shaun#
I am starting to regret taking the quest to help out Albion just a bit.
The people here are terrified to farm and take care of things every day.
Honestly, I don't blame them.
A month ago one of the biggest farms was attacked by a frost dragon.
An actual f#cking frost dragon that made the fields into his own personal nest. Albion lost a considerable amount of its food supply. Also, it killed many food experts who were researching ways to make the food better by experimenting with it.
In my original world, the scientists there altered the food in order to make it bigger and more resistant to famine and locusts. Here the food supplies are constantly destroyed due to these plagues.
I have read quite a few books here and it looks like they are on the brink of collapse. The games made it seem like a minor issue but the reality of it is more serious.
I want to help them by doing my best but the people here are too terrified to do anything. The quality of food has dropped significantly due to the monster threat.
Logan has ordered the best blacksmiths in Albion to make weapons alongside all of the stonecutters available to make weapons that can deal with them. The problem is there are only around a dozen blacksmiths that can be said to be the best including the royal blacksmith. The stonecutters are only 5 since most of them are old and only one of them is in his twenties and is really talented in it.
Stonecutters are people who know how to use precious stones to make augments for equipment. Which are essentially rip-off enchants.
I shake my head as I go back to making plans for the [Food Forevermore] quest in order. The first is going to be potatoes since they are just so many different ways of eating them and enhancing their flavor. Next, will be corn which will take a while to find out everything that it can be used for. Then, spinach, lettuce, and finally tomatoes.
"This seems like a good plan but where to grow it?" I asked myself while taking a map of Albion from my desk in my room.
These last two weeks have been very busy thankfully I had this desk put in front of a window to absorb more solar energy to get stronger.
I can sell things to the store for credits but right now I don't exactly have much to sell to it.
My bed which was made by hand and some expensive wood and looks like an art piece is just worth one point. I am guessing that other things like it are worth the same.
Going back to my plan I am nearly finished with it and after I am Logan will go over it and if approves it he just signs it and then it will begin.
I am still too young to take care of it myself so Logan still has that part but it is much less than what he had before. I am going to be taking over it when I turn 13 as I am just ten years old right now.
I put down my feather which was a bit weird at first but I got over it soon enough.
Due to the snow still falling I am not getting a lot of solar energy yet.
But, I get enough for now if everything goes the same as it did in the game but now I have to train my powers as much as I can and in my fighting skills as I can't practice magic yet since I can't use it yet and I need it in order to go into the ID to level up and get stronger.
I use my supervision to see outside as it thankfully has finally increased its range to be able to see Bowerstone as if I was there in person.
It is definitely different that's for sure I am still surprised at just how peaceful most of them look.
They might or might not know the struggles that the soldiers that protect them go through since most of them were born inside of Bowerstone and never left the safety of the walls.
I stop looking at them and stand up from my chair and call Jasper over who was organizing some new clothes that arrived for me.
"Jasper, could you please take this to my brother's personal box," I ordered Jasper as nicely as I could
"Certainly, sir I shall be back in a few moments," He said as he took the papers in the envelope and left. The box is something Logan told me he had in case a mayor from a town had an emergency situation like what happened to the farm that got turned into a nest.
As he left I saw my dog's bed and sighed at my request to Logan to have my dog trained since right now I am still trying to keep my power under control and I almost burned him alive when I was testing my sight. Sure, I can activate and deactivate my speed and strength at will but not my heat vision yet.
I look out the window at my father's tomb and remember my failed attempts to enter it. I could try to break through it but I don't want to cause a commotion and reveal my power too early and then after another failed attempt, I felt someone watching me afterward and after I turned around I noticed a red blur even with my super-speed it was difficult but I recognized who it was, Teresa.
#Somewhere Else#
#Unknown POV#
I could feel something disgusting somewhere far away.
It was weak for now but it was getting stronger every moment that it was allowed to live.
An abomination against the dark that must be annihilated.
"WE DESTROYED THE CURSED LIGHT, WE DESECRATED ORDER AND WE SHALL DO SO AGAIN," I roared as I struggled to break the barrier that separates me from ending the light.

#Third Person Pov#
A teenager was walking along the shore of a destroyed town that had sunken into the water waiting for death to claim him. When he heard a bubble splash from the water and he looked like a white mask with red and violet streaks around the area of the eyes was moved by the current towards the teen.
When it was closed enough the teen curious about the mask that looked cracked around the edges came out of the water.
In a slight bit of humor that he had left as he waited for death to claim him, he put on the mask as a jest.
When he did he stopped all motion as he then tried to take the mask off only for it to not come off as his body crackled with energy that felt wrong and a crime against nature itself flowed from the mask into the teen's body.
He tried screaming before the energy around him started burning the surrounding area until he ceased all motion as he began to look at his hand.
He closed it as the fires went out and a cold wave of air was left as he disappear in a flash of orange and black.
A great evil had returned to Albion
