This is one of those idem gems that you can find rarely on the internet, i’m not the person with the biggest knowledge in books but i m a connoisseur. this story is amazing, 5/5, the writing is very good, the plot is very interesting. Little advice: think a lot about the sequel and characters because you have something big here.

First and foremost, your synopsis can be improved! I think it's just weird to say that FOS can reduce depression. Do you mean the number of patients afflicted with depression or do you mean the level of depression? You have to be careful with your words because you are basing them on medical jargon. Second, concerning medical jargon, kindly refer to my notes on your first chapter, I hope it can help you tackle some story technicalities that you might have not seen while writing ^^. Third, your sentence structure is quite good and you use a variety of vocabulary in your story. Although you tend to jump the descriptions of the actions which caused me quite a bit of confusion. Fourth, some of your phrasings are a bit awkward to read. Consider editing your work, perhaps? Lastly, good job! I can see how much you worked hard to create this story. If you try to consider my suggestions and reread your work for other issues that I didn't comment on, you can fix the possible plot holes and improve the overall reading quality. That's all so far. I hope you don't look at this review in a negative light and that see that I'm merely giving you words of encouragement to improve your work.
