A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away.

In the outskirts of the known galaxy, a small solid metal planet rotated around a solar system. It was a giant man-made technological marvel that absorbed the solar radiation that continued to pulse off of the central star. There were grooves and vents that exhaled fumes of green fire after seemingly refining the energies from the solar radiations. This entire contraption ran its pipes, wires, electronics, and technology through a complex the size of a moon all for one purpose: The body inside a coffin-like pod at the center. A large special red bacta solution surrounded an elegant and strong body at the center. A man floated there without many signs of life, absorbing the energy of this complex machine moon.

This human-like body was packed with perfectly proportioned muscles, engineered brain tissue that was twice as fast, efficient organs and organ systems, and a specially configured bio-computer brain module for a heads-up display on the retina. This body is the magnum opus of a grand master in sith alchemy: Darth Magus. A sith master who had devoted himself to sith magic and sith alchemy from the moment he was trained. He had long grown envious of his fellow apprentice's talents and midiclorian count. He was not a blessed force user and often fell out of favor with his master. But that was when he realized. If he had such poor talent in this body, why not make a better one? No, a perfect body!

And thus, he spent all his life constructing and designing this working moon-like harvester. He faked his death and hid within the force, hiding away from everyone. He finished his work and created a template body using all his life's work. He loaded himself into cryo sleep and set the timer to inject his consciousness with a force tool he designed at the moment when the body reached stability. He planned to siphon away tiny fractions of the force's power in order not to draw too much attention to himself. So his machine has been harvesting the energy needed to continue running from the solar radiation here for millennia. While all this time he has remained in cryo sleep, waiting for the opportune moment for his rebirth. He has passed so many eras that now nobody outside would even remember him.

And now, the moment has finally come. His final step in his plan for ascension, from mortal man, to immortal man. The station's lights flickered as a final count was issued and Darth Magus' consciousness was transferred into the new body. He did this by fusing his own body's midiclorians into this new one, anchoring his spirit. But suddenly something unexpected happened. The force began to take action, it had realized that he was trying to do something extremely unnatural and it resisted it on impulse. The force did not notice small things over a long period of time, but this was a big and final change.

"ARGH NOOOO, I WON'T FAIL NOW!" Darth Magus screamed as his voice echoed through the force.

But it was useless, the force pulled and pushed. Resisting very naturally against such a large manipulation. It rebounded back the attempt at Darth Magus's spirit and crushed him. His spirit stuttered and flickered, and he began to fade to nothingness. The force calmed down after Darth Magus's spirit dissipated, it didn't even cause much of a ripple. But that was only for a moment, then it began fluctuating wildly. A random soul had fallen into the body from a spacial tear caused by Darth Magus. It started to finish the fusion that Darth Magus had already almost completed.

The force reacted instinctively, but not by much since the final protocol had already completed. The red bacta solution drained from around the body and the systems scanned many life signs to ensure its health. A few old antique medical droids were activated and dragged the body into another small health room. They also disposed of Darth Magus's old carbonite body since it was of no use now.

The lights in the room flickered and the body opened its eyes.

...

Ken opened his eyes. His vision was blurry and the room around him slowly converged from two separate images. He heard the buzz of the medical droids, sweeper droids, and other eletronic sounds around him. He tried to raise his hand to rub his eyes, but he could barely lift them out of exhaustion.

"Where..?" He blurted out.

His consciousness was regaining quickly and he realized he could barely move along with the fact that he was in a strange room filled with robots and things he had only heard of in science fiction books. He looked down at this right hand, which was covered in a needle like medical device.

A medical droid came over and administered an electrical pulse through the needles, causing his hand to clench the arm rest. The electonics were stimulating the contraction of his muscles without him even needed to move them. The droid hurried to the other palm and repeated the process. It checked over the readings before leaving calmly. A different medical droid with a more human-like expression came over to the side of Ken's bed. It had a concerned expression on its face.

"Master Magus, the result was a success. You have completed the transfer without issue and your new body is very healthy." The robot said in a soothing motherly voice.

Ken quickly calmed down his confused emotions and began to analyize the situation. Ken has always been a bit abnornmal. When he was on earth, he found it hard to connect with other people because he couldn't relate to normal conversation. From an observers perspective, Ken has an abnormally advanced consciousness. He can very easily sink into his own world and isolate himself from others, causing him to almost always be in a trance like state when he didn't want to pay attention to things.

Over time, he realized he could use this to calmly analyize a situation and organize his thoughts when others would collapse from a panic attack or breakdown. He was doing the same thing now as he organized his past moments in his mind. He came to a final conclusion after 2 minutes of thinking. He had died and now he had somehow ended up in this 'Master Magus''s new body. He realized he needed to get his bearings on what his current situation was as soon as possible. He wanted to start with something logical that perhaps the original Master Magus would ask.

"Tell me my bodies information. Was there anything unexpected?" Ken asked.

"Yes, your body is perfectly healthy. The statistics are 18100 midicloreans per cell count, which is under the estimation you had hoped for. The brain processing has been enhanced by 1.5x as compared to the original 2x goal. And the bio-chip computer has been destroyed during the force anamoly that occurred at the last moment." The droid read out the report easily.

"The force anamoly caused a mutation in the original 40,000 midiclorean count per cell, into a new mutated midiclorean type. This type has not been named and its properties have not yet been explored. This reduced the midiclorean count to 18,100 after this mutation. In addition, the readings indicate that there is an unknown energy source radiating your body that bears simulatiries to wound in the force. As for now, it was recorded as a partial force wound." The droid said further.

Ken silently contemplated his options and futher sorted out his memory. He finally knew where he was. He was in the Star Wars universe that he had always read and dreamed about when he was a kid. But he was a wierd experimental body and perhaps a product of sith alchemy like how plaguous originally tried to do before creating Anikin during the rebound. However, he never remembered a story like this one. Who was this Magus guy? Darth Magus? Did he appear in Star Wars cannon?

While he was thinking, he was interupted by the medical droid once again with its report.

"Congradulations sir, the body is a complete success. It will not age and it remains connected, but separated from the force. You will go down in history." The medical droid congradulated Ken and nodded to him with a human-like smile.

'Wait! This body won't age?' Ken's expression faltered and his mouth hung open. He was dumbfounded at the fact that he came here and all of a sudden he learned he was technically immortal.

Ken laughed stupidely for a while and then he tried reaching out and pulling a water bottle on a table across the way into his hand with the force. He always wanted to do this as a kid, and now he didn't hesitate one bit. The bottle flew into his hand almost immediately. It was exteremely easy to influence it due to his high midiclorean count. His count was similar to Yoda after all. Not to mention, he had a wierd mutated midiclorean. He needed to research to understand the effects of it as well.

But he didn't need to do this immediatly. After all, he will never age! All he needs to do is reasearch in a steady manner and over time he will unlock any secret he wants. Ken laughed in his mind like a child on christmas.

'From today onwards, I am the new Darth Magus.'
