Chapter 6: The Indoor Battle

The class started with the fight of Team A and Team D, the two that contains the most troublesome students of the bunch. The two teams move to their positions to prepare with team D being the villain.

Araki while watching the two teams on the site is analyzing the upcoming fight himself. 'I hope we don't get to fight daddy issues.' He thought to himself when someone pokes his back. It was the shiny armored classmate of his, Aoyama.

"You're a cape guy too, huh? Don't this cape look amazing?" Showing his cape to Araki, who replied with a thumbs up. 'He... is weird.'

The preparation began. Everyone who is observing them in the monitoring room can see how much planning the team D had – nothing at all.

Araki, having nothing to do, approaches Momo. He wanted to talk to her about the exercise so the fight would be easier.

"Hey Momo, do you have any plan to defeat team B?" Momo looks to her side to see Araki coming towards her.

"Oh, Araki. Not yet. How do you know that they are going to be our opponent?" She asks as she tilts her head.

"I don't. But compared to everyone, their team seems to be the strongest offensively and on attack power given that Bakugo and Midoriya are already fighting. Although the possibility of us not fighting them is higher, the same applies to the plan working on every other team." Momo got this too.

The five minutes soon pass and the fight started. It begins with Midoriya and Ochaco trying to sneak up from the entrance to the bomb but is soon gets attacked by the angry Pomeranian. However, they reacted quickly and even counterattacks. Midoriya dodges his right blow and did a shoulder throw on him.

The villain gets up again and tries to attack him but, again, got easily countered. After 3 exchanges, Midoriya receives a blow right on the stomach because Bakugo suddenly starts to use feints. This made Midoriya retreat and the fight starts to get farther and farther from the location of their first encounter.

Even with Bakugo's continuous flurry, Midoriya managed to survive. While this is happening, Uraraka already snuck through the room of the villains.

Everyone is watching the two students chase each other. Only five minutes passed when Bakugo caught up to Midoriya put locked him in a corner. The two can be seen with one of them being scared at the words of the other. All Might's face turned grim as he watches Bakugo aim the gauntlet at his student.

'If he got hit by that, his life would be in danger.'

"Young Bakugo, stop that immediately." However, his warning was futile as a large-scale explosion can be seen on the screen. Everyone knew what happened and knows that it is dangerous given All Might warned them.

"The next time you use that, the fight will finish and your team will lose. Reminder to you Young Bakugo."

The fight continues with Bakugo dominating the fight again giving no chance for the opponent to fight back. Everyone pities Midoriya getting beat up and criticizes the other but they can't do anything about it.

"They're like sugar and salt. One has a superiority complex and the other one has the opposite." Araki adds to their remarks.

The two then clashed for the last blow when Midoriya punches a hole on the building floors. This gave Uraraka the opening to capture the weapon. This act of teamwork gave them their win which angers Bakugo even further but he can't do anything because the subject of his rage is already in a stretcher.

They all went back to the monitoring room and assess the performance of their classmates. All Might announced the MVP of the match which is Iida and asked for the reasons why. Of course, Momo answers it perfectly leaving All Might nothing to add and her classmates dumbfounded.

The next fight soon starts with team B as heroes and Team I as the villains. This made Araki satisfied knowing he wouldn't be fighting the stoic guy.

"Now, let the second indoor battle commence!" All Might declares.

The second match can be summed up in one word – stomp. The icy boy just froze the whole building catching the two villains that are playing defensively.

"Sheeesh. Good thing he's finished now." The crowd's agreement is inevitable seeing how the match goes.

They wrapped up the match and went to draw the next match-up. All the other matches soon finish and only two teams left. Team G and team C.

"For the next match, team G for the heroes and… team C for the villains." Araki looks at his ally and then his opponents. He already devised plans on how to play the role he is going to get while watching the previous match.

The two went to the building and look for the best location.

"Your quirk is creation, right? The costume looks inefficient for your quirk. I suggest you change it to a backless durable sports bra and shorts. Also, remove the heels." Araki tries to strike a conversation with the serious lady.

"I would take that into consideration. Now that you talked about it, I don't know your quirk. You didn't use it in the quirk assessment test so I can't really guess. Can you tell it to me so we can make the best plan possible?" Surprisingly, she is actually approachable.

"My quirk? It is physical strengthening. By how much, it depends on how much I want to waste my energy." Araki gave her a simple answer. Soon they reach the floor and Momo suggests that they should barricade the floor and wait for the time or the enemy.

Araki agrees to wait the time, however, he whispered what is in his mind. With a little bit of doubt, Momo agrees and they proceed to prepare the plan.

"Oh. Momo. Can you make something for me?" "What is it?"

"A s-"

-In the monitoring room-

The students watch as Araki descends the floors and stands in the hallway. Only All Might knows their plan but even he knows nothing of what Araki is thinking. The five minutes of preparation time passed.

"Let the last indoor battle… BEGIN!"
