Beginning of a new life

[A/N: sorry I haven't posted recently I've had a lot of assignments to finish. I'll be posting a lot more frequently from now on so look forward to the upcoming chapters. Btw I'm pretty sure he is 6 from last chapter and if I'm wrong just go with it pls]

As they were walking out, they finally reached the car. Before Damien got in they put a blind fold on him to make sure that he does not know the location of the place they are going to. During the car ride Damien was thinking about what he has to do and whether he was the only kid to be chosen. After what felt like an hour he finally got rid of what he was previously thinking about and resolved himself. 'As long as I can be free and not be in a white room, I'm fine with it' he thought to himself as his side of the car door was opened by one of the men.

"Alright kid, step out. We'll take your blind fold off as soon as we get inside" one of the men informed Damien.

The man was guiding him and they stopped. He assumed they finally reached inside the place. They took his blind fold off and what he saw next surprised him. The men bowed to a man with a military suit with tons of medals. He heard them say "we brought him boss!". Damien looked up and saw his face. He was tanned and had green eyes and black hair. Damien followed their example as he knew that the only way to survive was to adapt to the hierarchy. He greeted the man by bowing and saying "Its an honour to meet you boss!". Hearing Damien the man nodded as if he was assessing Damien and had a satisfactory grin.

"Good, Good, you have manners. Now let me bring you to the others" the man exclaimed.

Damien was guided by the man to a room with around one hundred more children. He was confused but had a feeling he wasn't the only one. 'I knew there would be more. But what do we have to do' he thought to himself while looking at the children.

When Damien got in the room, the man went and stood on the podium and announced their plans. "We brought a total of one hundred of you here. The reason for this is to train assassins.This doesn't mean all of you here will live. We will only allow three of the surviving children to accompany us. Now without further ado get to killing each other" .

What he said shocked everyone. Even though Damien didn't show any emotion on his face, he was still shocked to know he could die. Though he had nothing left, he surely didn't want to die. And after the man explained this Damien summoned a black katana and started killing the children. The kids followed his example and started trying to kill each other. Damien had many children gang up on him as they saw he was the biggest challenge right now. This didn't faze him and just used a darkness blast to kill them. After hours of fighting there were finally only six left. Damien was currently fighting a girl with blonde hair who had a hardening quirk. She was able to turn her hands into rust, which was durable and had another effect of stunning her opponent for a couple of seconds. Damien knew this would be though if he kept holding back, so he went into his 'assault mode'. This mode increased his strength and speed by a huge margin. Not only that but it also increased his quirks attack and defence. (Basically meliodas' and not the full one. The one with half his face covered and one arm up to his chest. Btw he had a shirt on so they couldn't see his darkness up to his chest)

When he turned into his 'assault mode' the girl felt his blood lust and wasn't able to stand. She knelt down and Damien sliced her head off. After killing her he turned his assault mode off and saw that the other were finished fighting. The man appeared and stopped the fighting.

The man finally introduced himself to the three kids "hello children my name is General Armstrong and I must say I'm very impressed by your powers especially you" Armstrong said while looking at Damien.

Before one of the kids could introduce themselves, Armstrong made his men put blindfolds on them again and told them to wait until they get to the base to take their blind folds off. They got in the car and after driving for what Damien and the children felt was two hours, they finally reached their base. When they took their blind folds off they were shocked. It was a measly bungalow, they thought it would be a big building but general Armstrong explained "this project is secret. Not even the president knows. Only a select few know about this project and they are all inside". They walked in after hearing what he just told them and when they got inside Armstrong spoke again "and if you by any chance tell anyone *turned his arm into a blade* we will kill you".

Nodding to his threat they all followed him down the stairs. They were confused, there was noting in the basement but then the general pressed a brick which opened up to reveal a elevator. They all walked in and then went down. When they reached the actual base they were in awe. It was technologically advanced with training rooms and gyms.

"You will train here until you are ready to go out and do missions. Wait here until I get your combat teachers, until then introduce yourselves" the general explained.

A boy with red hair, and blue eyes went first. "Hey, my name is Jackson, I'm six and my quirk is blood construction. I can manipulate my blood and create weapons". Jackson seemed like a carefree and outgoing person.

The next person to introduce themselves was a boy who was tanned and had brown hair and hazel eyes. "Hey, my name is David, I'm also six and my quirk is boost. I can boost my senses and my over all physical ability". David also seemed carefree but was serious at the same time.

The last person who introduced himself was Damien. "My name is Damien, I'm also six and my quirk is darkness. I can manipulate darkness and create it".

Both boys noticed and thought that Damien was cold and calm. He didn't smile once during the whole time they have been with him, which is what led them to believe he was like that. Though they just came out of a battle royals none of the children had any family or place they could return to, so they didn't care about killing if it meant having a purpose. Both David and Jackson smiled after staying alive and being relieved they didn't die but Damien had his normal calm, relaxed face.

After introductions they talked about what they went through and their likes and dislikes. Even Damien jumped into the conversation at times. Finally the general returned with a blonde man with blue eyes, a beautiful older women who had dark purple hair and green eyes and finally with a man with tied back black hair and blue eyes who was wearing a lab coat.
