Lost fairies

The gazes of the orcs' eyes were intense, showing hatred towards the two of them. An orc warrior dragged his sword on the ground and another orc walked right behind the orc warrior. They looked well-prepared to attack both Asher and Chronos.

"Shit! This is much worse than I imagined. We can't stay here for too long. We have to do something, Ash." Chronos shook his head, a look of confusion on his face.

"Persea, please use your scanning abilities on the other Orcs. We must get information about those creatures before we can attack them, right?" Asher's face looked tense, watching the creatures continue to walk closer.

As soon as possible Persea used her scanning ability again and got information about an orc using a bow and an orc wearing a large shield that seemed to be made of skeletons.

"Alright, so Orc archers weaken with physical attacks." Chronos clasped his hands tightly so that several visible veins could be seen. "I'm going to finish off that fucking thing." His gaze was sharp, his face showing a fiery spirit.

"In the meantime, I will defeat the orc warrior." Asher pointed his staff forward, a serious look on his face.

Not long after, the orcs put up a fight. Orc archers began firing several arrows quickly at the two of them. Chronos immediately used his dash skill and then cut down each of these arrows quickly. He then pointed his sword at the orc archer, but the creature's movements were so agile that it easily dodged the attack.

On the other hand, Asher quickly fired his laser beam at the orc warrior running towards him. However, a few more times he fired his laser beam, this time his attack was easily repelled because there was an orc guardian right in front of the orc warrior.

"Asher your attack didn't work against them. Ah, dammit if I still had my powers, I would have shot a water ball at these crazy orcs." Persea shook her head, a panicked look on her face.

" Oh shit, if this thing continues, these orcs are going to attack me. Come on Ash, think of something." Asher bit his lower lip, trying to remain calm.

Suddenly an idea came to his mind. What if he disrupted the vision of the two orcs? Of course, this idea wasn't 100 percent safe, but if it worked, it might at least help him to kill one of the two orcs. So without waiting any longer, Asher immediately threw some of his bomb items on the ground, creating thick smoke enough to disrupt the orcs' vision.

Asher's attempt was successful. The smoke seemed to confuse the orcs' vision. The orc guard automatically lowered his shield, trying to clear the smoke from Asher's bomb blasts. When he saw that, he began to aim his staff, waiting for the right moment to fire his laser beam.

"Now, Ash!" Persea shouted, seeing half of the orc guard's head come into view.

"Laser beam!" Asher's gaze was intense, there was no hesitation on his face.

A beam of light was seen streaking at high speed toward the guardian orc, piercing through the guardian orc's head and killing him instantly on the spot. The orc warrior seeing it immediately ran frantically towards Asher, trying to avenge his friend's death.

"Laser beam!"

This time the laser beam went straight through the orc warrior's defenses, breaking the orc warrior's sword and perforating the orc's body, killing him on the spot. Asher breathed a sigh, knowing that his efforts had not been in vain.

Seeing both of his friends dead, the orc archer's expression was furious and immediately aimed his arrow at Asher. However, he didn't realize that Chronos spotted the opportunity and rushed straight towards the orc archer.

"Die, you fucking creature!" Chronos' gaze was sharp, his face looking fierce.

Chronos' sword slash successfully pierced the orc archer, causing the creature to spew green liquid from its mouth. Chronos then split the orc's limbs in two and quickly killed the creature. He finally managed to kill the last orc.

'You have earned 80 gold coins! You've earned 1x orc teeth, 2x arrows'

"Gosh, we almost died. Thank God we are still alive." Chronos exhaled a long breath, a happy look on his face.

"Well, now we have to find the whereabouts of the fairies, Chronos." Asher narrowed his eyes, trying to look around.

Suddenly Persea noticed something shining a few meters in front of them. The blue fairy was sure there was something there, so without hesitation, she led Asher and Chronos toward it until they saw a small cage placed on top of a large tree.

"It's there, I'm sure the fairies are being held there. I can feel it." The look on Persea's face was serious, there was no doubt on her face

"Alright, but now look. There are two orcs standing guard over there. We should think of an idea to defeat those orcs. Asher stroked his chin, his brow furrowed.

However, as usual, Chronos immediately ran over, making Asher shake his head. It seemed that Chronos was very confident in killing the two orcs this time because their defenses were very weak. Therefore, Asher was only able to watch quietly like he was watching a movie.

"Nice attack, Chronos. Okay, so now how do we get that cage off this tall tree?" Asher looked up, a look of confusion on his face.

"Damn, I've tried shaking this tree, but it looks like this little cage is stuck between the branches of this dense tree." Chronos continued to move the tree trunk, with an annoyed look on his face.

"Wait, maybe if I fly closer to the cage, I can pull it from the branches. " 

The blue fairy immediately flew quickly up the tree and arrived at a small cage. Of course, her previous guess was correct, there were several fairies in the cage. He quickly exerted all his strength to drag the cage to the right position, causing it to fall to the ground.

"Chronos, Asher now shake this tree once more." Persea's face slowly turned red as she pulled on the cage.

The two of them together shook the tree violently over and over again. Finally, after a few shakes, the cage directly fell to the ground, shattering the cage instantly. All the fairies inside immediately flew free, like birds coming out of their cages.

"Now we must quickly return to Altaria village, the fairy elders must be looking for their whereabouts," Persea's face looked calmer, her shoulders gradually loosening.

They decided to return to Altaria village, but just as they were about to leave, there was a sudden sound of loud footsteps. The sound was so loud that Asher and everyone else covered their ears tightly. Then shortly after, in front of them, a huge silhouette in the fog that enveloped the forest appeared.

"Oh my, what is this?" Asher's face paled, seeing the silhouette walking towards them.
