"What the fuck does that dumbass mean" A girl said snobbishly. She was running besides Hayden who had Hunter in a piggy back ride.

Hunter casted a quick glance at her. She was pretty short for a teenager and slim or the appropriate word would be thin, just like him. But at least slim women do have their own sex appeal unlike men. With big gleaming eyes, some baby fat still in her cheeks and a purple hair tied in a ponytail. Maybe with a more bigger chest she might have been sexy, but nevertheless she was still cute even with her flat chest.

She was moving fast, he would say faster than them. What was her power, lightining, the blue electric wisps kept on crackling and sizzling the air as she ran ahead. She was short, but those legs were faster than the rest of them. He knew that despite her talking rudely, she had a brain upstairs, which was still functioning. Upon hearing the words; brace yourselves, she knew something was ahead and rushing towards the unknown with less care and preparation was the doings of a delinquent mage. She wasn't one.

"Small, cute and most likely a rich snob". Hunter said.

"Sorry what did you say ?"

She turned towards them sharply as her lightining discharges around her feet grew more in intensity.

"Clouds and Rain!"

Someone shouted from behind.

Almost Immediately a shadow portal opened as a young boy clad in all black came out of it, just right in their front and jumped through another portal that materialised in front of him.

"Watch it jerk!" Hayden shouted furiously as he almost lost his footing.

A white blazing trail of light quickly barged against his shoulder and moved into the clouds.

"See you later losers, we have a score to settle". The Purple haired cutie said as she zoomed off, leaving a trail of electric arcs that stunned those close to her.

"Fucking bitch" A red haired boy with a white bandanna tied across his head cursed out loud. He was just like Hayden, on the back of someone. This someone happened to be a girl who was clad in an all metallic gear. Her type of movement was unique in the sense that she was just leaping from one position to another, covering a huge distance in the process. Such attribute of movement was like the flying Hulk in marvel. But can Hulk really fly ?

"I guess this school loves embrassing it's students" Hunter said out loud.

"Ha ha ha.. like the Knight in shining armor and the princess". Hayden with his big mouth couldn't keep the joke to himself, as everyone around began to laugh while running.

Both the Knight and the Edsheeran lookalike turned towards them.

Hayden replied to the boy hostile look was a smirk, while Hunter said nothing as he inquisitively stared at the Knight. He knew this was an impressive gear and not just for show. Staring at the boy, he realized someone else was even just like him, the embodiment of thinness.

'Thank the gods', he said inwardly to himself. But then remembered he had a beef with them, not like he wasn't an important character. Though all he wanted to do was live anx put the rest of his existence within his own created world alongside his little daughter Sarah.

Suddenly his senses twitched. He felt something was coming behind them. Something more ominous than what lay ahead. If the red sea was at front, then the devil was coming from behind.

"Hayden, you got to run faster, now!"

Hunter screamed.

As if on cue and was waiting for the instruction, Hayden pumped more mana into his feet and boosted his flames. He took off like a jet, one with possibly no control. Others behind began to run forward as some folks who weren't there immediately materialised after been bumped into before disappearing again after shouting watch it.

Suddenly a huge club smashed into some folks and the ground making the ground to rumble along side the screams of the affected humans.

Shouts of helps and screams could be heard behind as Hayden took a step into the thick fog with dark looming clouds up above.

Immediately they entered the fog, their red sea in front of them and the devil behind, the crackle of thunder, flashes of lightining with the whirling winds welcomed them in with some lightining strikes. Some were able to avoid it, others succumbed easily to it and got zapped out of existence. It wasn't like the burnt to ash or roasted like a thanksgiving turkey. It was more like one minute they were running and the other their screams could be heard before disappearing. Only the trace smell of burnt human flesh wafted into everyone noses, as the winds were very generous in trying to stimulate any hidden fantasies of the participants.

"How many of you have tasted human flesh ?" the soft voice of a woman whispered into the ears of those who were still alive and running.

Some shivered as the thought of a meal prepared before thee entered their thoughts.

"It tastes like pork" Hunter said with a glint in his eyes.

"Ohh" the sweet voice loomed in his thoughts.

"What's your name kid?" She asked.

"Hunter".

For a while there was no response.

The clouds hung low, just about fifteen feet above the ground , alongside with the fog and you could say that those who enjoyed it the most were the lightining, fog and wind elementalist. For those without such elements, they had to rely on luck, skills and wits to survive. But mind you, not everyone was struggling.

You see in life, there are some people that the heavens have just so blessed that everything they do works out just fine for them. In school, life, relationships, its more like they were eating their cake and also having it. No struggle, just soft life. And honestly, it was their luck and fortune, no need to be jealous of such folks.

Hayden was doing an impressive jobs of dodging the lightining strikes and the randomly surging typhoon that spawned endlessly like globins in a dungeon. At the same time he was moving forward. It was spectacular since he wasn't walking alone just like the Liverpool fans. Some other folks were alongside him, but once in a while he lost visibility and they both hoped they won't run into anyone.

Suddenly the crackle of a high pitched voice resounded above the thundering of the clouds

"Yes Hunter, yes!. You are the one I have always waited for, the chosen one!, my chosen one!".

Immediately laughter followed as rocks began to fall from the skies, dripping with magma as more people were entering the fog, Meanwhile the fog, looming clouds and lightining were gradually beginning to disappear, giving way to the sky filled with Ash, raining rocks and magma. At this point Hayden and Hunter were almost out of it, and this new hindrance wasn't their problem. But for those behind, getting flattened by a dropping rock or cooked by falling magma was the least problem as the ashes and soot disrupted breathing and visibility while creating chaos.

Meanwhile, Hunter was oblivious to the later screams of the woman.
