Explosion after explosion reverberated through the skies of the Blazing Wastes as a dark demonic dragon clashed with a white, flaming, radiant Archangel. Cain and Michael attacked with every ounce of physical might and energy in their bodies and souls, striking each other with pure killing intent.
Michael's face had lost all its regal composure; the only thing visible was madness and frenzy, as if wild emotions clouded his mind. However, none of that made him any less dangerous. Every swing of his flaming radiant sword carried the power to sever space itself, unleashing arcs of white fire that extended for hundreds of thousands of meters, incinerating anything in their path.
