Kubei was just an ordinary pencil and button pusher working a day job, hating his boss and making horrible speeches when one day he fell asleep after pushing an all-nighter. As the church collapsed, there was a sudden and clear sound of a horn blowing in the west of the city. Strengthened by magic, the sound spread throughout war-torn Rhein City.
