"Where am I?"
Both Vicdean and Noreo spun around, their eyes wide.
The girl that had been fully unconscious only minutes earlier was now fully upright, staring at them through large dark red eyes.
She looked at them bewildered, a slight frown creasing her brow.
Vicdean slowly stepped forward, arms raised, she might be dazed now, but no ordinary cyborg would have beskar armour.
"You're in my workshop, on Tatooine."
The girl frowned, "Tatooine?"
Her eyes flickered around the room, "Why am I here?"
Vicdean smiled, "I brought you here after finding you lost in the unknown regions."
She turned her eyes onto Vicdean, a look of surprise on her face, "Who am I?"
It was then that Noreo grabbed his arm and pulled him back into the hangar.
She then turned to him gnawing on her lower lip.
"What is it?" he asked, frustrated.
She then clenched her jaw and glanced back at the workshop, "Didn't you feel it."
He raised an eyebrow, "Feel what?"
Running her fingers through her short hair, Noreo began chewing on her lip again.
"That cold wave of hate." she shivered.
Vicdean frowned, and nodded, "Yeah, but I suspect it's just because we were surprised."
Noreo nodded, but still seemed hesitant to believe what he had said.
A crash resounded from inside the workshop and glancing at each other both ran inside.
Vicdean heard a click as Noreo unlocked the safety on her DL-21.
Turning the corner into the workshop they both ground to a halt as they saw what had happened.
His table full of mechanical instruments was lying on the ground alongside the woman, who was looking at him wide-eyed.
He sighed, and walking over to her, extended a hand, "Are you alright?"
She nodded, slowly getting up, her legs wobbly.
"Noreo," Vicdean turned to his friend, "Could you please allow her to rest here."
The zabrak clenched her jaw, "Alright but just because it's you."

Leading them into her part of the hangar, Noreo, frowning like before, pointed at the broken couch leaning against the sandstone wall.
"You can sleep there!"
The woman smiled, "Thank you both."
Laying down on the couch, the woman stared up into the engineer's dark brown eyes, "Mister, do you know who I am?"
Vicdean shook his head sadly, "No, I'm sorry."
She smiled, "Then," there was a pause, "Then could you name me mister?"
Frowning compassionately, Vicdean took the woman's soft hands, "Are you sure?"
She nodded lightly, her short black hair rubbing against the cheap fabric.
"Alright," the man said, sighing, "then let's call you… Alita."
